Regardless of what your Yelp photos show or how you normally serve them, you were given an opportunity to recognize that the particular batch being served was unacceptable. When food is clearly poorly prepared, stuck together, overly greasy, or otherwise not up to the standard you expect your customers to receive, the appropriate response is to stop it from being served--not defend it afterward. What was even more disappointing was the way you responded to my concerns. Arguing with a customer and becoming defensive does not resolve the issue or demonstrate good customer service. A simple acknowledgment and professional response would have gone a long way. I am not asking for a refund, nor am I looking for anything from you. I am expressing my experience as a customer and the way I was treated today. Unfortunately, this experience made it clear that the quality of the food is not the only issue--the customer service and attitude toward customers are equally concerning. I will not be returning, and based on my experience, I certainly cannot recommend the establishment to people I know. Comfortable inside space with interior seating plus exterior patio seating at the front and side. Restrooms are available. Only one gentleman staff was working. He said he was the manager on duty. Thanks Eddie for your service and help. During my order, I found out that their pizzas have a base cost which was about $19+. Depending on what flavors you want, they will charge $6.00 for each flavor you build your own. I wanted half Hawaiian and half Vegetarian. Custom Medium would have cost me $31+ rather than $23+ for Medium Hawaiian Style only. I ended up with the latter and also got a regular Vodka Sauce Pasta. Total bill came to $38 including tax + tip. I enjoyed the pizza very much. Crust was thin. Sauce was tasty. Plenty of ingredients on pizza. Square cuts versus slice cuts. As for the Vodka Sauce Pasta, it didn't taste the same as before. This time it tasted bland as if it had plain marinara sauce only. Slightly disppointed about that, hence, 4 stars! I don't know when I'll be back to La Canada Flintridge as I'm usually not in the area frequently. When I do visit again, I'll have to try their other pizza flavors and pasta plus chicken wings. i went here a few days ago and it was delicious. i usually orrder from dominoes or pizza hut but this time i wanted to try goodfellow. they have a very clean market and there pizza was very well done and the employees were so sweet. the owner, raymond was very nice and the young employee who was wearing blue last time was very fast and hardworking. i recommend this pizza to any pizza lover. read more

Whenever I eat lasagnas or baked ziti at other Italian restaurants, they don't compare to LA Italian. (Also, the ratio of noodle to sauce to cheese on their lasagna is perfect.) I remember they remodeled sometime within the past 3 years or so and I was so sad since I thought they shut down. But upon finding out that it reopened, a couple of my friends and I were celebrating since we love the food so much. The remodeling is probably the longest time I went without pasta from this place.
