The ingredients are always fresh and the cooks always put such a great amount of toppings every time. This pizza was one of the best I've ever had here. The secret is the cauliflower crust! 1. Pizzas are not hot enough. They're ok for the first few slices just after the pie has come out of the oven. But they're too close to room-temperature when you get to the last third of the pie. 2. The slices are not cut thoroughly enough, which requires the customer to do one of two things: 2a. Tear slice A apart from slice B with their hands. This carries risk that one or both slices will fly off to undesirable locations (the floor), which = disaster. 2b. Go fetch a plastic knife and/or fork and cut the slices the rest of the way (completely) by themselves. This wastes plastic and increases trash in our landfills. Also, more and more low-cost food establishments (that serve lower-income people) don't hand out plastic knives anymore for fear of arming some unhinged customer who is prone to violence, such is the dystopian nature of Western Civilization at this point in history. 3. I got the pesto garlic cheesy bread. So good! It's about half the size of their 11" pizza, but it's thicker than their pizza. It has garlic on it, pesto sauce, cheese, and then two sides of red sauce. The minced garlic is fantastic. The pesto sauce is really good. The bread is fresh thick. The cheese is stretchy and gooey and all quality ingredients. I was pleasantly surprised. If I had to choose I would still pick the 11 inch pizza but if you just want some really good cheese sticks, this is the best out of all the corporate pizza places. On the night of Monday February 10, 2025, at around 8:20 PM, I visited the store to purchase three Build Your Own Pizzas. However, both when I received the pizzas and when I paid at the register, the staff's attitude was extremely poor, making the experience very unpleasant. Furthermore, while baking the pizzas, two employees were completely ignoring their work. They propped up their smartphones on the pizza kitchen counter and were watching a game or a TV show. Despite being on the clock, they were chatting with each other and barely acknowledged me, the customer. At that time, I was the only customer in the store, yet I was treated as if I didn't even exist. That evening, after an eight-hour drive, I had gone to pick up pizzas for my children. I hurried home to give them and my 78-year-old mother their dinner. However, as I went back to my car to grab the rest of my things, I suddenly heard my children's voices from the dining table: "This pizza is completely burnt and inedible!" Shocked, I checked the pizzas and saw that they were indeed completely charred. I immediately drove back to the store to request a remake and a refund. However, the staff refused, saying they did not have the authority to issue refunds. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told that the employee I was speaking to was the person in charge at that time. I have tolerated the poor service at this store many times before because my children love pizza. There have even been previous occasions when the pizzas were overly burnt, but I chose to overlook it. However, this time, it was simply unacceptable. Even though the store was not busy and there were no other customers, the staff were watching TV while baking my pizzas, which resulted in them being completely burnt. On top of that, they displayed no sense of responsibility, no apology, and showed no effort to resolve the issue. The employees were both Hispanic, tall in stature. One was slim, had a beard, and wore gold accessories, while the other had a larger build. Despite being on duty, they displayed a careless attitude toward their work. Instead of focusing on their tasks, they placed a pizza tray down just to watch TV and engaged in conversations with each other, ultimately burning the pizza. Even though they were aware of it, they showed no concern and handed it to me as if nothing was wrong. Later, he asked me not to post their photos, claiming he would lose his jobs. However, if they were not doing their jobs in the first place, what exactly is there to lose? They weren't working at all. What benefit does the owner have in hiring employees like these? They are not fulfilling their duties and, instead, are harming the reputation of the business. This was an awful experience, and I will never be returning to this store again. read more

BUT when I crave a good gluten free/ dairy free pizza. blaze is my go to because of Chey! she is always so warm and welcoming when we walk in and she is always willing to go the extra step to make sure my food is safe for me to eat worry free.
