We took advantage of a coupon promo for a free 'anything you want' pizza. Called it in, answered promptly and courteously. Store was clean, very busy, yet we were warmly greeted and quickly helped. Pizza was as good as I remember Dominos from the 90's - its been a loooooooong time since I've had one. The Free pizza was carelessly assembled - one would think if you're trying to 'show off' and draw in long term customers you'd pay attention to detail. I phoned the Warrenton store in which they told me that Astoria store was delivering my pizza(my credit card was processed using Warrenton's (9394 code). Signed up for their loyalty program as we're walking in to order. We came in for dinner and dined in. Ordered a pizza and beverage to share. We were so engrossed in what we were doing that we didn't realize we hadn't received our pizza after a reasonable amount of time. The store is managed using fear, threats, and manipulation instead of teamwork and cooperation. Our town should not support a business run in this manner. This is a franchise owned by someone outside of our community they are providing substandard (and often illegal) working conditions with inadequate pay for the citizens of Warrenton. All I ordered was cheesy bread to get picked up after my Costco trip. Sat in my car for almost 20 minutes because my tracker said someone had started my order but it never moved from there. Ordered at 6:22 The pick up time said 6:47. Walked in At 6:47 and to ask about my food. There were to boys behind the counter. One was making food while the other moved boxes around trying to avoid having to speak to me. When he finally came over five minutes later, he had to go to the computer to figure out where my order was. After another five minutes of scrolling he came back and said. No one started it so they would start making it right now. I waited another twenty fucking minutes only to revived a half some cheesy bread (the cheese wasn't even melted) and no have a good day or sorry about that wait nothing. It's not that fucking hard to make pizza. What a waste of time and some useless employees. The 70 year old delivery driver was more polite than these asshats! Had I reviewed last weekend I'd given all 5 stars. The manager made our pizzas and they were so good! I came back and what a disappointment. I'm here right now. 1:30 Sunday and the crust is super thick and undercooked. Blah! There is a hardworking girl with dark hair and glasses and another girl In the back with the guy laughing and chatting.. sounds like they're having a party. No not what I want to hear while having lunch...loud annoying laughter. When she took my order she was a b**** . I've spent a fair amount of money at this store and always tip well, so I was happy to get a promo code coupon for a free 2 topping pizza. Unfortunately when I tried to use it, It kept coming up with errors, so I figured I would just call the store itself and they would sort it out for me over the phone. Unfortunately this didn't happen. I was told they couldn't "figure out how to make the coupon work " and I was then told my only help would be to call corporate and see what they could do. Which i did and got the fake human on the other end saying that their phones were closed. I think it's fair to say that I won't be ordering from Dominos again. Foe being two days in, he had firm control of his store and crew. They have been slammed, but are seemingly doing a solid job. Easy online ordering that earns rewards.Carry out or delivery is available. There is some seating in-store if you wish to eat in or sit and wait for your order. We ordered pizza, sandwiches, pasta, and brownies. All food was hot, fresh, and accurate. We did carry-out, and it was ready within the promised time. Prices are great. Website ordering is very easy to use. Great to have another pizza option here that also delivers. Open late too!! Gluten free crust is also available that isn't costly like at othr placs. read more

Placed an online order for 2 boneless chicken at 7:57pm. At 8:05 they began their quality check. At 8:30 ish the order tracker listed my food as delivered. At 8:40 I called and asked where my food was, that the tracker said it had been delivered. At 9:22pm I called and asked if I would ever get my food. Finally at 9:30, 1 hour and 25 minutes after they began their quality check my food was delivered. 1 hour and 25 minutes to quality check and drive 2.4 miles. I see all the good reviews about this place are 2 years ago. That should have been my first clue. We ordered the Philly Cheese Steak pizza. It came with only steak. No cheese no peppers no mushrooms. We asked for a contactless delivery. They explained that once the driver gets here they'll place the pizza on the front porch, knock and then step back and wait for us to come to the front door to ensure we receive the pizza. Delivery time was about 30 minutes. After an hour I went to grab the phone to call and I found our pizza on the front porch. Driver didn't knock or ring the doorbell. Pizza was ice cold. I called and they will void my order so I don't have to pay. This is why they get 2 stars but we won't order from here again. read more

Today I tried to order a pizza special that has been advertised online and on TV and the manager refused to give it to me because it's "online only" ordering. That's really crappy if you ask me. And when I asked for a manager, the guy said he's the only one working and his boss is out of town for a month....a whole month really? This is not a well-run establishment. Terrible service. I watched them give away both of my pizzas to a delivery driver. I asked them if they were mine and they said no. I asked for a refund and was told no. 40 minutes and still no pizzas. I watched others walk in 20 minutes after me, order, and get their pizzas in 10 minutes. Their workers are hustling, but this is obviously a failure of leadership. First and last time here. I will go elsewhere for my pizza. read more

honestly, im almost always in favor of dominos. however, this specific one isnt my go-to almost ever. theyve messed up my order every single time ive eaten there and its very irritating. then when i go back in theyre rude about redoing my order. i just ordered 2 boxes of 16 parmesan bread bites, and came out with 2 boxes of 16 spicy jalapeño pineapple chicken bites. with no cash return or a box of what i actually ordered. it just seems very unprofessionally run. read more

dominos has dropped the ball. they were great in the beginning. we order pizza from here weekly usually. the last 2 times we ordered hand tossed pizzas and the garlic butter was missing from the crust. the pizza tastes very bland without the garlic butter on the crust. also the delivery driver took 20 minutes to arrive after "leaving the store." whats the point of the pizza tracker if theyre gonna show up 20 minutes after saying they are coming? the toppings are always subpar. one piece of pizza didn't even have any chicken on it when we ordered chicken and pineapple. also prepare to drop .75 on dipping sauce if you order breadsticks. they charge for any dipping sauces which is really odd. hopefully they pick up their game, things have gone downhill. read more
