The people that work here are pretty lazy. Always have slow service, however dominos gluten free crust is delicious and pretty reasonably priced compared to other gf pizzas. If you don't mind going to pick up your food during the hours of the promotion they're doing- they usually are not getting to your car in the next two mins so you get a free pizza for your next order, which is why I keep going back lol. This review is solely about the service at this specific location. Ordered a pizza on the app, which is idiot proof because it's picture based. Apparently, this is not the case for the staff. When I walked in to pick up my pizza, they informed me that it took 5 minutes of looking at the screen to understand the order. Needless to say, the pizza was incorrect. I am livid with our current delivery service! During COVID-19 Pandemic Crisis, we expect all delivery personnel's to abide by the mandatory regulations to WEAR MASKS and GLOVES when delivering food. Placed a order for delivery. Before I even realize it it's almost 2 hours and still no food. I call the store and they tell me they never got the order and then ask if I ordered from them. I read off the store number from the confirmation email I got. The guy says that is he asks his boss about it and he says he called and talked to someone and they claimed they never ordered. I tell them that's impossible because the number on my account is my cell so I'd be the only who would answer. I have not ordered from Domino's in a long time. I always think the pizza is good, but it's never really been my style. I don't particuly like that they make the sauce spicy. and how they salt it at the bottom. When I ordered pizza from them today, I ordered half pineapple, half onion. More than the whole pizza was pineapple, 2 or 3 slices were onion. Still, it was okay pizza. It's pretty cheesy, and quite filling. They slice the toppings so small, it's even hard to see the toppings. I could not see the toppings when I first looked at my pizza, until I put my face closer to it. When we need a quick meal and want leftovers, we call Domino's - probably once a week or two. But, I feel like every time we order from the Spotswood Domino's, we're playing "Topping Russian Roulette". For some reason, this location rarely seems to get it right which I just don't understand. To this you might be thinking, "this guy is probably extra difficult on the phone and placing a complicated order!" Nah, we order online so there are no questions. And our order is always the same - one two topping medium pizza with pepperoni and bacon; one two topping medium with ham and mushroom. We request both to be well done because they always seem to pull out the pies too early leaving the dough undercooked and gooey. (It's still too squishy even though we request well done.) The last time I ordered bacon, I got meatball which is not my favorite. If you're ordering half and half toppings, best of luck to you. It won't work out in your favor. All of this and the employees always seem like they're always in the weeds and are rarely polite, which I suppose is understandable if you're constantly drowning? We live maybe 5 minutes away but it took nearly two hours to get a delivery...so now we drive in to pick up. I just ordered from the spotswood dominoes. I was put on hold for 15 minutes during that I time I could hear him answering ringing phones and taking orders. I hung up and called back just to be put on hold again. I ordered 3 items $5.99 each the guy tried to charge me $24 and told me the price does not include the tip. I caught what he was doing and he corrected the price after giving me a bull shit excuse. 1 hour and 20 minutes later my order showed up with the delivery person trying to tell me she didn't have change to force a bigger tip. If all this didn't piss me off enough everything I ordered was completely wrong not even close to what I ordered. The new management/owners should stick to the 7 elevens they seem to excel at. Do not waste your time ordering from this location. They ignore the specials on their website and on the recorded phone message. When you place an order online you wind up being charged double. This is a huge scam and I caught them doing it several times. They also hire people that have no clue what they even sell. I tried to have feta cheese replaced with mozzarella and the kid on the phone said they don't have mozzarella. I was so infuriated by this level of ineptitude that I asked him what they put on top of their pizzas and he happily told me "pizza cheese" like I was stupid. I told him that "pizza cheese" is mozzarella and he actually had to confirm that with the manager. So we ordered our 2 pies (very simple - with 2 toppings each) and instead of delivering a pie with black olives we got onions. Now that isn't even close and just another example of "pizza cheese" guy not having a clue. By the way, we called back to have the right pizza delivered and it took over an hour when the first order got here in 24 minutes. Wow.... has this place gone bad in the past three months. OK, you don't expect gourmet pizza at Domino's, but when it's 5 minutes from home, it can be the "go to" place, when you're tired or don't want to take the longer drive, or fight the parking issues and crowds at Mancini's or Krispy. We've used Domino's in Spotswood as our backup for 15 years. The quality of Domino's pizza actually improved a couple years ago, when they came up with new recipes for the sauce and crust. But about three months ago, appears this location changed ownership. No more friendly young workers who know your name, and know the menu, no more decent pizza, and worst of all, complete inability to place a phone order for pickup. But, we wanted an Artisan pizza and a couple baked sandwiches, which were still semi-decent. Called, got the endless advertising, press three to get a live person, but pressing any button achieved nothing. First time, "specials" announcements ended, and the phone went dead. Hung up, dialed again. More "specials", Finally, near the end of the specials, a live person "hold on for a minute...". Finally, a live person asked what I wanted, and my phone number. Took a couple tries to get her to understand the phone number. I then asked for an Artisan pizza, tuscan salami and veggie. Was asked "is that medium", so I knew I was dealing with a menu challenged individual. Explained that the Artisan pizza serves 2, comes in one size, and is rectangular. Totally confused her with this. Over about a one minute period, some grunts, and someone in the background telling her how to enter the Artisan pizza in the register. By now we are more than 5 minutes into the ordering process. She read the order back.... sounded good, until she got to "and you want half salami and half vegetable".. I started to explain again how the Artisan pizza is a combination of these ingredients, and no signs of recognition. Stopped, thought about how ridiculous this was and told her "this is ridiculous" and hung up. Went to Vinnie's and got their excellent cheese steak, and a delicious meatball parm. They told him it's out for delivery and at 8pm still no pizza and giving him the run around. Finally admitted they canceled the order without notice! Will never order from there again! This Domino's is the worst I have ever encountered. Three strikes and you are out. For some reason I keep ordering Dominos even though there are about 10 pizza places in the area that are frankly better and cheaper. Tonight I ordered a Large Pie and a Salad from Dominos Spotswood. I expected the order to be delivered in 35-45 minutes based on what it said on the app. After 45 minutes I called the store and no one answered. I then waited another 35 minutes to finally hear the doorbell. As instructed the delivery person delivered the pizza and salad. The Pizza was cold like it was cooked over a 1 ago and the salad was warm. In addition the box that it was in was ripped and caved in the middle. The pizza inside was folded in 1/2. I mentioned above about strike 3. For some reason I keep going back but that's it. Never again. Maybe I will try a different location if I travel but never again with the Spotswood store. I'm not giving 4 stars for the food. It's Dominos, so you have to be realistic here. However, I've never been disappointed by this Dominos. Their food is what is should be, and they deliver on time. Not sure what else to say here. If your'e looking for Dominos and live near this location, I definitely recommend it. The only negative is that I've been to this location a couple of times to pick up the food (instead of having it delivered), and the employees weren't very professional. For example, one time there was an employee that seemed to be off duty (not wearing uniform and not behind the counter...but definitely an employee, based on what he was saying). He was unprofessional (was a little vulgar and loud) and just wanted to get "hooked up." That wasn't really a big deal for me in the big picture, since it was just one time and I always have them deliver anyway. read more

Worst super experience I have ever had in a food establishment. The assistant manager named AMR, was rude and refused to honor a large pizza deal with 3 toppings which we have ordered multiple times. I asked for our receipts printed from my previous orders which he pulled up on the screen and verified that my previous orders were accepted and that "Those must have been Favors they did for you in the past " Whatever that means. In general those Dominos is dirty. There was no manager on site and the assistant manager said he has no power to make decisionsm Employees sit on the food preparation tables. Order food here at 10:57p.m. with an estimated 20 minute delivery. After 11:30 I noticed that they marked the food delivered but the food wasn't here. At 11:50 I decide to call them and after waiting on hold for 5 minutes the manager Shahil told me that the deliver person was in his way and only 3 minutes away. After waiting another 20 minutes I finally call to just cancel the order that's an hour late and the manager gives me an attitude and tells me that the deliver person is right there, I refused to take the order and tell him to cancel it and refund my money he yells fine and hangs up on me.
