If you pay with a credit card and give a tip,they will charge you twice. They will tell you the double charge will automatically be removed but hell no it won't be. Very delicious. We ordered the new pizza melts and boy were we glad we did!! Exceeded our expectations. Also ordered a dozen chicken wings(Cajun and sweet chili). Everything was so good. Kudos to the young man that was working there. He was by himself and with our order it out him in 4 orders deep and still showed great customer service skills. I ordered $80 worth of food for someone who just had surgery and I ordered at 4:30. At 6:30 pm the driver said she couldn't find the house so she took the food back to the store where it sat for another 2.5 hours. Cream sauces aren't supposed to sit out this long. When they finally delivered the food it was hard and cold. They said they couldn't remake it. I called the manager who sounds 12 and asked for my money back and he never returned my call or money. She took my order and asked all the right questions about details of how I wanted the pizza repaired. She made me feel very comfortable and I was sure that my pizza would come out correctly. She promised the pizza in 30 minutes and it arrived and 21 minutes. The delivery boy was pleasant and the pizza was hot and good and the thin crust was prepared just right, with lots of toppings, as ordered. read more

I live in Lakewood, Co. I drove 4 1/2 hrs to visit family. They spent the day moving, so I decided to order pizza so we could just sit, relax and enjoy our evening. I ordered on line. Noticed I did not order enough pizza, so ordered another. Called to see if they could just deliver my pizza on the same order and not make 2 separate trips. They said it would take 15 to 20 min for our pizza to be delivered. It took over a hour. To top it off, it was ice cold. So called to ask why it took so long and to top it off, get cold pizza. The manager says he can give me a$10, credit. mind you, I live 41/2 hrs away. Doubt a $ 10, credit is enough. Told me if I drive over, he would give me $20. So I drove over, took me 4 min. Got into Trinidad hotel the other night and was hungry and ordered pizza. After waiting longer than indicated my wife called to see what was up. They had immediately charged our credit card when the order was placed but upon calling they indicated they had no record of an order. When we told them we were charged the only response they could muster was "take it up with your credit card company". This operation is poorly run and needs to go away. WOW. For a chain restaurant, they are really inconsistent. I have eaten there about 6 times and only twice was it good, the other 4 times were sub-standard. Each time the crust was different, from being flat and undercooked to overly thick and gooey, to burned. The toppings are standard. Do not order during a time of high volume. If i could leave a 0 star review, i would. i placed an online order at 7:45. i realized we needed to run a quick errand so i called back shortly after placing the order and asked if they could bring the food at 9, told them my hotel room number and where to park, and told them to call me and i would run out to meet them.
