The staff at this location are extremely unprofessional. I ordered two pizzas, and the delivery driver refused to bring them to my apartment door. I agreed to send someone down to meet them, but the driver had already left. When I called the store, the manager refused to give me his name and said they don't deliver to doors because a driver's car was once towed--something that should have been communicated before I placed my order. When I asked to speak to his supervisor, he refused, then hung up on me while I was still speaking. I called back and another employee also refused to share the manager's name, before eventually saying his name was "Carlos" and hanging up again when I asked for his last name. At this point, I still don't have my pizza, no one is answering the phone, and I have no confirmation of a refund. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience--completely unacceptable customer service. read more

by far the worst Philly cheese steak I have ever eaten. Pizza was not much better. Terrible food.

My food always was picked up fresh and the taste/flavor is consistent. I usually get pepperoni or pepperoni/jalapenos. Crust is actually good with garlic and some parm on it. It's fluffy but not too fluffy. And pretty cheesy with enough sauce. The cheese doesn't slide off on the bite which is good. People are trippin...not sure why the low rating. read more

I am usually faithful to this location but I am going to switch to the one on the other side of Georgia. I placed my order online for one pizza today and it said 23-33 minutes. That is fine. I then show up at ~40 minutes and my pizza says 5 mins on the screen. Nobody greeted me, there were 3 people there. 2 making pizzas and a delivery driver. They told the driver they dont deliver pizzas during this time, i thought it was odd they said that and that the driver didnt know this. Then my pizza says it is done on the screen and the guy boxes my pizza. The guy on the oven was just piling up pizzas and not tagging them w the name or receipt. Maybe 10 mins goes by and I am standing at the register and still no greeting, there are 7 other people waiting for their pizza at this time, and they are struggling in the back to see which pizza goes where. One customer says i should have a seat as he has been there 45 mins already. I then say excuse me i think that box is mine, the manager says in a rude way, dont you see us working back here we are busy and will get to you. He rudely says some other things i dont recall, and at this point im livid and staring at them not helping any customers. I watch the guy making the pizza lick his thumb to grab a box and put a pizza in it. I watch the manager give a lady a pizza who cut me and another man, she paid cash, he gave her change and he didnt wash his hands, then i see the guy by the oven wipe his face (arm under nose) with no gloves, then a girl comes in and the manager tells her to help me. Maybe 20 mins has gone by and im like i told him i thought that was my pizza, she asks what my name is i say it and she says she doesnt see it, then i tell her what it is and say if they need to wash their hands remake it thats fine. Then after combing through the computer and the boxes she hands me the pizza. I see her scratch her nose. I ask if thats the same pizza i pointed out she looks at me blankly, i say the one that was on the right on the second shelf, she says yes. I asked for a well done pizza with double pepperoni and got neither. This store has hygiene and food safety issues, in the 50 minutes i spent waiting for dinner i noticed so many gross moments i wanted to call the health inspector. They really need to get it together and take a food safety course, and hire some help that doesn't snap at the customer when they feel overwhelmed. The manager needs to meditate and relax because i almost went in on him when he snapped at me but then i remembered some people are miserable with their lives, or just having a bad say, so i should have some sympathy. read more

I will never order from this location again all because of the nasty attitude I received from Adeel Jared (manager) I will drive to a different location than going to this convenient location. I ordered delivery and when my food arrived it was slightly warm and got the wrong salad. Next day I took the salad to the store b/c that's not what I wanted and asked for my money back; that's when Adeel said he cannot give me my money back he can only exchange because I did not call the same day to report the issue. I asked to speak to a manager that's when he told me he was the manager I was shocked because of his demeanor and unapologetic response to my complaint. I ask for his boss's number he told me he didn't have a boss and gave me the number to another store. Waiting area could use a mop and a broom. I'm always curious as to why people take customer facing positions when they aren't a people person. read more

Dominos new handmade pan pizza is legit! It's about time... Recipe is sick, toppings are good, cheesy, greasy, and salty. Just the way I like my pizzas! I ordered both my pizzas with double cheese. One was bacon, sausage, jalepenos, banana peppers and ham. Other was bacon, jalapenos, pepperoni, mushrooms, and beef. MMMmmmm! This is the worst Domino's franchise ever!!!!!!!!! The online ordering doesn't work and when you try and call the store, they never answer the phone. I actually had three people call simultaneously, we got through after the 7th try. The guy who picked up the phone said he would put us on a brief hold, then he hung the phone up WTF!!!!!!! It wasn't always bad. For about a year we had decent to good delivery service. Then about a month ago, the delivery times started getting longer. We thought ordering ahead might help the issue, but it didn't. This last time we ordered ahead and an hour after the time it was supposed to be delivered, someone at the store said it would be there soon. 10 minutes later he said there was a mixup and the new pizza was in the oven. This is one of the worst Domino's I've been to. I leave less than a mile away, the delivery estimate is always between 15-20 minutes, and yet it always takes about 1 hour and a half to get my food. When it eventually arrives, it is cold and a mess. Full of air bubbles, little cheese, and the "pan" pizza is a complete joke at this location. The artisan pizzas are great! But today, I ordered a double pepperoni with thin crust and was sadly disappointed. The crust had the texture of an extra hard Ritz cracker and was soaked in grease. It was inedible. However, when I called my local store, the manager on duty addressed my complaint immediately with a satisfactory solution. This place is responsible for the very worst ordering experience I've ever had in my life. I order a buffalo chicken pizza with no onions and extra hot sauce. I pretty much order it weekly, and it's my easy order on their website. I've lived in the area for 5 months, and this location usually does a good job. So tonight I ordered....and pizza #1 arrived, fairly timely, but with no buffalo sauce....you know, the thing that makes it a buffalo pizza. The guy on the phone was completely incompetent....kept saying "hello" like he couldn't hear me, asked me to call back in 5 minutes after we had been talking for a while, said "so the only thing wrong is with your buffalo chicken pizza is that it doesn't have buffalo sauce" and kept trying to get me to accept store credit instead of bringing me a new pizza. I insisted until he said he would send a new one out in 35 minutes. It took an hour. Pizza #2 arrived, and I was pleased to see it had buffalo sauce. But then I bit into it, and you guessed it, it had onions. Lots of them. Which I can't eat. So I called back again. To talk to the same guy. Who first hung up on me and then when I called back, kept saying "hello" like he couldn't hear me. He checked with his worker, to tell me "our worker screwed up." Thanks for the news flash. Then he said "Can't you just take them off?" Well, no, I can't. They are in tiny pieces and cooked into the pizza throughout. And they make me sick when I eat them. Then he started in on trying to get me to accept store credit. I don't want store credit, I want a pizza I can eat. He emphasized how busy they were, and wouldn't even give me an estimated time for redelivery. Luckily the third time is was the charm, and it came in 35 minutes. He calls five minutes later yells at us on the phone and says to come down to the same place downstairs. When I went down he said he found them in the bag!! After an hour of waiting, I finally drove the .7 miles to pick it up myself, and encountered other customers in the store who had arrived for the same purpose. The cashier said there were only 2 drivers on duty, apologized, and refunded my delivery fee when I requested it, but didn't behave as if this were anything out of the ordinary. Online ordering makes it easy. The pizza tracker is nice if it were accurate. I live about 2 minutes from the store and it normally takes about 10-15 minutes to get to me once it starts to day out for delivery so I don't know how accurate it is. The pizza is decent and it comes hot. So if you don't feel like driving to get pizza it's a good option. However Ledo's makes a better pizza. read more
