I will never order from this location again. I ordered to my job and the delivery driver who called my phone Todd Laflam had the worst attitude about me not saying it was for the front desk I apologize. When he arrived with my order he then continued about me not putting front desk so I felt he didn't deserve a tip. As he's exiting my work place he's yelling no fucking tip!!! And flicked me off. I called the store manager and of course he didn't care. I can't say much about how the restaurant looks, as I always order online for delivery. I've order from this location multiple times and they always have great food. I did the $5.99 online deal and added a couple of topings to my pizza which was fantastic. The Salad was simple but tasty and later, after reheating my pasta Primavera (reheated perfectly in oven!) My previous review of this location pretty much bashed this place for everything being slow and overcooked. Over the past few months, they have improved considerably. Their prices are still high compared to the other Domino's in the area, but I've started to order from them again. So far, things have been pretty good. In town for a concert and staying at hotel nearby and decided to call late night. Ordered a simple pepperoni pizza, waited 45 minutes, and was delivered a veggie pizza with the works. Called back and was told they would have a new one out to us in half an hour. They closed for the night and never showed up with our pizza. So we paid $16 for a couple of pieces of crust from a pizza that was made for someone else. Curious to see what they have to say in the morning. Love the garlic crust. It's always delicious, there are always discounts available, and it's always good. Price isn't too shabby either. Great for carb cravings and so convenient! To me, this is what fast food pizza should taste like. I still prefer Pizza Hut, but I place this over Zachery's and Mike's pizza any day. My expectations are always low for fast food in general so the no "wow" factor at Domino's doesn't bother me too much. I love the prices and consider it fantastic value. read more

Ordered online using the 2 medium 2 coupon, it was the usual easy ordering process. I ordered a specialty chicken, the crispy bacon & tomato and a two topping pizza. The pizza was hand tossed BBQ with bacon, ham and pineapple for an extra charge. The chicken was great I really thought the ingredients came together nicely. I had to pay extra for a dipping sauce though, that wasn't cool. The pizza was good for dominos, I have gotten dominos many times from different stores so I knew what to expect. Can't complain its the only thing open when you get those late night munchies. But back to the pizza, they forgot the pineapple! Which is my favorite part and I paid extra for it. Other than that I was happy with my order, yeah I know the quality of the ingredients are low but guys its basically the McDonalds of pizza. The delivery was very fast and the driver was quite pleasant, she called when she arrived as I requested. So yeah if there are no other options and your feeling lazy dominos is the perfect choice for you. I give it 3 1/2 stars because they forgot the pineapple, if they didn't forget it I would give this particular store 5 stars. read more

This review reflects all Domino's. I wouldn't normally waste my time reviewing a place like Domino's because it's simply that. A waste of time but.......I just ordered some kickers there (14pc) and after delivery, tax and tip it came to just about $20. That's the biggest complaint. They messed up on the sauces even though I ordered them on the computer but that wasn't as disappointing as what 14 kickers sell for. read more

OK it gets one star. Here are my reasons. Let's start with the positive. It was a pizza and it was a salad. Now let's move to the negatives the salad was pre-made very similar to the salads that are at many gas stations a crossed America. It was tiny little pieces of chicken about a one and a half tablespoons minced up dry put a little bit like my cats fancy feast. The cheese shredded very dry. And there were four whole croutons with a little bit maybe a half a teaspoon of crumbs. As I said the picture on the wall look like a fresh made salad Yum but what I received was a gas station salad. Now let's go to the pizza the pizza wasn't even as good as a frozen pizza that you purchase in any grocery store. Non-Descript Very bland possibly a gas station pizza as well I hadn't really thought about that but haven't eaten too many gas station pizzas. Yikes!!! What has happened to Domino's Pizza or perhaps this location?!? It was just awful tonight. First, the chicken wings were the worse I have ever had there. They were so tiny and all fat, no meat. The pizza had maybe six pieces of beef on it. I don't eat beef but my husband does and we could not believe it. He did pick up the order and checked it before leaving. He told the person that just because he only got beef on one half doesn't mean only put six pieces on the other. She said they were cutting back on toppings and all toppings are weighed out. I don't believe that for a second. As busy as that place get's I don't see them weighing out veggies all night. She proceeded to tell him the beef was under the cheese. I don't think so! How would we know which half doesn't have the beef? That was a lame excuse to send him on his way. So, that will be our last visit! Thankfully, we only eat this three times a year!!! We will put the extra money into a fresh, homemade, no rip-off pizza at Folino's Pizza in Shelburne. I was at the doctors office yesterday and thought I bring home Domino's for a treat for dinner. I waited 55 minutes outside and had to leave and never got my food. I called the manager and was scoulded because I didn't leave my cell number ( it never asked for one ) finally he agreed to refund my money , but I really had to pressure him to do this. I didn't see it today , I called again,and was told it takes a few days to process, that's what Domino's policy is. They sure didn't take a few days to charge my card ! We really like Domino's and those chocolate lava cakes are simply out of this world ! But there isn't a Domino near us, so it's really a treat when we have it .Please get a delivery person who's alot brighter, and remember that even if you are the manager ,it's a good idea to not be rude to your customers , because that's what motivates people to give these reports to warn other people what happened . And great reports are positive when service is great , I know because I have dealt with the public as a csr for years at a resort in Stowe and have seen it all ,so yes ,you need to clean up your act!! Terrible takeout service, terrible food, terrible price. Myself and a colleague ordered boneless wings with extra sauces because they come plain. It was $15 for 14 wings. They delivered to our company which is literally 2 minutes from Dominos only 45 mins later. We gave the guy a decent tip and were back to work before we realized they left the sauce out. Called back to a disgruntled employee after asking if they would reproduce our order because they were cold and plain nuggets (which some of them were meer skins). They replaced our order only another 45 mins later with an 8-piece, not a 14. To top it off the delivery guy tells us "you do have a microwave" before handing us our food. Once again, we order from dominos, give them another chance to improve from the last time... and it takes 25 minutes to get here... mind you, we live 4 minutes away. 1.3 miles. I could have drove there to pick it up and be back home eating within that time frame. We also ordered garlic dipping sauces with our pizza and we're provided with non. We work really hard for our money, and when we choose a place for dinner, we expect promptness & accuracy to follow. It should honestly go without saying. When the delivery driver finally got here and "lightly tapped on the door", my boyfriend figured he'd give him the benefit of the doubt and ask if you guys were busy tonight, delivery driver said no. So, because it took him 25 minutes to get here, he walked away with no tip. You don't get a tip just because you drove here. You get a tip when your prompt and accurate with the order. Neither of those things happened tonight. Not sure if his car broke down or he just decided to take a detour on the way over, but this is unacceptable. This dominos location really needs to figure things out and get their s**t back together, because all honesty we love any other dominos around, never really had issues up until recently. But the service sucks and you're about to loose our business for good. read more
