They run a tight ship but the website sucks. Yeah i know DOWNLOAD the app... to be fair the website for similar restaurants is often a similar experience: Really confusing, easy to make mistakes, and sometimes it just doesn't work. Food itself is my favorite supreme compared to other places. Pizza Hut has slightly better pepperoni IMO, which my dad likes more. Decent value as well. I'm impressed with how they turned this chain around at some point it was NOT as good in the 90's as it is now. The place looks really technologically advanced with a nice big screen telling you that your order is ready and when. Never had to wait. Never was cold. Never had delivery just always picked it up. So I downloaded the app and it's really a great app. You collect points on each order which is nice to cash in on free pizza or breadsticks. Just wasted 25 minutes waiting for my order to be made incorrectly and a manager that couldn't even take the time to offer an apology! Sad mark on the company, I would avoid this location. They forget a pizza, give me bread bites instead of cinnamon sticks, pizza is just wrong , the list is endless. They forgot two of my pizzas today and I had to wait 40 min for them to bring it back. I am a former employee of this location and have witnessed the preparation process of the pizza. The employees are not required to wear gloves and I was told by management that if we have a cold that is not a reason to miss work and we should show up and make pizza anyway. The hygiene standards at this restaurant are minimal, consisting only of a requirement for employees to wash hands after using the bathroom. Worst customer service! Apparently a new location is too much to handle bc they wouldn't deliver to me, after being a customer for 3+Years. Yeah, I know...I'm reviewing Domino's. After trying several pizza spots in NWA (see applicable reviews), we finally broke down and decided to give Domino's a try. This is something we would almost never do back in NJ, since there are so many real pizza spots that deliver or have take-out. But with all the commercials about how they've improved their recipes, etc, what the heck. I've also been wanting for a decent pizza in NWA, so I didn't have any better ideas (I think I'm about to cry as I type this). We ordered 2 large pies. One "Brooklyn" style pepperoni and one hand tossed with peppers, onions, olives and mushrooms. I'll start with the hand tossed. Typical Domino's, just like I remember. Thick, doughy crust and ingredients that weren't the freshest in the world. Not enough sauce (although you can order it with extra). Barely what I would call pizza, and only edible because I was starving. The Brooklyn style was actually pretty decent, compared to other pizza I've had around here. Very thin, but not cracker-like crust so you can fold the slice in half and eat it like you're supposed to. Crisp pepperoni. If I ever order from Domino's again, I will go with this option. I actually think it's better than just about any NWA pizza option that I've had so far. One drawback is that it's not very filling, and the "large" is pretty small, so you have to order a couple of them because they go quick. Delivery only took about 15-20 minutes, and using the online method was efficient and simple. read more

Low rating because we received two pizzas - one fine (not great, but fine) and one burnt pizza. I'd attach a photo, but that will take me a minute to figure out. Called to complain and the manager hung up. ??? That's a new one. Buyer beware, and certainly don't expect them to make it right if they mess up your order. read more

If 0 stars were an option I'd choose that. Ordered thinking let me try the chain again instead of going to somewhere local. Bad choice they messed up my order and their solution was "bring it back and we'll remake it" when I said that's not acceptable the manager said they'd deliver one to my house. Then they said that's not an option and I'd have to wait another 20 min for them to make another pizza if that's what I wanted to do. Terrible leadership and solutions. Had an amazing delivery by such a sweet and precious young lady named Sam. My pizza was delivered with care and a big smile!

We decided to pick up pizza. We ordered through the app and did the delivery curbside choice. Started out great! Employee came out to the truck verified our order and told 10 min. We watched the app and when it changed to completed we waited on our pizza for an extra 20 min... we sit there in the curbside with our hazards on like the app tells us to do for a total of 30 min. The excuse of "we didn't see you" couldn't work either because employees were cleaning the windows right in front of us! I finally decided to go in and ask and the guy behind the counter was like "oh ya you can come in and pick it up" and I mentioned that we chose curbside and had been out there waiting and all I got was a reluctant "oh sorry". We then got home to find out that even though the pizza had been boxed and sitting on a shelf for 30 min, one of the pizzas wasn't even sliced!!! Horrible customer service! read more

Dominos is the preferred pizza in our household. We've lived here for three months and have ordered from Dominos maybe 5 times. The last two times the delivery driver has forgotten something on the order and had to return to the store to retrieve it and bring it back. I have been a little disappointed as of late, but we are giving it one more try tonight. read more

This might be the worst dominos service I received. I placed an order to be delivered to my husband and had an employee call me and very rudely tell me she wasn't going to be waiting 20 minutes for him to come out for his order. I let her know they would page him and he would be right out and she cut me off saying YEA I KNOW IVE BEEN THERE ....seriously learn some manners no need to call a customer and be so rude to them. read more
