I feel like if you are going to review Domino's, you first need to decide on what genre of food establishment you're talking about it. Personally, I don't compare Domino's to other pizza. But, I do compare it to other fast food. And for fast food, this Domino's location is pretty darn great. The pizza orders through the app are so easy and convenient, and my orders are always ready on time and accurately made. I can't speak to the delivery service or even comment on the staff, as the app and pick up makes interaction practically irrelevant. While I may crave McDonald's or Wendy's occasionally, I always regret eating it. Not so with Domino's, and the ever-present coupons make it a really great value especially in this era of sky rocketing food prices. read more

This location has gone a bit downhill since all the workers changed. I imagine it's under new ownership. The standards changed overnight with the new employees. So many health issues with the pizza makers on their phones then doing the cheese without new gloves and touching everything. Previously it was easy to park for pickup as there seemed to be a rule where the delivery drivers parked at the back door. Now the new drivers are very lazy and block the front door and all the spots so it's a pain to go there. Amazing what a change in ownership can do. read more

This Domino's used to be our go to delivery stop. We are located 2 miles down the same road as this location, and the delivery time and fee have been absurd lately. At $4.99 for delivery charge, which does not include tip, it negates any savings from the various "coupons" offered. GrubHub is proving to be a better and cheaper solution as of late. read more

This place used to be our go to for quick pizza delivery night for the kids. Ordered tonight and got two pizzas one for kids one for us. Wanted mushrooms - pizza literally had 12 little slices of mushrooms, embarrassing. Just awful, called and complained. Be better guys. Assuming with all the bad recent reviews it's under new mgmt. Shit service. Said pizza would be ready in 9 to 19 minutes. Showed up to get it after 15 minutes. No one in the store to wait on me. Lady emerges after five minutes and tells me they haven't even started making the pizza and that it would be another 15 minutes. Bad experience last year. They got one sandwich wrong on a $55.00 order and got into an argument with me telling me it was my mistake. The customer is wrong is a bad move. This was my sons first place of work so I am sad to say this...but this place has gone way down hill. We are very patient people and understand the pandemic has caused major staffing shortages so we are always kind to the folks on the front lines. Management!!! Placed an order to be delivered. Unfortunately they cut the pizza wrong and due to the amount of people planning on eating, we needed it cut a certain way. I called back to inform them and before I could offer to pay for the extra pizza the man had hung up in my face right after saying how long it would take. Beware the delivery service. Although I was told the wait would be 26-36 minutes when placing my order, it has now been 90 minutes and there is no pizza in sight. So I will begin by saying that, it's not the first, second, or even third time we have had a bad or not so great experience with this dominos. Sadly, the second not so great encounter with the manager Nick (Nicolas). A little background on me- I come from the restaurant and delivery industry, I'm completely understanding and forgiving when extra time is needed, orders are a smidge off, drivers forgetting items etc... it typically isn't like me to say anything negative as everyone and every restaurant has "off days". Tonight, this ticked me off. I placed an online delivery order, something that is very new to me (I don't use grub hub or any other sites as if rather give business direct to the man), but I've done the online thing for dominos twice now... I must add, the little tracker thing is pretty neat! While I know not everything on the internet reads true, what I understand is the human interaction and how an attitude has been given, not once, but twice. It actually saddens me as a small business owner. In regards to tonight, I placed the order at 10:23PM, for two items. I see in the tracker (always accurate as the employees have to enter it manually with their name) that it's been placed in the oven... I was told (in email and tracker) 27-37 minuets till arrival. Said that Nicholas put the order in..... I was ECSTATIC!! You see, after a crazy long week, two days of feeling like a tired mess and falling asleep at about 5:50 PM, I was so famished! So I watched the tracker like a hawk watching their newborns... at 11:02 PM the tracker said that Nicholas has just put in my order (again)... so I called. The first call was at 11:03 (for 4 minutes) I was asked to hold, to which I said absolutely, then placed on hold, hung up on. I called back at 11:08, waited again for the prompts, got a person, who was actually Nicholas and explained the situation. The reason I called was to explain the situation so they understood and the frustration. Nicholas immediately took a defensive stance. While I understand that they are short staffed, don't be upset with a customer due to this. I placed an order, the order placed was told it would arrive between 27-37 minutes, it was finally put in the oven at 11:03. It was placed at 10:23... that's NOT the customers fault! I sympathize with being short staffed, however, not with the attitude that was given back to me, like it wasn't your fault. The last time I placed an order, we got the complete wrong order delivered, when I called and asked if our order could be remade and sent, I was also told how you were short staffed, beyond busy. That's crap! We ate what was delivered to not cause an issue. But tonight, with the excuses and attitude again, it's crap. I have never been one to complain for something for free so make no mistake, I do not want anything from dominos! I don't want anyone fired or reprimanded. What I expect is more support and more training. That's all. I will add photos of the food as well. I've never received a pizza from them that's missing half the toppings or what spread to be half the order of chicken... I paid for ham and banana peppers on the pizza... and jalapeño and pineapple chicken bites... supposedly 12 pieces of chicken. I've ordered this from Marlborough and Southborough for pickup MANY TIMES! never had it looked like this... I'm disappointed!! read more

I've ordered food from here many of times. When you order through the app, everything comes perfect. I called my order in once and they made the wrong pizza when I went to pick it up. Other than that, when I get it delivered I don't think I've ever had a problem. They are generally very fast and for the most part, very friendly. I'll order from here maybe a couple times a month, and haven't ever had anything bad from there. read more

I have been a customer for many years, lately I have had really bad experiences from this store. Today, after 1 hour and 15 min waiting, I called the store to see where my pizza was, I was greeted with "oh you're order just left the store" nothing more nothing less. Total waiting time will be about 1 hour and 30 min to get 1 medium pizza and a side of chicken wings. I do not recommend this particular store, the lack of professionalism and customer service has impacted me in a way that I had to write this review, mind you that I really don't write reviews, ever. read more

Some body needs to update the Yelp, they no longer have Artisan pizzas nor the American Legends selection. However, when I called and asked what was good after being shut down twice, he listed a pizza under the American Legend section. 35 minute wait at the Motel 6. Not bad, service was good, he waited and listed while I made my mind up. read more

The Domino's in Southborough was one of the first places I ordered from while staying in Framingham. It is a Domino's so you will get pretty much exactly what you expect. I have had a couple instances where the driver got a little lost finding my location or delayed in some of the ridiculous traffic but I can't hold that against them. read more

Save your money, place is laughable... waited 45 minutes for our food that was in route for 30 minutes even though we are 5 minutes away only to find out the driver was in the wrong town. Wife called the store and then the driver to assist with directions but they couldn't speak English so that wasn't working. I called back to speak to the manager and a woman claiming to be the manager wouldn't give me her first name. I asked for her regional/district manager and another guy Chad answered claiming to be the regional but couldn't answer my questions. Told him to keep the pizza as another 20 minutes past and the driver was still lost. There is an offer right now for 50% off a pizza ordered online. When you go to order online the website would not complete the order as it should have. I could not get the site to ever post the total for the order and it would not allow me to choose delivery. So I called the store.
