For their grand reopening, Blaze Pizza did an event where they were giving away free personal 11inch pizzas. I actually saw the sign for this in person at the store and saw Instagram ads about it. The event was well organized and even had water cups for people. The line was well managed, no worries for people being rowdy. There was a line inside and outside. Seating and tables were plentiful inside (and clean)! Free parking in the lot. Overall, their customer service seems to have improved! The manager Dhruw did a great job with this event !! The pizzas were made fresh and worth the weight. They let you get as many toppings as you wanted (interesting tactic). He also gave us coupons for BOGO pizza. The pizza was delicious, crust wasn't too juicy. It was cooked well and very cheesy. I tried the s'mores cookie they had, it was a little dry to my taste but that's my preference. Yikes, that went downhill fast! I used to love Blaze. I'd pay $10, build my own pizza and have leftovers. The staff looked happy. It reminded me of my first job at Little Caesar's (dating myself). Service was quick and the food was delicious. Well that was then.. Service is SLOOOOOW! There were only 2 people in line but it took 30 minutes to get my order. I feel bad for the 20 super bowl orders that came in after me. The staff must be new cause 1 employee kept talking about how he liked his pizza. We don't care sir...! The other didn't know what was in the meatballs. Beef? Pork? Shrug... They no longer have the dollop of marinara option and prices have increased. For the 11 inch BYO pizzas! The service was really quick and friendly. I love the BYO option! I got the spicy red sauce and it did have a slight kick to it. I can't wait to try the pesto and white creamy sauce next time. They had so many topping options too, I got banana peppers, olives, spinach, artichoke, pepperoni and sausage. I ordered from them a year ago and found the pizza to be awful, I ordered a pepperoni pizza with hot honey drizzle, the pizza came with a very chewy crust, overcooked, cheese over melted, a barley any pepperoni. Omg I have never seen this place so unorganized and dysfunctional. So disappointed the main reason I grabbed something because I haven't eaten all day. Angel was rude and not helpful to a coworker looking for item on the line. The line is a mess everything was empty. I asked for garlic she tossed some few pieces from empty container instead of going get a new one. The action by your staff need to be addressed took me 40 min to order and finally get my food unacceptable. Service was great. I ordered a vegan pizza and the server confirmed it was vegan and got another slicer so that animal products did not end up on my pizza. My friend had a traditional pizza and brought it home for leftovers. Fairly clean and quiet for a hangout spot. I would have given it a higher rating, but the pizza was warm instead of hot, there was too much sauce, and the dough did not have the rise it should have. It was more like a thin crust pizza instead of a regular crust pizza. I would go again, though, to this location just for the service. read more

And I also enjoy that I can customize with the amount of sauce, meat options I like, and add a ton of veggies as well. There are more than the usual veggie options you'd find at most pizza places, and it's an easy way to get in a lot of them when we don't feel like cooking. Those are really the pluses for me! I didn't have any food at home and was going to grab some groceries and figured I'd pick up a pizza for my way home. I ordered a custom pizza online, and it was expected to be ready in 10 min to 20 minutes which was perfect for me. I walked into Blaze and there was quite a long line for a Sunday evening, but I went to wait by the take out station since I already ordered. The seating area was empty while I was waiting but filled up while I was there. There's also a nice outdoor seating area but no one was sitting outside as it was dark and they didn't appear to turn the lights on. My food was ready about 25 minutes after I placed the order, so not to bad, and I was able to take it home while warm. The pizza itself tasted great! They were reasonable generous with toppings, especially because I asked for a lot, without making the crust completely soggy. The cheesy bread was fine...just a tad underbaked in some places. I haven't been to this location in several years. The last time I was here they had pizzas backed up (and stacked on top of other pizzas). A worker got into with a customer and came out to challenge him physically. Now there is no tea (they don't have anyone that can make it). Seriously? The pizza was okay but the work ethic and customer service of one of the employees was terrible. (the dont have name tags so I'll just reference her as RLT for her redish orange locs & thicker build) Whilst the rest of the staff was cool, polite, and working carefully within the short span of time that I was there this worker mishandled an online order, dropped a food equipment on the ground moving without regard for her surroundings, cross contaminated multiple items (cheese in the marinara, pepperoni in the vegan chorizo, etc), and had an attitude that was definitely affecting the staff productivity as well. I enjoy blaze often in the many states the franchise exists, but Atlanta seems to truly have the worst ones in terms of care and service; this location was the worst of the worst. id hate to have food sensitivities & order from here online. read more

You just need to provide the bar-code from your AT&T Thank You App. While I was there my order was a thin crust pizza with Pepperoni and Italian Meatballs. The tomato sauce is great tasty. My other toppings were feta cheese, banana peppers, black olives, cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, green bell peppers, jalapenos and roasted garlic. It was more than enough for one person and total bill was just about $9 plus taxes. Very friendly and fast service. Bathrooms are clean and private, entry one at a time. I like Blaze, but this location is staring to go down some. The place is not remotely as clean as it used to be. They need new management or something. They also no longer offer free water. I don't really drink sugary drinks, but if I want a cup of water they charge me the same price as they would for a drink. That seems odd. This place is busy!!! But I can see why. Their pizza is pretty good. It probably also didn't help that is was Friday night but that did not stop the orders from coming in online & people standing in line. I did not see anyone leave their place. When my turn came I decided to order the pick 2 option which is half of any pizza with a side side salad or cheesy bread (with or without pesto). I order half BBQ Chicken with non pesto cheesy bread. They have their standard toppings that come with it but you can customize it as they make it freshly in front of you. I left it as is. For drinks they have bottles soda, water, beer. They also have fountain drinks around the other side with the customer favorite blood orange lemonade. The pizza was excellent! I was a little disappointed in the cheesy bread & started to regret not getting a full BBQ chicken pizza...so I got back in line for another pizza . The blood orange lemonade was great! I have to start my review by saying that the food quality here is fantastic. The ingredients are fresh, and you can build your pizza for under ten dollars. Ever since we have been coming here when they opened last year, the service has been the issue. Tonight we arrived at 8:30 and the line was backed up. Once we got to the front of the line, we realized that the online orders were coming in as fast as the walk-in customers. My ticket became separated from the other person in my party. This was the start of the downward spiral. When I got to the register, I saw the pizzas backed-up, and since they weren't using them numbering system, they usually use to identify whos pizza or is when it comes out of the oven. Several customers were waiting for there pizzas (all of them were getting cold as they tried to figure it out). An employee (Eddie) started to get into it with a couple of customers who asked how a customer (4rh in line behind them) for their pizza first. The female customer stated that she wanted her pizza to be hot, and not cold. Eddie lost it on the customer, and her male companion stepped in, and Eddie tried to come for him.. The customer did not back down; words were exchanged, and other employees (and a female manager) pulled Eddie back, and he left the kitchen. To make the matter worse Eddie appeared in the dinning room and continued his verbal assault on the customer. Here are the things that I cannot believe; 1. I cannot believe that we waited for 45 minutes to get cold pizza (which I had to do to the counter and identify and ask to receive. 2. Eddie was able to verbally assault and taunt a customer without being fired on the spot (he was still there when we left) 3. When I brought this issue to one of the managers (who said he had just arrived), his body language and expression was very laxiadazica. His solution was to refund me my money, even when I told him that I would not be back. This is not a place I want to patronize, as I do not want to worry about being verbally attacked by an employee. read more

Came here on Pi-e Day to get their $3.14 pizza. I really like that you can put as many toppings as you want for a flat cost ($8.25 normally). Pretty good deal if you ask me. You can also order 1-topping or 2-toppings pizza for a little bit cheaper. They also have salads and other options to choose from. The food came out within 5 minutes after we ordered so I would say the service was pretty quick. The manager was going around asking everyone if they needed anything. I'm so glad I now have a solid pizza spot in the area to order from :') We got the Art Lover pizza (artichokes, ricotta, mozzarella, chopped garlic, red sauce dollops), the Dough Knots, a S'mores pie, and the brownie brushed with olive oil (talk about artisanal desserts!). The pizza absolutely blew me away, primarily because the garlic flavor permeated every bite of every slice (ugh so good). The dough knots were interesting, cheesy + pesto-y and came with a side of marinara sauce. The brownie is one of the best I have ever had, rich and chocolatey and the chocolate chips !!! No one answered the phone and previous Yelpers said if you order there it takes double the time. I ordered ham, goat cheese and feta, artichokes, olives, jalapeños, roasted red pepper and spinach. Hubby had more of a classic ham, sausage, onions, green peppers and mushrooms. They were ordered on the same ticket but somehow my pizza got lost. After pointing it out and not much happening hubby said he would take a salad to make up for the lost time. He created a simple salad, fresh yes, but really basic ingredients definitely would not buy one. Crust was thin and pizzas finally made correctly, we both agree though we would eat in and be able to see how much of each ingredient we wanted was on them. The link in (which always reminds me of LinkedIn) pizza with its Italian sausage (which was really good) and roasted red peppers was simple and delish. It came with sauteed onions and mozzarella cheese. He added additional mushrooms which worked well. I would suggest adding additional cheeses to mix it up a bit. [I'm biased. I like cheese] The green stripe... Hmmm... The arugula and pesto was what drew me to this pizza. With adding goat cheese to the mozzarella, it added something extra to it. The chicken wasn't super fresh like something you'd find at a higher end pizza place. It's more like diced chicken cubes from a place like Subway. Overall, not too shabby of a pizza. The dough seemed to be made fresh. On a lazy rainy gloomy sunday when u feel like doing nothing and searching for comfort items, i decided to check out this neighborhood pizzeria. I think others must have felt the same because place was packed on this rainy sunday afternoon. I went with the build your own for 8.25. When given the chance to be creative, why not take it? Before the servers started to build my pizza, they offered side salad. Salad and pizza seems like a weird combo to me. tomato and mozzarella salad looked awesome but i skipped for the said reason. Now on to the pizza. I went with the thinnest crust and i am glad i did. It was perfectly crispy after cooked. I combined their spicy tomato sauce, mozzarella and ovalini mozzarella (go for those, fresh mozzarella!!), tomates, mushrooms, artichoke, touch of zucchini and roasted garlic. I skipped meat because all the options looked unappetizing to me. My pizza was ready in minutes. It looked great, tasted great. Maybe sauce can be less, more mozzarella, less tomatoes. The spicy sauce was not as spicy as i would have liked.. I was already full at the third slice so one pizza can be easily shared with another person. I am glad I got to try this neighborhood gem and i think my pizza tasted great for the price level but I dont think I will be back. It missed the flavor, perfect crust and smell of italian pizzas. Back to being 5-star. They've improved process with call-in orders. Delicious. I felt I should NOT load it with every ingredient and overdue it. I was happy I did. Seemed perfect. But heck, over load it and you'll have a meat and veggie lovers deluge all in one za! I'm so happy we live within a mile. I'll be here often as it seems like a very fair value and healthy too. Only nit would be that it's not the world's best napoleatan (spelling?) crust, but they're set out to crank them out so I can accept it. And again, for the price it's a good deal.
