Lets talk about customer service in this place! I had an issue earlier where the timer had already stopped stating the pizza was ready (for curbside) and after 2 mins had to go inside to get the pizza, my husband was the one who did the pickup and once he was home he let me know about the issue that had happened, so i called and asked to speak with the manager and let him know, my husband has proof about this whole issue, but Alex the manager was very very rude, i know and im aware that every store has employee numbers to be identified by hr/corporate, i asked him for his employee number in which Alex said i dont have one, you can use my name im not giving you more information, i understand its 4th of July but let me tell you this, theres is no reason to be rude with your customers, instead of resolving a simple issue you create it bigger, yes i will be calling corporate and i will be reporting you Alex, you do not deserve to be a manager or have any higher up position with that type of attitude that you give, specially while stressed and under pressure from alot of work, Alex, if you do not enjoy your job and dont like what you do, look for another job that you will enjoy and treat your customers/peers with respect, remember, you are representing Dominos! Horrible customer service, first they put you on hold for 10-20 mins without updating you, secondly they take the order with very minimum responses back , third after taking the order the women was too lazy to confirm my address for delivery since she thought it was in the system but I have several addresses that I order from so it's always best to confirm it. I placed an order online last night and never received it. The driver was Amber. I tried to call the store but the phone rings and rings and no one ever answers! Normally I order to pick up, but after a 10 day work week decided to place order online and have it delivered. Ordered a medium pizza, which I must say was hot and well made. Cannot say the same thing for the cesar salad I ordered. It was not fresh at all. Tried eating it, but as I kept trying the darker the lettuce got. So wilted, that I just stopped. Called Domino's and was transferred to a lady, I believe was the supervisor. She said that all her salads were fresh, that they were delivered same day and did not see any bad salads. Ordered their very expensive gluten free pizza as I am gluten free. The crust was completely burnt but you can't tell until you EAT IT. So when I called to say the pizza you made me is totally burnt they said "did you eat any of it" and I said yes, how could i know the bottom was all burnt without tasting it? (I mean does anyone turn the pizza over to examine it first??) Well the only way they will exchange the pizza is if it hasn't been touched. WHAT?! Why? I ordered a pizza with Buffalo sauce and chicken. I picked up the order during my 30 minute break. The app said my pizza was ready, when I went into the door they told me I had to wait 5 minutes. I got the pizza and left right away. Once I opened it, there was only chicken on it. I called right away and they had me on hold for at least 15 minutes!! That was basically my whole break gone. They were very nice and told me they could either make a new pizza and I had to pick it up or they could send me a coupon for a free pizza. I obviously couldn't go back so I asked for the coupon I could use later. I asked them if they needed any information to make sure I got it. They said they didn't need anything, so I trusted them. I think they deserve 3.5 stars but Yelp doesn't allow that... I'm not a huge dominos fan, but I'll call and get it when there is really nothing else to go for. The workers are usually pretty nice ppl.. One time I called and the guy was overly kind which kinda creeped me out but I think he had innocent intentions behind it lol!! They haven't gotten my order wrong yet (thank God! Lol). What ppl say about the employees using their bare hands is true... Pretty nasty but nothing we can do about that... Lol except not eat their food...? Lol. But I'm good with dominos on a day that I don't want to leave the house or have some ppl over. They are reliable, their pizza tastes pretty good (considering they added the garlic crust), and typically their delivery is quick. Sooooo why 3 stars and not 5? I bunch of inept children working there. People make mistakes and that's fine. But the aren't doing thier job well. Unfortunately I'm on cal fresh (ebt) due to Covid. I was running late to a job opportunity and needed something to eat fast. Dominoes was my first choice so I called and asked if the except EBT, the employee said yes. When I arrived to pay they then told me that they don't take EBT and apologized for the inconvenience. I would have gone somewhere else if the manager trained thier employees properly. I had to pay out of my pocket only because I was starving. This location is horrible and my review won't make a difference as far as ordering from here or not. Had a pizza delivered today. Pizza was cold, and order did not include dipping sauces we paid for. I called Dominos to inform them. The assistant manager, Tony grilled me on why the pizza was cold and then called me a liar (twice). I replied' You are calling me a liar" he responded, " yes". This Domino's Pizza was not that bad before, but I'm sure something is totally wrong going on in the management now a days. First they started double charging multiple times and enerytime I need to tell them that they are mistaken now they even started to keep the 3 toping pizza almost no toping pizza. I have ordered pepperoni mushrooms and onions large pizza, I got large pizza that barely has anything on it. Not even cheese, so it was a big piece of bread with few slices of pepperoni and maximum of 5 smallest pieces of mushrooms and the smallest onion parts you can cut and throw a few on the top of the 'pizza'. The girl who took my order just messed up. After I got home I noticed they put someone else's pizza in my box. The name and everything on the box was correct but the pizza wasn't mine. I couldn't drive back and tell my hungry kids wait another 40 minutes and I'll bring your dinner. If you're ordering from them always check your order before leaving. Another surprising thing I noticed!!!!!! they don't wear gloves or wash their hands before preparing your food, they touch cash, keyboard, take orders out and come back without washing their hands and then finally make your pizza. The worst thing I saw was the lady flattening the pizza dough with her hands....... her hands were dry, reddish with noticeable cracks like when your hands are dry and red due to cold weather. Took 20 minutes just to get the pizzas in the oven. Then an hour to FINALLY get the pizzas... When we called we were told it was because of traffic and the food would "get there when it gets there". It's a 10 minute walk from my apartment! I can see down the street from my window and there is no traffic. Definitely better off just driving to La Crescenta where there is great service. Closest Dominos to my house, and they have never let me down! I always order online and pick up sometimes when I have the time. Workers are all super nice and attentive! Especially their delivery drivers, they are always so enthusiastic and keep up a brief conversation while handling the food, which is always great. Food is amazing! Domino's is my number choice in ordering pizza. Love how they hand toss the pizza's and it always comes out delicious! Wait time is not long either! This place lacks communication, and customer service seems to be close to nonexistent. I wanted to send a pizza home to my roommate, but I wasn't sure if me not being there would be an issue considering most places and ask for card imprints. I called the store and spoke to a gentleman, and I explained the situation. I asked if it would be okay to pay by phone and send pizza to my house without providing my card. The gentleman on the phone nonchalantly said "yeah sure, no problem, it's fine." I assume he said this because I've ordered so many times before (about once every other week). My phone number and address have never changed. Long story short, it turned into 5 phone calls between my roommate, the driver, and the manager about how the driver refused to leave the pizza because the payment card wasn't present. That would be fine had I not been told otherwise. My roommate was pissed, I was pissed (and in LA traffic), and was given a half ass apology. They also insisted the driver left the pizza and didn't want to reimburse me... Which doesn't make any sense considering the problem from the beginning was that they didn't want to leave it BECAUSE the card wasn't present. It's max 5 min drive. 15 min later I called the store they had no idea what I was talking about. I was told by "manager" another driver will drop off. I went in on Monday night, and while waiting for the order I noticed the workers literally touching the cash for payment and going WITHOUT washing their hands and touching the dough, etc in the shop.
