When I get there the lady ask my name and just gave me the food without even charging $74 worth of pizza and wings. I I told I didn't pay yet so she charged me. We ordered large bbq pizza, wings 6 pieces and large margaritas pizza with pineapple but they didn't put any pineapple at all. When I came home and saw there was no pineapple Called them Sophia answered and she said when order next time just tell them I talked to Sophia they will take care this issue. It sounds weird but my family agreed after tasting it too. The water used for pizza dough is very important and unfortunately it was almost inedible because of that taste. I don't know for a fact they use tapwater to make that dough but whatever it is that gives it that odd flavor is no good. The place is clean and the staff is very nice but that pizza was no good. It's on the expensive side, and while I enjoy the food, I'm not sure the value is there for everyone. You're paying a premium, but don't expect the quality to completely match that. I have no idea why we keep ordering from here. I think it's because of the location. It's the closest pizza spot to us. But every single time the pizza dough has been undercooked and it's also expensive for subpar pizza. Over the weekend, I was so upset because the order was pretty much $60 for 1 medium pizza, 1 personal pizza, and a salad. The topping on the personal pizza was wrong. The dough on the medium pizza was raw. So essentially we paid $60 for lettuce and dressing. I called them to let them know of the issue and they offered to remake the pizzas or to be refunded. The customer service is good after speaking to their manager, but please check with your staff to ensure the pizza is fully cooked before sending it off! read more

We ordered $800 worth of food to be delivered for a birthday party and I got a text message 30 minutes before the food was set to be delivered that the order was cancelled. We eventually found out that the message was sent in error (multiple times to me) but no one from the restaurant ever reached out to let me know. When we called them they were very rude and acted like this was not a big deal and were very defensive and not apologetic at all. Staff even promised to send an email with a picture of the food being loaded to be delivered to us and we never got that as well. When the food arrived many of the pizzas were burnt and the salad was wilted. We will NEVER go back to this location. Avoid it at all costs and go to the Manhattan Beach location up PCH as they have much better quality and customer service. read more

The knots bread is one of my favorite here, soft butter dough almost guilt free breadsticks. Another favorite is the ancient grain salad, added some chicken for protein. I love the fresh ingredients, veggies, crunchy chickpeas, artichokes, farro and red rice with cherry tomatoes makes this a well balanced salad and very hearty. Often takes me at least 2 lunch meals to finish a whole order. The Lemon pepper chicken wings is also a nice compliment. The combination of black and green olives as well as red onion made it a bit too salty in my opinion, so I may hold the olives or onion in the future. I have a severe dairy allergy, and they assured me that they take allergies very seriously and that there was no danger of cross-contamination with dairy products. There was a bug on the app so they addressed the problem right away and got everything fixed. One yummy tip we learned about the pizza was that when we ordered a deep dish pizza with extra fresh mozzarella on top. The extra cheese made the pizza extra yummy and soft, so definitely worth the extra few dollars if you're a cheese lover The buffalo wings were okay... wings tend to be smaller than the ones you would get from Wild Buffalo Wings, but with all the discounts and points FB allowed us to accumulate, the wings were pretty much free. FB is pricier than blaze pizza or Pizza Hut. It's a small chain restaurant that uses local grown veggies, not sure about the meat. So each topping can make the whole pizza a bit pricier. I wasn't sure that a side of small ranch for my buffalo wings was also a charge, but maybe the management can offer it for free in the future... it's just ranch and I already paid for my wings... other than the price being a bit high, this place has great pizza. Haven't had the pizza from location in awhile so decided to try some items I usually don't get - the Charcotta pizza, Korean BBQ wings, and the California Caprese salad. I like the Charcotta pizza, which has these small crispy cups of pepperorni rather than the larger diameter pepperoni usually seen. Lots of ricotta cheese too and the creaminess works pretty well. It was actually a bit too much and I had to scrape some off, but if you're a fan of ricotta, this is definitely the way to go! The Korean BBQ wings were a bit too sweet for me. This is my 3rd time trying a sauced wing from FB and I think I'm going to just stick in Lemon Pepper in the future as that is still my favorite. The California Caprese was a surprise. Didn't think I'd like it that much but it is good! Huge fan of the roasted cherry tomatoes and the pesto dressing is flavorful. [Review #609] 2021 Yelp 100 Challenge (26/100) OTM Club 04/04/21 - 04/10/21 Since COVID-19, I've been taking breaks from my OTM Club membership, only recently back on, I haven't redeem this month's curated items, let alone this week... mostly because their picks are really far north & very rarely located in the South Bay or even south of the 105 Fwy. Lucky for me, while picking up my freebie birthday entrée from Fivestars, there was an OTM Club freebie in Redondo Beach & in the same plaza (Redondo Shores Shopping Center). What!?! Talk about birthday luck. I called Fresh Brothers en route & said I should be there in a couple of minutes & asked if I could order my OTM Club freebie: DEEP DISH PIZZA (deep dish crust, signature sauce, cheese, & 1 choice of topping; I picked pepperoni) & NASHVILLE HOT BAKED WINGS (5 pieces) for a discounted $5.50. Sadie said it's not an issue & just show the app to the cashier upon payment; some OTM Club partnerships require you to order onsite (even prior to COVID-19). I read the details to her to make sure I got the OTM Club offer, & she gave me a 20-min. ETD. After picking up my birthday treat, I drove over (instead of walking... just because the drivers in the plaza are nuts... case in point... when I was ready to go home, the car next to me decided to immediate back out & almost hit me) to Fresh Brothers, which is located on the north side, lower level of the plaza next to Dickey's Barbeque Pit. When I approached the cashier & showed the app redemption screen, she called her manager to ring up the freebie, but there seemed to be a misunderstanding as the receptionist rang it up as a medium instead of a personal. =( I offered to pay the difference between the medium & personal price, but the manager said she will comped the medium since it was their mistake; I felt bad & planned to make it up via tip. However, the manager crumbled their receipt after ringing me up & I asked if I could have it so I can add the tip. It was a pretty quick trip home... I hit mostly green lights & made 1 last stop to pick-up another birthday gimme. The pizza & wings were still warm by the time they were served, but not hot enough to get those cheesy strings when you pull a slice from the pie. I've never eaten at Fresh Brothers though I have had deep dish pizza, & I love FB's crust... a bit of crustiness & soft donut-like center. Super generous with cheese & I love the signature tomato sauce; it's a sauce that even the kiddos love, & my 5 YO son is picky as heck with his pizza. My husband really liked the Nashville Hot wings, though I didn't think they were as hot as some of the Nashville Hot fried chicken sandwiches that we recently had; also, he didn't hiccup which is his sign of the overbearing amount of chili heat. It's just bordering his peak level of comfort since he did need to wash it down with some tea. ;-) The restaurant has your safety in mind... with a plexiglass barrier between you & the cashier, 6' social distancing markers serves as reminders to maintain your distance, staff & guests are required to wear masks, true contactless payment (they offer PopPay, a facial recognition payment system, though you can open your phone's camera app to scan the QR code), & hand sanitizer is stationed at the register. I haven't had pizza in awhile so I'm not sure of their menu's value; it seems fair/competitive. What's super cool about Fresh Brothers is that they have a special "kid sauce," which is made of fresh pureed veggies & fruit blended in the pizza sauce. Ha! I should have added that, but good to know for the future if mine refuse a veggie pizza. They're conscious of their customers' dietary restrictions & offer a variety of crusts: original (signature "thin" crust), skinny (half the dough, half the carbs), SoCal deep dish, keto, gluten-free (for those with Celiac disease... this also applies to their baked wings), & cauliflower. In addition, guests with nut allergies would be happy to know their food is crafted in a nut-free environment. Service is friendly & efficient... Sadie was quite chirpy/cheerful over the phone, even though there was a miscommunication on my redemption. The manager was definitely customer-oriented, instead of arguing with the customer (me) on what was ordered, she deftly took over & just completed the transaction, & I made sure to compensate the discrepancy via tip. Their error really made it birthday lucky for me because I got a curated freebie that fed my whole family instead of just the kids (my original intention)... thanks Fresh Brothers for this happy birthday meal/present! I have struggled to find a pizza place that had more than just the standard pizzas and actually did them well--margherita has always been a favorite. Theirs does look like the picture on their website, where it has sliced tomatoes all over, nubs of mozzarella on top of each tomato slice, and basil leaves sprinkled throughout. They do cut the round pizza into squares instead of triangles which I think messes with the crust to pizza ratio, but that is not a deal breaker. I placed an order through Uber Eats for a large (14") pizza and it cost $24.50 pre-tax. I believe there is a $3.50 surcharge for Uber Eats. I picked up the pizza myself and got there about 10-15 minutes after I ordered it. Though I hadn't received the "order is ready" notification, I went inside to check because I wanted to pick it up as soon as it was hot and ready. This was a Friday night and they seemed quite busy--they are popular! I only waited about 5 min and then my order was ready. It worked out really well. I would order from them again. read more
