PERFECT CRUST! Domino's has one of the best crusts in the big-chain pizza game. It's got a great seasoning (if that's what you call it) and a perfect hint of salt! I ordered a medium size pepperoni pizza for 12.99. It's pricey given the smaller size of the pizza and being a non-specialty selection. However, the flavor of the crispy pepperoni and fresh cheese calmed me down. The gentleman up at the register was an older guy with really nice customer service skills. He helped me with the tap machine (it wasn't working correctly). I was told the wait would be 11mins as I ordered my lunch in-store, however it turned into 30 mins. I was a bit disappointed., as I wasted my lunch break waiting. It wasn't even busy! Thank goodness the food and customer service were amazing. Overall, I'd return but I would order way in advance! Domino's has one medium size dining table if you're in the mood to eat inside. There's also a couple of chairs for waiting visitors. Domino's sells liters of sodas and individual bottles if you're looking for something to quench your thirst. read more

Don't bother calling; calls aren't answered. Pizza was a little luke warm; so pop in the micro when you get home. Staff looked busy. When you arrive listen for any staff member calling out your name not just the person working the register. I didn't get text reminders that the pizza was ready; just that it was being made: not a fault of the store; I blame the corporation for that technical issue which is the same for every dominos in this area; show up and cross your fingers. This location is better than the 2 locations in Hemet, CA (where I used to order my pizzas from). Just a brief background: The 2 locations I used off and on from 2021 to early 2024 (or around there) were in Hemet, CA. The chance of them making my pizzas correctly, the way I want it, it was less than 25%. The main problem is ordering the hand-toss that supposed to comes with garlic-buttery crust. Every time I I spoke to someone from the 2435 W Florida location, I was told that most customers don't want garlic crust and so they just don't do it. So, "F" me for wanting my pizzas with garlic crust I guess, even though it says right there on the app when it comes to hand-toss. I've spoken to people on the phone, the people at the store, and even got the store manager's email address from the worker there and actually emailed her (never got a reply back)... The other location... not worth mentioning. So, I chose to give up on Domino's. After experiencing bad services from these locations and stopped ordering from Domino's for how many months, I found the location in San Jacinto. Everything was already better and I decided to order from there frequently. Until I start getting my orders less than "perfect." Fast-forward to today: I don't know what to say besides letting Domino's know how disappointed I am with my recent orders. I took the initiative to call the San Jacinto location and asking how I should order the pizzas on the app or website so that I won't have any complaints in the future. This was a few weeks ago. I spoke to Daisy. She told me that she's the store manager. I even told her that she herself (her name appeared on the tracker) didn't prepare my orders correctly. She stated that it could've been someone else because they have a team there and her name might've just appear on the tracker because she's the store manager. Um, ok. I can only accept what she said because I don't work for Domino's. We discussed about the the app and how we can customize it or call if the app doesn't allow it. She was cool. I could even order it New York Style and she'll make sure that those pizzas have the garlic, buttery crust. I was like awesome. Just the way I want it! I love it! I definitely like her than the other store manager that never even attempt to do anything about the things going on in her store (it's the store's way with her, and not the customers, and whether they've improved ever since I stopped going there I don't know). With the San Jacinto, the last two orders... I'm not happy. Especially, after talking to Daisy. I mean, do I need to call every time just to make sure they're preparing my pizzas correctly and the way I wanted it? I would love to give this place a 4 or 5 stars. After all, most of the time my pizzas are made to "perfection." But, it's the bad that has a lasting impact that got me here now. And if I ever rated this place a 4 or 5 star (which I haven't), I would change it just because of these less than "perfect" experiences. I will continue to order from here because it is still the better place than the ones in Hemet. I just won't be frequenting this place as much. read more

Last night was the first time I ordered a pizza in a very long time; years.  It was horrible!  Complaints:  Arrived cold, took ~1.25 hrs to deliver, was visually unappetizing and I've (very literally) seen store bought frozen pizzas look more appetizing then what I received, very light on cheese and sauce.  I paid $30 for my order which included tip! My order was over $50 so they told me they needed a credit card. I told them I cannot use my credit card right now. They messed up on both pizza's so I called spoke with Nila, I believe that's her name, she said they would re make my order and it would take about another 45min. This dominos is absolutely horrendous. I love dominos but the experience I constantly have when them will change the way I view their company. It took over an hour to deliver the food. Their tracker said the food was delivered 45 minutes before it was actually delivered. I did not get notified when the food was delivered so I have no idea how long it was outside. While waiting for the pizza to be delivered no one would answer the phone at the store. They would just put you on hold. Our food was cold and the pizza wasn't cut. I will never order dominos again. Literally one of the BEST build your own pasta I have ever ordered. I have a thing for dominoes build your own pasta no bread bowl. Are usually get the same mushrooms olives jalapeños or onions only three toppings so it's not too pricey.
