I placed an order on the Domino's app. I love the customization options they have and the fact that we can basically make half the pizza different from the other half. Perfect for when you can't make up your mind, but don't plan on purchasing two boxes. I ordered half of my box to be pepperoni pizza. The second half was basically a supreme, coming with sausage, olives, and green bell pepper peppers. The had a $10.99 Pizza deal with a three dollar add-on for stuffed crust. It offered an add-on of garlic bread bites for a discounted price of $2.99 so we added it on along with some boneless wings and sprite. It gave us the option to pay in cash upon receipt. My only complaint is the Sprite I ordered did not come with the meal but it's $4 I'm willing to part with. 13 minutes after I placed my order, a Domino's team member called me to let me know that my order had been ready for five minutes now. Who can go wrong with Dominos for a quick dinner? I love that this location is next to Tamuras so I can order my pizza before I go grocery shopping if I needed to. I didn't this time though lol. I went in for a specific special but the store didn't have that special in their database unfortunately. They did have a social large 3 topping for $15 which isn't a bad deal. I ended up getting extra cheese and pepperoni on the whole thing and half with mushroom. Came out super quick and was tasty but definitely didn't have extra cheese as you can tell in my photo. Cashier seemed new and didn't know any specials at all, so manager had to step in to complete my order. Restaurant is always clean but it's also always empty even though there's lots of seating. read more

First time ordering Dominos on DoorDash, Was really confused when the food was being delivered, I typically message the dasher my delivery instructions, but however I was not able to do so, cause dominos delivered the food themselves, so to contact the driver I have to call the restaurant. I can see how that is convenient for delivery but it kinda defeats the purpose of a no contact delivery, I did wait outside to grab the order. Upon checking the food it wasn't warm, slightly cold like it sat in the air condition for a little bit :/ however the quality of food is actually okay, I spent about $130 on my whole order and I'd say it wasn't worth the price, $20 for a small pizza, I'm pretty sure DoorDash raises the prices on there app because they take a portion, but the only 2 things I enjoyed from my whole order was the garlic parm wings and the lava cake. I probably wouldn't order from them to get pizza but if I'm craving a rich tasting dessert I'd definitely go here for the lava cakes. read more

My friends bought the Spinach & Feta Pizza for parties multiple times, and after I tried it, I started liking Domino's Pizza. Another friend introduced me to the Chicken Alfredo Pasta Bread Bowl, and since then I started getting that for lunch when I'm really hungry. Besides my usual order, I wanted to try something a little different so one time I got the Stuffed Cheesy Bread with Spinach & Feta cheese. It was very cheesy and creamy. I tried the Domino's Marbled Cookie Brownie recently, and I was actually surprised that it tasted good! The brownie was chocolatey and fudgy, and the cookie part was nice and chewy. It was just a smidge burnt on the outer edges, but it was still tasty since it kinda made the outer texture a little crisp, which I liked. I shared it with my friends and they liked it too. I also tried the Chocolate Lava Crunch Cakes last year, and it was ooey-gooey and yummy! These are good if you want a quick fix of sweetness, and saves you from making separate trips to get lunch/dinner and dessert. This Domino's shares the same parking lot as Tamura's Market, so you could also save a trip to the grocery store, if needed. So convenient! Lol. I haven't eaten inside, but there are a few tables and chairs to dine-in, and I noticed it looked neat and clean. I've only been ordering through the Domino's app, and it's super quick and easy to place an order for carry-out. I like places that allow you to make mobile orders and gives you updates as they're making it until it's ready for pickup. So far, I haven't had a problem, and the staff have been nice to me whenever I go to pick up my order at the counter. read more

Ordered Domino's for lunch today for carry-out/store pick-up. My employee ordered through the app and it gave us updates as they prepped our order, put it in the oven, and when it was ready. Service was quick and friendly at time of pick-up. Also, interior looked neat and clean. I got my employees the Chicken Alfredo Bread Bowl Pasta. This time the pasta bowls had a good amount of chicken. The chicken was tender, the pasta was creamy and a little cheesy, and the bread was buttery. The thicker parts of the bread bowl crust was a little dry but it was still good. Still my favorite pasta bread bowl and will be ordering it again in the future. read more

Would give 0 stars if possible. WORST WORST SERVICE EVER. Called to let them know that coupon online wasn't working and the guy on the phone said there was nothing he could do about it. I asked if I could use it in store and he said NO. Then I asked if I could talk to his manager and he said she's busy and I would have to call later. He had no enthusiasm and proceeding to tell me that there are other phones ringing and that he already told me he couldn't help me... And it doesn't stop there.... Then I asked to talk to his manager, and said I'd wait since I knew if I hung up, I would never be called back. After being on hold for 20 minutes, they hung up on me. It's been over 15 minutes now and no call back. I won't hold my breath. Normally we don't get delivery because we live a 2 minute drive away and we just carry out. Tonight, my son placed an order on the App at 1042pm. He got the notification that his pizza was DELIVERED at 11. No pizza. He called the store at 1117pm and their excuse was that the driver was taking several deliveries and that's why it wasn't here yet. 1144pm there's a knock at the door instead of the standard phone call. Pizza is cold. No surprise. 2 minute drive away. And it arrived disheveled too. Extra star because we don't normally have issues. This episode was exceptionally disappointing. read more

I used to only go to Pizza Hut in the past until I gave Domino's a chance. I'm so glad I did! I heard about their app and it changed ordering pizza forever - Ha! You can see all the coupons, the full menu and also collect "Rewards" towards a free medium pizza. It also let's you pay from the app or choose to pay in the store if you decide on carryout. Since we've been getting pizza from here every now and then, we somehow always have Justin who makes our pizza. We are so stoked each time! (Well one time we had another pizza maker, I forgot who it was, but it wasnt that good and honestly, poorly made) Besides that time, we've always only had Justin. Our order always comes out perfect. We get homemade pan with alfredo sauce mushrooms and italian sausage. I would give 5 stars but the rest of the staff on shift when I pick up my order, always seem to be occupied with their fellow coworkers and playing around or talking story. That's another point for Justin. Example, just tonight, it happened again. Walked in and its fully staffed plus another couple workers putting away an order coming in through the front door off a large truck. I walk up to the counter and I see Justin, hes the pizza maker though, as it seemed, because the group of workers to the side of him were again occupied with themselves and talking story. If I did this review a year ago I probley would of given them 3 stars...however things have really turned around and they been much more consistent with getting my order correct and done in a timely matter. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because I feel like there website and online ordering is a bit hard to navigate through. It takes me about 15-20mins to place my online order and making sure the online deals that I'm trying to take advantage of is valid in Hawaii. Favorite: Italian sausage, mushroom and olives on thin crust w/ garlic butter dipping sauce. I was craving pizza today. What can I say, I jumped on my wheel and started scouting out places to eat. Went to a few competing pizza places to inquire prices and specials. Domino's was my last stop before making my decision. What sold me was the price. It was reasonable and gave me exactly what I wanted. I placed my order for a large extra extra pepperoni pizza. The gentlemen at the counter was prompt and welcoming. Told me how long it would take to make (and he was on point for that matter). A short time later I rode home and ate my dinner! The pizza was delicious! The cheese was cooked and melted in my mouth. It was flavorful, the pepperoni was crisp! What sold me was the crust. It had a perfect outer crisp along with a smooth soft interior. Nothing tasted burn, nothing tasted like it was under or over cooked. I'm literally sitting here with a giant smile on my face right now. I'm stuffed but I want to force another slice in. LOL I'm hopeful it will be this delicious after a trip to the microwave but I will be happy knowing that when I am craving a great tasting pizza, it's right down the road and perfectly priced! read more

The reason I gave this only two stars is for the following reasons listed below: -I've been to this a few times, most of the time it's for carry out. But majority of the time the same thing happens. Cashier greets you and either takes your order or pay for your order that you called in. That's fine. But after they accept payment, they go straight to making the pizza. Please note, "without" washing hands or using gloves. I feel thats unsanitary especially if your dealing with cash. This has happened on more than one occasion. I've called the store and asked to speak to a manager regarding the problem. Manager stated that they will train their employees again on how to be sanitary. Did I mention I've been here many times before and they are still doing the same unsanitary thing. -As I waited a few times since I do order my pizza online and it's usually in the oven when I get there. I sit near the area where they make pizza. I noticed that on the dough rack where they pre make the pizza dough crust. There were gnats on a few pieces of the dough. See attached pic in the review. Overall, if you wanted added protein to your pizza for free, this is the place to go too. As I'm sadden by all of this since I do love the new dominos. Staying with my parents this weekend, we decided to get pizza for dinner. Because dominos was recently opened by Tamura's... We decided to try it out. The person taking our order really didn't seem to know what the specials were. He also seemed impatient with us and couldn't really talk to us about what the specials were. I think he got even more irritated when I asked about how their specials compare to Papa John's Pizza! Although his eye brows were on point, his attitude and lack of customer service was very poor. He didn't even bother to thank us after we paid for our order. I have to be honest, I wanted to give Dominos a try because there aren't as many Dominos on Oahu as there are Pizza Huts or Papa John's.... But the 1st impression with their customer service did not impress me, nor made me feel like I should come back. Hopefully the pizza is good, but if I were rating in customer service, 1st impressions, and over all experience, they only get 1 star! read more

Very cheesy but chicken dry and seems as if it was just microwaved. Portion can feed 1 person and cost is $7.99. When on the rush thru Wahiawa we usually order on their app and quickly pick up. We love that they don't skimp on ingredients. We especially like their good customer service. Anytime I've been there they are so helpful and friendly. Workers are always upbeat and seem to have a good time while working. We've only ate once in when babysitting our friends 5 year old at the time. They kept coming out to check on us and made sure our friends kid was taken care of. We were seated next to a tv and they gave us the remote to watch what we wanted even without us asking. Always have good experiences picking up and dining in. read more

I order my pizza the same way every time with extra sauce and cheese and I know what it's suppose to look like. The Domino's on Schofield is closed for some reason this one in Wahiawa is what is picking up the orders. I always check my order before I leave because if you are charging me for extra cheese and sauce that's what I expect to see. Hawaii prices are to high and I work to hard for my money to not get what I ordered. Basically I wasn't satisfied with the lack of sauce and the lack of cheese I saw and they always do it they way I want on Schofield. The manager came off rude and uncaring like she didn't want to fix it the way I wanted. She told me she would hate to make it over and it comes out the same. That told me that they weren't willing to make it right. I should have made them make it over and still got my refund for wasting my time and gas. Dont bother ordering online from them. This is the second time we place an order from the website. In both cases, we received a phone call. The first time, they had an issue with their driver, so my options given to me was I could pick it up, or cancel my order. Today, I again ordered a pizza off their site, and 5 minutes later, I received a phone call from what I consider to be a rude and condescending female. This time, she indicated that "I only have 1 driver and other customers to service so you can wait 2 hours or come and pick up the pizza or order elsewhere". Can you believe that a person who I believe is the manger who works for a company would recommend that I go elsewhere?? WTH?? I ordered online then went shopping. I got a notification said that my order was ready to be picked up. So I went to the store to pick up and to my surprise. It wasn't ready. So I waited about another 5 minutes for my order. While watching the workers. I notice that one worker wasn't wearing his mask correctly. Only covering his mouth. And then another employee that was slicing the pizza wasn't wearing any gloves. He was bare handing everything. Then I see the same employee grab the phone to answer, only to go back to touching everyone's order after touching the phone. That is totally unsanitary. All employees should be wearing masks again and wearing gloves if handling food items. read more
