Well I ordered started watching the progress which was kind of fun and then I thought oh you know I've never ordered pizza from this location and I checked Yelp and my heart sank. I thought oh well hopefully it's at least edible. I was pleasantly surprised not only was the young gentleman who delivered my pizza, very friendly and professional. It was delivered within the delivery window and looks as good as the picture the brownies were piping hot and are pretty dang good. The pizza wasn't piping hot but honestly that really just doesn't happen. I usually heat up the oven ahead of time anyway it was definitely warm enough for that first piece while I wait for my other ones to heat up. I have no complaints pleasantly surprised. At 6pm I called to check on the status of my delivery and was the same guy who placed my ordered pretended like he couldn't find my phone number and asked me was I sure I was providing the correct number he then asked for my address and and asked me to hold and he would check status of my order he got back on the phone and said they had to cancel my order because I live in Vacaville I said no I don't and asked why he didn't call he then lied and said he called and I didn't answer. Morale of the story: Absolutely terrible service and untrained drivers. Ordered a large pizza and cheese sticks at 11:51am took over an hour for them to even finish. around 1:30pm it says it was delivered (it was never delivered), had to call the store at 2pm saying my pizza was never delivered and the person on the phone was very rude and the driver who "delivered" my pizza said he delivered it to my door (was never at my door) so he delivered it to the wrong address after confirming with him over the phone my address. After he confirmed with the driver, then person on the phone said it would be another 2 hours before another pizza could be delivered. this is on a Thursday at 2pm btw. I then asked for a refund and the person sounded like it was the biggest task of his life to do. When he was finished he never even told me goodbye or anything he just hung up. This is absolutely terrible service and they really need to train their drivers better to both listen and read because what person who hasnt graduated elementary school cant read 7 numbers. After 90 min I called because the estimated time of arrival kept increasing. They Said my order would arrive soon. Checked online tracking again, it said another 80 minutes. Flew into travis in the evening on Sunday 3/2/25. Nothing was really open couldn't get a rental car and we were frustrated because we couldn't order anything off base and after seeing the reviews we were skeptical ordering from this dominos. Starving and having no other choice we called. I see what might be contributing to some of these bad reviews. The location doesn't answer the phone. It's a central Order station, and it was a very difficult to understand him. He sounded irritated having to repeat himself and active like he didn't want to take my order. We decided to order straight from the website. The woman working at this Travis Domino's location called me to verify order and to let me know, they were out of sausage and offered me ideas for a substitute. She was a very pleasant! I wish I could give it zero stars. I don't know how this place stays open on base. Orders take over an hour to 2 hours to arrive. I had a thin crust arrive looking like a jigsaw puzzle because it was so dried out from sitting under a heat lamp. When you go to pick up your order in person after it's already been an hour or so they act like you've inconvenienced them or that it's your problem you can't wait 2 hours for a pizza to be delivered less than a mile. What an extreme disappointment. After seeing so many Dominos pizza commercials and having a conversation with my brother about our childhood days eating dominos, we decided to order from them. From the website, I created a profile and chose delivery which assigned me this location as being the closest. I placed and order online at 5:23 pm for a future time delivery for 6:30 pm. Ordering online was easy. I was even able to check their "tracker". 6:30 pm rolls around and while checking the tracker, it said it was on the way. Ok, let me give it the benefit of the doubt. 6:40 rolls around and I check the tracker which says "delivered". We did not have our pizza. So I called them and spoke to Mayra who recognized immediately which order I was referring to when explaining our pizza hasn't been delivered. She apologized and said there was a mix up or a couple of orders and it should be on the way. 7:23, nearly an hour later of the chosen delivery time, I called again. No pizza had arrived. Spoke to Mayra again. She seemed shocked our pizza didn't arrive yet. She placed me on hold to call the driver. 5 min later, mayra didn't come on the phone. It was one of the associates to tell me that they haven't been able to get a hold of the driver and our pizza is on the way. She said that they would credit our payment and it should reflect within 2-3 days. I asked for an estimated time for when the pizza would arrive, she was unable to give me one. I told her that I would call again within 15 min of my Pizza didn't get here. Within 10 min, our pizza arrived. No apology from the driver, and our pizza (1) arrived in terrible condition. I have attached photos. I have yet to see my accnt get credited but if it isn't by the end of the week, I will call them again. If I could, I would not have ordered pizza from here. We usually go to Pizza Guys or Pizza Hut and have had a better experience. Luckily for them, on yelp, you have to give 1 star. Which if I could designate it, I'd give the star to their phone service. It depends on your area, but the location that delivers to us is fairly close by, so we usually are able to have it ordered and delivered within a half hour or so. The specials that we always get are the items that fall under the buy 2 for $5.99/ea. They have a wide variety of options that qualify under this deal such as 2 topping pizzas, salads, sandwiches, pastas, and even desserts. Our favorites lately have been the thin crust hawaiian pizza, the chicken carbonara in a bread bowl, and the cookie/brownie dessert. Delivery is only $3.99 and you are able to track your order status online or through the app. Sometimes the tracker isn't always that accurate, but you have a better idea of when to get out of bed and wait for the doorbell to ring. I tried calling back last night (Halloween but probably after 12am sometime) to thank the kind lady who followed up with me on my delayed order. My food was delivered about 12am, by a young man who I believe is Tyrone but I'm unsure. It's what the app said. My food was still piping hot AND I received a complimentary bone-in wing order and a full sized Sprite liter. The last few times I've ordered delivery it's gone from bad to worse. Chicken Alfredo had not one piece of chicken, asked for plates and napkins got none, ordered 4 ranch and 2 hot sauce got none, pizza wasn't hot, and pretty much this order made me want to toss it all in the trash. figured I could take an L in one column for the lazy delivery order but didn't anticipate this....this was way over the top bad.
