The wings are always ready when we get there and orders are complete. Fries are Wingstop fries so just kind of mid. The real stand out here is that they have an actual fountain machine and not one of those stupid freestyle things. So the Coke is delicious. Overall, it's a new Wingstop so I feel like they're in try hard mode. Compared to other Wingstop locations in the greater Charlotte area this one is awesome. She explained that I should have called the same day the mistake happened. I was honestly shocked by the response. As a returning customer who tips every visit, I expected a much better level of customer service and professionalism. I even asked if my tip could be refunded due to the poor service experience, and that request was DENIED as well. What's disappointing is this entire situation could have been resolved easily with a simple cup of blue cheese dressing. Instead, the interaction felt dismissive and unnecessarily difficult. The food may be good, but great restaurants also provide quality customer service and value loyal customers. Sadly, this experience left a bad impression on me.
