This place gave me a cold pizza and cold hot wings. I received the worst possible customer service when I called to complain. They were too busy to finish taking my order, so it got messed up. They had my phone number wrong and when I tried to change it they "forgot to" in their system. They supposedly delivered it to my house after charging an extra four bucks for the delivery, but they never knocked on the door so that we could hear; even though we're sitting in the same room as the front door. Dominos is one of my favorite places to order from, not only are they open late, one of the delivery guys has been delivering to me since I was a kid & I remember him always being so nice & a really cool delivery guy! Tonight I had a really cool delivery guy who really knows how to let you trust that the person delivering your pizza actually cares if it's made right and things aren't forgotten. This is my go to domino's pizza since I live in the area. I order from them at least 3 times a week but I am going to switch to Pizza Hut instead . Never again I am stepping my foot to this location . I never had a bad experience there until last Saturday the 3rd of October it was around 2pm when I ordered over the phone and went there for pick up but it took them 45 minutes to get my food ready and when I asked why it's taking so long one of the girls argued with me and said that I am not top priority and that I need to shut up and wait patiently. As if that wasn't enough when I told her to stop arguing with me and to just hand me my food she threw the two pizza boxes at me and said there u go ..I cussed her out and left the place . I tried to get her name but she didn't want to give it to me so I took her picture and promised her that she will be reported .The girl clearly has mental issues and needs anger management. I certainly hope that manager will be able to talk to her about this and make sure it doesn't happen again but me personally I won't be going there anymore and will take my business somewhere else . read more

Updated: Something has really changed in the food quality here. My dad visits fairly often from Phoenix and we always order pizza while he is here. He loves it and never eats Domino's since there isn't one close to him back home. This last time (1 month or so ago) we each managed to eat 1 slice, if that. I had hoped it was a fluke and someone had an off day with their pizza making skills. I've order my usual pizzas and fettuccine chicken Alfredo 3x since then and it is not good. I honestly can't even explain what it is. The sauce? The cheese? Everything? The pasta tastes like onion despite it not having onions at all. I wish I could pinpoint what's different so I could possibly make it better by ordering differently but I can't. It's a major bummer and corporate needs to pay attention and stop fixing stuff if it isn't broken! I really love this Dominos. It's super close to me which is a plus obviously. I've been placing my orders exclusively online for the last 5 months mostly because I like earning the pizza rewards and because it's super easy to navigate , even on my phone. I can honestly say they have only messed up once on an order and it wasn't even that big of a deal and they fixed it right away. And I average about 3 to 4 times a month ordering from here. The people are always friendly I mostly see Alejandro who is always nice and upbeat. A few days ago when it was raining that crazy storm I happen to be out driving (unfortunately) and I notice Three different Domino's drivers one going back to his car and the other two getting out to deliver, none of them were letting the rain bother them at all and I thought to myself how much we rely on those little things that just make life easier but are easily overlooked. We order online and every time, our order is made on time but theres also been many times when the order isn't correct. Then once that is done I get my pizzas and cina stix and go to my car, once I get to my car I check the pizzas and they had given me the wrong order. I never give reviews on yelp but i sure am tonight. I went to use the dominos app which locked me out saying i had logged in too many times with wrong password and since email to rest wasn't going to my mail I decided ok fine ill call the tujunga location and just order and walk in and take it home. Three calls which rang so many times cause NO ONE will pick up the phone!! I finally walked inside angry while a guy also walked in and we waited for the customer at counter to be rung up. As we walked in the phone is ringing and ringing and ringing not one person even looked at it!! I said to the guy next to me.."wow must be nice to never have to answer the phone at work"... he said omg did you try calling too? Yup but thats a waste of time. Not one employee even acknowledged us, said be with you in a moment, nothing not a word as the phone still is ringing. I finally left saying screw this i'll go to the la Crescenta dominos where they care about service...Every time i try to go to the tujunga dominos its horrible. They tilt my Alfredo pizza, and i tell them over and over do not tilt the box the sauce is runny and all the toppings slide off, but they just don't care if you have to drive back for them to correct it!! Visited this place for a quick bite after being out all day with the family. Went into grab a pizza to go. The kitchen is somewhat open so you can watch as the crew prepare the pizzas. Now I witnessed probably the most disgusting thing ever. They people that work here DO NOT WASH THEIR HANDS! The lady working there, can't remember her name (But she has braces) would answer the phone and got right back to making food without washing her hands. Some guy came in not sure if he was a delivery driver or not, threw on an apron and straight to food prep. Another young man(Looked like he could have been a manager) removed his personal cell phone from his pocket, placed back in and continued making pizzas. An older gentleman again, answered the phone and right back to making food. They take dirty money, no hand washing. This establishment needs some immediately retraining on food prep. Hope this review gets to the right people, person at Dominos because someone is gonna end up getting extremely sick from this place. I'll never EVER go back this this filthy place! read more

I just ordered a pizza and wings right now. The driver Katherine took her SWEET time coming to my house. I live by oro vista ave, that isn't far from Tujunga what so ever ! She took about 36 mins to come to my house. You should be taking 36 mins to Arrive at my house. I live 6 mins away . Which is bs. I called the dominos and a another young Lady picked up the phone. I had explained to her about my situation if she can track my order for me then she put me on hold and another man picks up saying that he's the driver?? I don't often review major chain spots since, well... most are chains because of their already large following and popularity. But even then, not all locations are created equally. With that said, I haven't had an issue with this particular Domino's yet. In fact, they've been solid on every order I've made this last year. I don't eat here terribly often, but if a buddy of mine wants to share a quick dinner or we have a party coming up, Domino's has become a decent go-to for good pizza. No, they're never going to knock you off your feet with quality or taste. But they've made some awesome strides with their pies in the last couple years. As for this location, every staff member who's helped me on an order has been 100% all the way. The pizzas are always made quickly and I've never had a problem with topping, sauce or cheese portions. They've made each order to specification, and they don't burn the crust or the bottom of the pie. Pro tip: I usually place my orders online because it's just too easy. Presently, you don't even need to provide a credit card online if that spooks you (at checkout, you can just select the 'cash' option and pay upon delivery/pickup). To date, all my pizzas have turned out hot and fresh, and I've rarely waited longer than 10-12 minutes for a single order. In fact, after I place my order, I try to be out the door and on my way quickly for carry-out specials because they'll have my pizza good and done before I even arrive for pickup! These guys are on top of things at this store, and I'm glad to have them for my local Domino's. I noticed the less-than-positive reviews before mine, and they go back as much as a few years. Domino's hasn't always been the best on quality, but I've really loved their comeback. Give this place another shot if you've previously had a lackluster experience. I can't speak for everyone, but I can say I'm more than happy to continue giving this place my business for any quick pizza fix. read more
