This is our go to Subway in the local hood. I should have known better to online order, but from my observations the two workers, weren't getting online orders and in person orders out timely. Waited inline for right on 45 minutes, as one person took care online orders, and one person doing in person orders. Granted the guy looked kinda new, do definitely cut him some slack! He took our order and did well in service. His partner a female who obviously had more time working there, kept pushing off the in person line, should she could take her sweet time, making the online orders. Kudos to the young man, his co-worker sadly pushed off helping him. She should have jumped in and helped him, and both return to completing online orders. This Subway is great, I really like how all the employees are very polite and respectful, and whenever it gets busy they try to be as fast as possible in order to make customers satisfied. This is one of my favorite restaurants and all the workers are amazing, creating the experience and atmosphere to be super welcoming in my opinion!! Visited this location yesterday around 5-6pm. When my party arrived there was no line. There was 2 employees; a young girl and a young man. It seemed like they were new employees. I did not see any managers or well-experienced employees training or helping them. We had to tell them how to put the sandwiches together and what meats to add to the sandwiches. We ordered a pizza and it seemed like they didnt know they sell pizza. They didnt know how to open the boxes for the pizza. Its not their fault and they handled it respectfully and we helped them to the best of our knowledge. There shouldve been someone helping them if they were new. Didnt see any managers. Eyes bigger than your stomach? That's how I'd describe the Monster sandwich here. It is so large it's bigger than any paper plate or dinner plate can hold for sure. I like the convenience that you can order and pay on line for fast pick up. You can select your bread, veggies and dressing. I used to always choose Philly Steak with spinach, olives and Ranch lightly but now I enjoy Sweet Onion Teriyaki on the Monster instead. They took a last minute order for us and ensured us that it will be ready at 5pm. Got to Subway a little after 5pm and everything was bagged and ready to go. Mililani market place subway does not have any honor. Midweek magazine has coupons. Subway does not accept them. The coupon states that certain sandwiches not covered. I ordered 2 spicy Italian which is covered by the coupon which does not expire until the 30th of this month. Mililani market place subway said they don't accept the coupons. If you enjoy your veggies, I wouldn't recommend this location. Extremely small portions of lettuce and my happy little TWO pieces of spinach. Ordered in store on the app to receive bogo. Sat for 15 minutes before i asked "artist" about status. She looked at the ticket (only my ticket was taped to the counter) and began to make my sandwiches! There were NO OTHER CUSTOMERS! They saw me sitting there and did and said nothing! Wish I could rate this place with an absolute zero! terrible customer service care and they only show up to start helping you when thru hear the customer getting upset. I stood there right infront of one of the workers without a single "hello" or "sorry working or called in order will be right with you." To make it worse she continued to ignore me and turned around to do work even after I asked if there was anyone who could take my order. There were 3 people working! 2 I was told were managers! There was no apology from the girl who was working on someone else's phone call order for at least 5 minutes! It's upsetting the manager is always the one to apologize but never the employee! When the manager told her she should have at least looked up to greet me and tell me what's going on why I'm waiting for over 5 minutes her response was "I told her I was busy working." Made an online order 5-10min ahead of arriving and waited inside for over 40min. There were only 2 people in line and there were 2 workers (who did not move with any urgency or say anything). This all happened between 1p-2p on a Saturday. I don't know how the app works but the app said it was ready at 1:35 and I saw them start making it at 1:55. Don't know if the ready timer is automatic or if they punch it in as ready to make like they aren't taking 1 hour to make 2 sandwiches, but it's really annoying showing up when it says ready and actually having to sit there for another 45 min. read more

He wouldn't make 8 footlongs for us because it's considered a catering order. Then I told him my sister will order 4 then I will order 4. He said no because he knows we're getting 8.
