Unfortunately, the sandwich arrived with mayo on both sides of the bread. There was also a lot of melted cheese that tasted closer to an American or Cheez-Whiz style cheese rather than something milder like provolone or Swiss, which made the sandwich very wet and overly rich. The pickle on the side was very soft and soggy and had an unusual mix of dill and sweet flavors, so I only took one bite. But what really surprised me was everything else they already had fully stocked and ready that early in the morning. Fried fish is a commodity and the location isn't bad to travel to. Once the cook gets a little more input maybe he'll get it right. So we'll give them another try after the kinks are worked out.
