Wow...ok, I know, I know, this is Domino's..how good could it be? The wife planted the seed tonight and I was the willing picker-upper. I am a pizza snob and I actually have ordered Domino's from here before (maybe it's been a year or two - we've done Fat Tomato and Rafaello's usually), was impressed (didn't write a review...sorry!) and enjoyed it. Tonight, we ordered through the app (super easy) and it was ready in about 15 minutes, maybe less. I love how you can do 1/2 and 1/2 ordering through the app (yet we didn't do it this time). I also liked how the local special was 20% off, however, it still didn't seem like a great deal. The two medium pizzas for $10.99/each maybe was a better deal. We ordered a large 2-topping pizza (pepperoni and pineapple - don't judge) and it was $20 and that was after a $4.60 discount. Fat Tomato's pizza, for comparison, well is easily $30+ and definitely a different type of pizza (more gourmet). BUT, I will tell you; tonight's pizza was pretty damn awesome. I ordered it with extra sauce and that sauce is really delicious. The chew of the dough was good (no, not amazing...but this is Domino's and I'm impressed) and the toppings were flavorful. One thing about the app is that it doesn't tell you the price of the pizza before the 20% discount. I didn't like that. I also didn't like not knowing if there was an up-charge for the extra sauce. They offered extra cheese on the app but there is no mention of price. A little sketch. Still, you need to know that Domino's today is not your cardboard pizza of yester-year. This location is conveniently located, so I can pick up my order on my way home from work, which is what I usually do. It's located in the CVS shopping center, closer to Bristol Farms. No real ambiance. Employees are behind the counter, and standing room only for customers to pick up their orders. Pizza and cheesy bread are good. No complaints regarding the food. Staff are friendly and perform their job well, depending on the day. The first time I came here, there was a couple waiting for their order, then I was waiting, and soon enough, there were other people coming in and waiting. Although there were three employees, it appeared as though only one guy was packing up the pizzas. Luckily on my second visit, my pizza and cheesy bread were ready for pickup. What can you say about Domino's? Whatever you can say about them, this is another location. It's pretty much as simple as that. They offer what Domino's is known for offering. Namely: pizza, and a few other items. This location is well located. If you're looking for it, it's pretty much right next to Bristol Farms. There's a large parking lot out in front, so if you're getting your orders to-go like I normally do when I come to this location, it's easy to find a parking spot. In terms of their staff, I most recently found it a little bit amusing. I went there to pick up my pizza, which incidentally, I had received the message on the app that it was done, but, when I went inside, it wasn't. And there were a few other people standing around having the same problem. But that's just the reality of technology. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. But, back to the fact of the staff. I thought it was kind of interesting that there was three employees in the business. But watching them, it seemed that there was only one person doing anything. The other two were pretty much just standing around doing nothing. But, that didn't affect my overall pizza. And, that's all I care about. As pretty much everything has gone to app ordering, that's how I ordered my pizzas from this location. For the most part, I've never had a problem. They give me my order the way it was ordered. Falsifying delivery times! We ordered two pizza's on Christmas Day and they were marked delivered to our address after less than 30 mins from us ordering it. We checked and the pizza wasn't delivered so we called in and spoke with a very rude woman who said our pizza wasn't delivered yet. I informed her we only called in because the pizza was marked delivered over 20 mins ago but we hadn't received it. She was very curt and said it's on its way still. It took an hour from placing the order until we received the pizza but the pizza was marked as delivered in under 30 mins of us ordering it. Looks like they're purposefully marking pizzas as delivered early when they haven't been in order to make their delivery time appear to be much lower than it actually is. read more

on 11/23/25, i tried to order online from here at 10:30pm and there was an error with the ordering process. so when i went to visit, i arrived around 11:00pm and the doors were closed. when i tried to call, no one answered the phone. then i see the woman working starting to close up at 11:10pm when the website says they close at 12:00am. she proceeds to locked up and leave at 11:15pm. im confused and upset because i dont understand why you'd close early when theres no signage posted about closing early. please fix. read more

Worst Domino's ever! If only 0 stars was possible!Literally robbed me out of my pocket. I ordered two pizzas, one large and one medium and it came out to be $44. WTF!? I called the store back and asked to speak to the manager and the manager was the same woman who took my order over the phone who was very rude and had bad attitude and when I called back complaining about the price for two pizzas, she explained to me that the promos on the website are different than in-store prices and that's just how the system is and there is no way for me to get my money back or get a price reduction. We usually go to lamppost, but this was convenient for today.The staff that works here are completely rude and don't care that you're there. I got a notification that my order was ready. And when I walked in the employee rudely told me it wasn't and I proceeded to wait almost another 5 minutes for it .When I walked in to the store there was nobody in sight, and I had to yell "hello" to be acknowledged. I have never had a worse customer service experience. The lady that runs this location is always rude but today she took it to a whole new level. She literally yells at you for no reason. Screams that the food is late because too many people ordered or she needs more help, etc. It does not matter that I did not complain about my order again being late or again being wrong. She has serious anger issues and takes it out on anyone who walks in the door to the RHE location. Its baffling to me that the owner keeps her given all the customers she drives away. A Hispanic curly hair lady tried to solicit a tip from us. When using a card she tells us that the ipad is going to ask for a tip, that's her way of trying to guilt us into giving a tip, why would I give a tip when I'm picking up my pizza? It's been a while since writing a review on here, but this place is truly unbelievable. Thur, Aug 29th, 4:07pm, I call and order a pizza to Highridge Park in Palos Verdes. One large cheese pizza for $32. . . (I called another location on the hill after I hung up and they told me the same order cost $28). Anyway, I told the woman that we are at Highridge Park and I don't know the address, she says no problem is there a cross street? I know the area well and I knew the address actually of the closest house. I said actually know the address of the house on the corner next to high Ridge Park but it is not where I will be I'm at the park with my kids, could you have your delivery person give me a call when they are getting close just let them know that it is not the delivery address and then I will be at Highridge Park parking lot. she assures me this is no problem and they do all the time. They tell me my pizza will arrive in about 20 minutes. an hour later I receive a text saying my driver is close, so the kids and I leave the park and stand at the entryway to said park. I called Domino's to make sure that their driver got the message about the address and she literally hung up on me like I was wasting her time. 15 minutes later, I called back and say hey Lady our pizza never showed up what's going on? She said the pizza was delivered to address was given to them, which was the house around the corner from the park where we were. The lady who I was speaking with Domino's got very upset with me told me that I was crazy. She informed me Spyros had delivered the pizza successfully. I said well I didn't get my pizza can you call your delivery man she said no they weren't wasting their time he did his job I'm not getting my pizza or my money back. My boys and I begin to walk over to the house about a quarter mile away. Upon arrival there is Spyros sitting in his car in front of the house I go "Spyros?" he says the pizzas inside so I walk up to the door ring the doorbell and I ask the seven year-old girl that came to the door if she was given a pizza. . . She says this guy came by and forced me to take the pizza even though I told him we did not order one. . . She was seven. so I get my pizza from the little girl and we go on our merry way back to high Ridge Park. There are about 10 places in the story where the lady who is working at Domino's could've done a five second intervention to correct this catastrophe or prevent it from happening and she could not be bothered. After hearing about my bad experience no apologies just her yelling at me that I was dumb because they did their job. Simply unreal. Something you would never expect when you're just trying to order pizza for something quick and easy for you and your kids. Needless to say, I will not be going back. read more

What else can be said about the PV Domino's Pizza. it tastes like every other Domino's Pizza I've ever had. The only reason I'm at all reminiscent about this one (if I am, since I'm not really sure) is the fact I used to eat their pepperoni pizza w/ friends almost every Friday all the way through jr. high so that's one thing I remember. And it's the first location that I ever tried Domino's. OK that said, honestly the good thing about Domino's is they have decent sauce compared to all their competition, and I suggest extra sauce so it's still edible the next day. Otherwise the coagulated cheese and hard crust will soak up whatever bit of moisture is left on top of the bread and it won't be edible. In general, the crust is an amazing replica of corrugated cardboard. That's really the only gripe I have about their pies. The medium for $5 deals seem to be pretty good. read more

Do not order your pizza from here! Twice in a row they have completely messed up my order. The first time I ordered a large pizza half cheese half pepperoni as I had a vegetarian over. The pizza arrived looking like someone was pawing through it...then I realized why. There was pepperoni on the whole pizza and instead of making a new pizza like most places would they tried to pick them out (unsuccessfully). How did they resolve this issue? They didn't! The ignored my complaint. After this I didn't order from dominos for 6 months. Tonight I was exhausted and both my mother and myself weren't feeling up to much for I thought I'd try dominos again as it would be easy. NOPE!!! My order was simple a half cheese half pepperoni pizza (this they did right surprisingly) and cheesy bread with 5 sauces. My order arrived with ZERO sauces. I called the establishment and they didn't sound like they gave a shit and said they'd send the driver back with the sauces. (Which are .75¢ a piece.) Its been over an hour and I still have no sauce and my food is cold. I have still received no apology, no refund, no sauce, nada! Don't ever order from this place it's absolutely ridiculous how they treat their customers and mess up every order ever. As someone that has worked in the food service industry I cut others a lot slack. Can't do it for these people anymore because I've been in their shoes accidents happen but IT ISN'T THAT HARD! We've lived on the hill for over a decade and try to do our part to support local businesses during these difficult times. After two horrible experiences with the same female manager, we are throwing in the towel and giving our business to Pizza Hut and the Appetizer. The hour and a half delivery times are bad enough but what is far worse, is the flippant and borderline abusive tone this woman takes when you call in to try to figure out why your food hasn't arrived. I'm giving them 1 star for customer service. I've been going to this location for several years. It's been OK. This visit I decide to try the new Pan Pizza. A getting it home, we bit into it and the dough was still raw in the middle. I called the next day to tell them about it and they told me to speak to Theresa, the manager later in the day. I decided to stop by in person since I was going to another store in the same plaza anyway. After patiently waiting 5 minutes to talk to her, I explained what happened and how it was raw in the middle and we had to cut off several inches of each piece so it was edible. She got a bit defensive and said "I sold 8 last night and didn't have any problems". I told her again, well mine was raw in the middle. Then she said "Thanks for letting me know". That was it. No refund, no replacement, nothing. At that point I decided it wasn't worth the effort to argue over a pizza, so they just lost a long time customer. I'll drive down the hill to the other Dominos in the future. Bad customer service. How do they know the other 8 people didn't have a problem also. Everyone doesn't take the time and trouble to speak up. I went there for the principle of the thing. I wonder how many other people they've lost to bad customer service like that? read more
