Worst place ever. My friend wanted pizza and she loves Domino's so she asked me to pick it up. Since I'm vegan she ordered half veggies. When I arrived the atmosphere was wreaking unhospitable staff. Iti opened the box to check its contents to and noticed that the veggie side was clearly missing ingredients. I inquired and was rudely told that the veggies slid while in the oven. Worst experience I've had in my entire life. The manager and staff is very rude and unprofessional. This wasn't always the case but was on my last order. Not only did they not deliver the right order but the pizza was cold & they left receipt with someone else personal information on it. The manager was rude when I called kept cutting me off and hung up the phone in my face. When calling back another person answered and was rude as well refused the manager name & the manager refused to get back on the line. I was only requesting that the online tip be reversed. So I paid for delayed service, cold pizza, and rude behavior. Update, I spoke to Shawn Walker today. He was very professional and apologetic for my experience. This is is the service I've been used to when ordering from this location so I'm going to continue giving them my business. He has assured me he will address the issue. Yes, I'm giving it five stars. We've had pizza all over the world, including throughout the Mediterranean, and damn if my wife didn't tell me the other day that Domino's Pacific Veggie is her all-time favorite. Forget what you remember of Domino's from back in the day. This is actually very good pizza, substantially better than any chain competitor. This Domino's franchise, specifically, is great. They have more coupons available than other local outlets, and you can see ALL the current coupons on the website; no hunting around online for codes and offers. Great service as well. And they do a ton of business, but I've never arrived for my carryout order and had to wait. It was always waiting for me. Solid. read more

I have not had domino's pizza in about 10 years...I ordered two cheese pizza's and when they came out, they were overdone so I had them remake them. I hate that this location is the closest and the next closest is about 20-miles. My first visitation was for two online orders of pizzas, the first one was forgotten. The dominoes online pizza tracker said my pizza was ready for pick up. Sadly, that was not the only order forgotten. This small place fills up quickly and the employees delay in releasing the lock on the door to allow customers inside. The availability of condiments and napkins are limited. Those that handle the dough do not wear gloves, and only one person, I saw, wore gloves touching the uncooked food. The drivers go to socialize in the kitchen with the cooks in this small building. The people here are not that professional. For example, one worker came inside from smoking, did not wash his hands before giving me napkins. Terrible service, ordered on-line while staying at Stone Mountain Inn. Pizza was never delivered, Dominos staff laughed and put me on hold repeatedly when I called to check on order after an hour. Then said they "tried" to deliver and couldn't find hotel. Hotel front desk verified no pizza delivery call or drivers had come. My cell phone was never called (per policy if they can't find you) Dominos Staff refused answered where the pizza was- and put customers on hold all night. Contacted the store an hour later and they apologized, offered me a future credit because they were unable to refund me the money and resent the order, which took a hour to receive. When I went to redeem credit they stated I already had used it...which we had not. After speaking with three different people there was no resolution other than we were lied to about the credit that was promised. Extremely poor customer service and delivery. I called this store to speak to the manager to inform them about their online tracker not working properly and I was rudely brushed off by the manager. The tracker stated that my order had been delivered and it had not. 15min later when my order finally arrived, it was cold and incorrect. The quality of customer service and food has seriously declined at this location over the last several years. The staff often speaks unclear and very unprofessionally. There is much more I can say about my bad experiences but I'd rather just no longer service Domino's; especially this location. I gave them a second chance and Domino's have failed me again. I really hope it's just me and that this isn't happening throughout the local area. It's unfortunate to have this location as the only option in my area. There should be some serious changes inside that store. I honestly don't even like reporting things like this, but I feel like it needs to be heard. I work extremely hard everyday and would like a quick option to be able to enjoy for dinner or lunch when I come home from work or just relaxing on a weekend. Yay! To Keita she is the manager on shift today, not only does she perform with superb communication skills I am proud of what she has done with the store. My pizza didn't arrive untill 1 hour /15 minutes late so when I called to speak with a manager. She respectfully handled her self in letting me know about the shortage of delivery drivers along with substantial amounts of traffic in that area. The pizza came hot made with perfection I wanted to call an complain about not getting my Pink Lemonade and recieving a Sprite. Until when I opened my pizza boxes I rerouted my complaint to ask for the managers name personally to write a review. Although later when I opened my box to see I didn't get my cinnamon frosting I couldn't even be mad. Because I see the turn around she has placed on this store is to perfection.
