I just had the craziest experience with a driver that dropped off food at my house. We have a secure gate that goes across our garage so we can have the door open and have our dog and kids be able to play out there while we sit outside in the garage. The driver calls my wife and says there's a huge dog that's out front and he's not going to get out of the car. My wife and me race outside thinking our dog got out somehow..He didn't. He's in the garage with a secure gate with my mother-in-law.(our dog is also not a big dog) my wife is still on the phone with him and now we're both standing outside and the driver says he still won't get out of the car. My wife says no your ok. you can bring it to us. I go and put the dog inside because the guy is being crazy. This dude throws our order on the ground at the end of our drive way and hangs up on my wife. I have NEVER left a bad review ANYWHERE. This guy was unbelievably rude. My wife and I called the store and told the manager what happened. He then goes on to defend the driver saying he was attacked by a dog somewhere and he's scared of dogs. completely understandable. What's not understandable is being rude, hanging up on my wife, and leaving our food at the end of our driveway. If he would of politely asked for us to come to the car and get it and explained why we would've done it in a heartbeat. I wish I could give negative stars. I have lived in Santa Fe my whole life. I was ordering pizzas at the domino's when I was in high scool and now I'm 34. This guy doesn't need to be going to people's houses. You should 100% fire him. read more

Chose contactless delivery and they forgot one of my items. I tried to flag down the driver but they kept driving. Tried the app for their "delivery insurance" and it just referred me to the store, waited on hold for 25 minutes before giving up. If i could give zero stars I would. Ordered a pizza at 11:32pm. Person on the phone said pizza would be delivered in 30-35 minutes. It is now 12:28. The pizza tracker says our order has been undergoing a "quality check" by Elizabeth (apparently the manager) since 11:49pm! Pizza has not left the store and we are unable to call since the store is now "closed" so all we get is the automated system saying the store is closed. Absolute waste of our time and extremely frustrating after waiting so long for it after a long day at work. Luckily we decided to pay in cash so no charges have been made on our cards just in case nobody ever decides to show up. Never had such an awful experience with a Dominoes before, but I have learned my lesson. Will never be ordering from this dominoes ever again. update: someone did decide to leave the store right at 12:28 when i posted this review, the girl was the only driver working and she did sincerely apologize. we paid and left her a tip in the spirit of the holiday. will give the store a second chance. read more

Becky was rude and extremely unprofessional, if that's even her name. Pizza took an hour and a half to get to us.. it was supposed to take 18 mins. They lied on the app and said driver left at a reasonable time to cover their end. Called the store, she knew why I was calling and proceeded to place me on hold for over 30 minutes. Sad to say that this location has disappointed me more than just a few times. For the last several times that I have come to this location, there has been an issue. One time they forgot to put cheese on the pizza for gods-sake. The service itself isn't bad, the manager is actually very nice. I just hate that every time I come here, there is an issue. Ordered 2 pastas for $6.99 each. Tasted good but in the 8" pan or whatever it is there was only like less than a cup of pasta. You can get a Stoffers or Lean Quizine with like 3 times the pasta for half the price and it's similar in quality. Won't get their pasta again from this store. I ordered a Deluxe pizza but when it was delivered it was a Canadian ham. I called Domino's and was told I would have to bring it in. I took back my order and could only get a refund. I then ordered the correct pizza. I was then told if I didn't tip the driver that brought me the wrong pizza that I couldn't order from them anymore. I have ordered from here plenty of times and never had a problem until recently. The last time we ordered it said it was a 30 minute delivery time. That was a lie. It took an 1hr and 15 minutes to get the food. So by the time we got it the pizza was cold and so where the sides. So I figured maybe it was just a off day for them. This is the second time I have ordered from this location and the food never showed up. When I call the store to check on the order I'm told it's out for delivery and they left 30 minutes ago. If they are not there in 30 more minutes call us back. This is after the hour I waited to call in already. So almost 2 hours and no food and my daughter is starving and now it's 8:30 in the evening and she hasn't eaten yet. When I called back to cancel the order I was polite and was told ok great that works for me. What ? Not I'm sorry sir for the issues or anything other than ok great that works for me. I choose this location simply due to it being the closest but these Guys and Gals do it nearly perfect every time. In the past 3 years I've used this location I have never had a messed up order or was missing an item. I choose the gluten free crust and have found this is the best gluten free pizza crust I have found, even making it my self. It is a little pricey, but you can add as many toppings as you want making it a great pizza. Most gluten free crusts are bone dry, this one is not. It also helps to add a lot a toppings to make it very filling. This location has made them great every time. It is easy to overcook the crust, but this location has it down. Thanks for the gluten free pizza. There are not many pizza places that offer it. This is my choice always. read more
