The Domino's team in Trinidad tries to help and get your pizza correct. As for the Domino's app, that is another story. It tries to add extra items to your order or change your order when you are using it. There are times it won't use the coupon. I have reported the app several times, but it still has problems. The service was horrible!!!!!!!!!. I have to rate this low because of what happened. I went to order lunch for our 7 retail store locations. I called 7 different Domino's store locations for delivery. Every store was great except for Trinidad. I started with CS, then Denver, Cortez, 2 in Pueblo, Gunnison, and lastly Trinidad. Well, when I got to Trinidad, the person who answered the phone was not friendly, was very blunt, did not help when I asked questions, did not do his best, and did not give me any discounts or use coupons. Mind you, I am in Pueblo, so I told him I needed to pay now, and he said I cannot. I said WOW, I just called 6 other Domino locations, and I prepaid them, said I have to call in the morning. No, I did not call back; I did one better: I told my daughter. You ask why my daughter is/was a GM for Domino's. She is awesome, she knows what she is doing, and she is very good at it. She had another Domino's location calling her to fix their store. She said the guy didn't want to do his job. She proceeded to put my order through online. So Wednesday came, and lunch was being delivered to the stores. The Trinidad GM called me and said she got 2 pizza deliveries, mind you I only paid for 1. The Domino's store should have called me before placing the order, since I told the guy I was paying with a card. and in Pueblo, not Trinidad, and he never called me. Lesson learned, one should be polite, listen to what your customer is saying, and be helpful. read more

Pizza was decent but the service was horrible! Ordered and payed for dipping sauce and didn't get it when I picked up and drove all the way back home. Called and spoke to Austin. Apparently he was the manager at the time. Asked him to credit my card back, he laughed at me and told me they won't give me my money back. In store credit only! First of all it wasn't funny. Secondly I will not be going back so I don't want an in store credit. He told me it was my fault and I should have checked my order thoroughly before I left. It's the principle! Austin should have done his job and checked and packed my order properly. I do not ever plan on going back. Customer service is everything in a business! read more

Was very happy with them. Order 5 Minutes before closing since everyone else closed early I am 7 months prego so had midnight craving. Ordered on app they still prepared it and service was great!! I asked for no pepperoni I asked for sausage but no pepperoni and I'm given a pepperoni pizza don't go here they can't get the order right.

We usually pick up a pizza to take home for dinner when we go into Trinidad for supplies. It has always been great!

Austin was very nice, helpful and attentive. He excelled at customer service. Absolute legend at customer service. Working at dominos huh? This guy could own the place How about that!!?! Anyways I love dominoes. They have excellent food always. And they always impress me. I mean.. I don't think I've ever had bad food from dominoes. I buy the best pizzas they sell. Great service! Very fast delivery and the pizza & bread bites were yummy. Totally recommend this dominos location.

I order pizza from them and I belong to the "Piece of the Pie" rewards. They don't give me my points even though I buy pizza over $10. My receipt doesn't have the order or reward codes on it. I asked them and they told me to do it on the app. It still doesn't give me my reward points. The workers at the store are not helping me like they should. They want you to buy pizza but don't reward you with points. read more
