Yhe pizza I ordered was good and staff nice but my order was missing the dipping sauces I ordered ($1.50). That was disapointing.

So we saw their TV commercial with them offering NY style pizza. Since most all pizza shops in Salem offer greek style, we decided to give Domino's a try. Online ordering was super easy! Delivery was really fast. We got a large NY style witih pepperoni, green peppers, and tomato. ALso a salad. The pizza was decent, yet pricey. THe salad was a joke. It was a pre-made salad with all the components packaged seperatly in plastic, and was similer to what you get a convinance store. Not much salad either, and lettuce is cheap. I would just pick up at the store next time and just stick with the pizza. Overall not a good value. read more

I don't frequent the locations, I probably order from this place 3 times a week considering by the time I am free to eat it's late, I'm tired and they're open. I've worked at a lot of pizza shops in my youth, I can tell you, it's not easy when orders are filling up fast on the screen, mistakes get made, we're all human. What I take into account is that they always right the wrong. So for customer service I have to say they do take accountability. The drivers I've encounter over the years are all friendly and I can say I've had got to know a few of them. I was a little sad they did away with salami since my go to was a dish pizza with extra salami pineapple bacon well done, but pizza is pizza and if it has sauce and cheese it's going to be delicious! Drivers always professional so nothing to do with them. Place always cancels orders without a call. Have messed up orders many times and nothing is done about it. I think the people that work here are very nice but the fact that I have had issues with my previous two orders is a tad bit frustrating. They offer to just give you a replacement but I am not in their delivery window; so I would have to go back to get the replacement. Chicken Parm sandwich is NOT chicken, ranch and bacon. When I called up I was told, "Oh, they must have made the wrong one. Want me to make a new one now?" Again, they are willing to right a wrong but I am not pleased to go back out to get a replacement. Prior time I ordered a large hand tossed pizza and the middle of it was RAW. Called up and same thing; would you like me to throw another one in now? I was trying to get dinner before the VP debate so going back to get a replacement would not work with the schedule. I would like more attention to details from this location or I might start going to Londonderry which is also outside my delivery area but maybe more accurate in order to box read more

Been at this location b4, but this time I had a $10 gift card. 14 pc buffalo wing & a 3 topping 14" "large" pizza with pepperoni, sausage and double cheese. Wings are always consistent and I like them. $10 for 14 of them. They are kinda small so it's easy to kill them off quickly. The pizza, cooked perfectly and yummy. The sausage topping seemed light but it had a good flavor overall. Would I pay $8, Mon. Thru Thurs.? Probably not. Any Salem local pizza joint has early week plain large cheese specials. You can keep the toppings...$8 ain't worth it to me. Don't get me wrong, it's nice to have a pizza from somewhere different for a change, thus my 4 stars overall. This Dominos location has steadily gone down the tubes in the last year, and is disgusting right now. The quality of the pizza is really bad, and although we always order online they make it with wrong toppings or skip toppings at least half of the times. We don't intend to go there any longer. We used to order online about every other week, and every time we went to pick it up, we saw new workers. The turnover is unreal. The pizza we ordered yesterday on line had the following things wrong when we picked it up. 1. We ordered spinach topping, but it had tomato topping instead. 2. We ordered jalapeno topping, which was entirely skipped. 3. The crust was at least two inches wide and thick, and the rest of the pizza was paper-thin and had the consistency of cardboard, and was had to bite into. 4. The toppings were just thrown about - too much in some spots and none in others. We are done with this location (254 N. Broadway, Salem, NH) and advise others to stay away from it. Every so often I get a craving for Dominos pizza. It's distinctly different than regular pizza places. I love that you can custom order right online or on their app. The tracker feature is so cool - you can see when they are preparing it, baking it, and when it's ready. Recently tried their contactless pickup. I clicked "here" the I parked and literally the gentleman came out and placed my order on the table outside. It was so easy. The pizza is always delicious. i had a pathetic experience with broadway Salem nh. first the website crashed three times when i paid so every time i wasnt sure if the payment through. so i called the place and they made sure they received my order. Then after waiting for an hour an half, i call them again and they said there was no order in the system. i kept calm and let them make the order again. after an hour again, i impatiently called them and wanted to telk to the manager. the person replied, sorry he is busy and your order is on its way. its another 35 mins have passed by and we are still waiting. so messed up. such pathethic team and service. i will not recommend thsi to anyone read more

Of all of the Domino s I have been to and I travel a lot the Salem Domino's is the worst franchise of all of them. I do live local so I have been there probably 15 times over the last couple years but i'm done. I have been warned by my freinds who gave up a long time a go but I kept trying to believe they did not suck, but now I must admit they do suck. If not for the some very discounted specials this store would have a for rent sign on it. This is the only Dominos in Salem and I wish they could be more consistent!!! Every order is made different even though i always order a medium hand made cheese pizza.. simple. I'll get a pizza with the garlic seasoning and other times there's none. This is the only reason I get Dominos and when I get a pizza without the garlic seasoning it's not worth the calories. Ordered artisan style pizza and wings. Artisan pizza is supposed to have a crispy crust, undercooked is an understatement. Wings rubbery and I edible again crispy go to Buffalo. Well sometimes you never learn. I placed an order on line the day before (so I would get my lunch and beat the rush) and the next day I waited for an hour after my delivery time and no order. So I called and cancelled. I was told it was on its way but they had stops to go and no updates even when I selected the option. Two weeks later I decided to again place an order. This time they came 30 minutes late and I received my cold pizza (the oil was jelled and the extra dipping sauce I paid for was not deliverd but they billed for it. When I told them they were not interested and no refund. So if you want to throw your money away on cold pizza and pay for things they wont deliver please order from this place and good luck! read more

I ordered a pizza the 11:30. I assumed I just made it before they stopped taking orders (they close at midnight). So, while I'm waiting, I have their pizza tracker up. I wait about 25 minutes and then it stops at "double-checking". I then wait another 20 minutes and still it's at "double-checking". I assume at that point that I didn't make my order in on time. Then past 1, I start getting phone calls from an 978 number that was supposedly the damn delivery guy. I didn't know this at the time, but then my parents told me later that someone was at the door. I never heard him. So, it nearly took them over an hour and an half to bring me my order of a single pizza. Which I didn't think they could make delivery's over an hour after they closed. I order delivery for this location every now & then. The other night I ordered a large deep dish cheese pizza, cheesy bread, & garlic sauce. The only kind of pizza at Domino's worth eating is the deep dish! The garlic sauce is perfect for dipping the pizza in (WARNING : this is for garlic fans only...VERY garlicy!). So the other night the pizza delivery got there pretty fast & the delivery guy was really friendly. He didn't even charge extra for the garlic sauce like they usually do(they shouldn't charge for it anyways). However I ordered their any large pizza & any bread deal for $13.?, but I got charged $16.? So I have no idea what the $3 was for. No real complaints about the food.The pizza was hot, cheesy, & tasty as was the cheesy bread. There was more than enough for all 3 of us to eat with enough left over for lunch for 2 days. I called to complain and the manager on duty told me next time I call I would get a duplicate order free. I call.back a week.later and they had nothing on record. I have experienced very poor service over the 9 months that I have been ordering from the Salem Domino's, always thinking the next time will be better. Half of my delivery orders have taken upwards of an hour with the last one taking 2.5 hours. If I had been told there was only one delivery driver and orders were taking a long time, I would have simply picked it up as Domino's is only about 7 minutes from my house. 75% of the orders I have placed did not include an item that I ordered. I live in Salem and usually go to the Pizza joint starting with the letter 'R' on Rte. 97 .. The place where pretty much everybody and their mother goes. Anyway, I saw a special Dominos was having. Two topping 14 inch pizzas for $5.99 each. Time to switch it up from the norm. I ordered 3 different types of pizzas on line for pick up. I gotta admit, I was blown away.
