Literally called 2 1/2 hours ago and still haven't received my food. So disappointing. And it's only a Tuesday night.

Worst experience ever! Hire more drivers. I ordered at 1:45pm & didn't receive my order until after 4pm, despite the fact that I received a txt from the tracker online that said John, whom doesn't even work for this location, at 2:02pm was en route 2 my home. I called the location to speak to the manager at 3pm, and I'm guessing she was the shift manager. She offered to refund my money, and that was not done. I checked my account 5 days later & this was still not complete. I called in to speak to the manager 5 days after the worst experience ever, and the shift manager gave me the personal cell phone # of the GM, Carl, who when I called, even tho I asked her if it were his business or personal cell #, she insisted it was his business mobile phone #, answered with a very confused HELLO, having to explain my story yet again. As you can tell, I'm not happy about my experience thus far & still expect a full refund, esp due 2 the fact that when I actually did receive my order after 4pm that day, it was hard, cold & not tasty in any shape or form. Horrible experience. This was my first time ordering dominoes since the 90's. I decided to give them a chance since seeing all these awesome commercials. I should have ordered from someplace else. I placed my order at 4:31. Estimated delivery 20-30 mins. Pizza tracker said it was put in the oven right away, and Carl was checking for perfection out of the oven at 4:41. I'm thinking "this place is awesome and on top of it". Boy was I wrong. 5:06 I get a text message that Carl is on his way! Ok it's been 40 minutes. Not a big deal. Hmm, 5:30 comes along and I decide to call to see where my pizza is. I listen to their message saying how someone will be answering shortly. Only to be hung up on before a simple hello was said. I called back, sit there listening to this great repeat message for 3 minutes. So I check the tracker before he answers. Oh the pizza has made its way to me at 5:32. THATS A NEGATIVE. When he checks the order he tells me three pizzas were in the car and it should be on it's way. 5:46 it finally gets delivered. No apology, no nothing. Beyond pathetic service. Dont trust the text messages saying they are "delivering", it is in fact a lie. The drivers are rude and the manager is incompetent. I live physically 2 MINUTES AWAY. No it does not take an hour and a half to get here. Then when my wife called the "manager" hung up on her. When the driver showed up finally the food was stone cold and looked like it had been dropped multiple times, the pizza was stacked on top itself, but you know the saddest part? The cheese want even hot enough for it to be stuck to the bottom of the other pieces. Again. I live literally a 2 minute drive away. Just avoid this place. Go to papa murphys or pizza hut or literally anywhere else. The Wing Commander should just not renew the contract. I really enjoyed the pizza here. I ordered online and was hot and ready to pick up at the prescribed time. I do recommend trying other sauces like the Alfredo sauce instead of the normal tomato sauce. Also try hand tossed crust. To me , it's in between a thin and a pan fried crust. Delivery Guy dropped my Ranch dressing For my order of wings on my front porch and didn't even cleaned it I had to call to get some ranch dressing re-delivered which took another 25 mins I put delivery instructions on my order for the delivery person to leave it on the front porch bench. I had the worst experience at this dominos!I ordered 2 pizzas and 2 orders of wing for delivery, we live maybe 4 minutes away but I had the 3 kids and one was napping. I watched the tracking thing and when it said that it was being delivered I waited patiently for 40 minutes. I told him what the previous person promised and let him know that i was assured that my food was already on the way. He put me on hold and told me that it was. And I let him know that I did want that promise to be fulfilled and I wanted my money back. He said ok and said he'd cancel my order. I told him that the guy said they would still deliver the food. At this point It's been an hour and 30 minutes late so he puts me Back on hold a few more times while he gets confirmation. Then he asks me To come into the location because he can't do that over the phone. Incredibly frustrated I say yes and he says that he will remake my food so it's fresh. I get in the car and drive there only to be met with A teenage boy that is very clearly unsure of how to take care of this. He tells me that they don't usually do that. And I ask for a manager he tells me To hold on and while he's fixing something else then a delivery guy comes in and he tells him about my order. The delivery guys starts making fun of me not knowing that I'm standing right here! So I let him know that I'm the one that he's making fun of. He looks embarrassed and asks me for the details of the order I let Him know and he says "that's you?!?" That order is still not there!" I call my daughter and no the order is still not there! Only giving it a 1 start because you have to give it. We've ordered here about once a month for the past few months and at this point I'm not even sure why we try. They will mark your delivery as made/sent/delivered before it even hits the oven to up their stats. Their own employees have admitted this twice to me over the phone. This last one was 40 minutes past when they said the driver left with it. I work in the same mini mall and it takes me literally 3 minutes to get there, 5 if you hit the light. 40 minutes? Might feel differently if it was even piss warm when it got here, but it wasn't even close. I hope you have hours to wait for your food, its going to take a while. Of the 6 times we've ordered, once was it decent. I guess we keep ordering hoping its a fluke, but clearly the joke is on us. We will never order from here again. But they are either understaffed or completely unstaffed with a person there simply to answer the phone to tell you that you have no pizza.
