waited 10 minutes to place order. Pizza was ok However, no blue cheese came with the chicken wings. Chicken wings were not cooked properly and hardly any sauce on them. threw out 5 of the 8 ( took 1 bites and could do any more) . Need better staff . This place has really went down hill the past years. Today I ordered something very EASY..mind you it wasn't busy . I ordered 2 pies both 1 topping each. Misleading advertising by the corporation and poor customer service at their West Haverstraw store is the rule of thumb for Dominos these days. After waiting 45 minutes for my order and calling the store repeated when it wasn't delivered I was told the delivery person tried to phone me and got no answer so he left. He rudely continued telling me that if I wanted my order I could come to the store and pick it up. Before I could respond he hung up on me! I sent my daughter to the store and she was told that our order had been cancelled because of a security issue at my house???!! I've ordered hundreds of pizzas from this store and they've been slow, made mistakes on my orders and defensive when errors are brought to their attention but this was by far the worst treatment I've experienced from them. Honestly this has been the best dominos experience I have ever had. The reason being that the employees working there were so friendly, I remember Two employees by the name of Momar and Rajput and they were very helpful and introduced to one of my now favorite dominos items. This review is focusing on the customer service. This isn't gourmet food it's Dominos. The quality of service is what distinguishes itself from other Domino's. I've been ordering from this Domino's for years and it's about time It gets the credit it deserves. I've always had great experiences, and the addition of the app has made it even more convenient. The only problem i ever had was the driver forgot the soda, quickly ran back to the storefront and delivered it within 15 min. That's once out of dozens of times. Their salad was fresh and they gave me extra dressing without me having to ask. Their wings are soggy which is a turn off since theyre not crispy but the sauce was delicious so it was doable but i only counted 7 and not 8 so i was alittle disappointed. The Domino's location is a five minute walk from our apartment complex. It took them an hour to deliver, and of course everything was cold. I ordered a chicken bacon and ranch sandwich and asked that they leave off the cheese. They did that, and also left off the ranch dressing. This place is horrible. I order off the app, every single time pizza order was wrong. I order a deluxe and get olives, call in to get it fixed, they say pizza with be here in 15 mins, it comes in one hour and 30 mins. Pizza is then wrong again. I found hair in my pizza. Husband called to speak to a manager (Alfonso) who was rude, and did not rectify the situation, instead he hung up. The food is decently good but one time i asked for a pan pizza and the dough wasn't fully cooked it was just really stretchy and tasted raw. I threw it out and wasted my money. Another time I called to make a delivery and the person who answered the phone was VERY rude and giving me attitude literally asking me "what do you want!" My brother called for over thirty minutes trying to place an order. Since I was in the area, my brother asked me to see if it was open. Of course, it was. I walked in to place the order. The employee was absolutely rude and unprofessional. He did not even look at me but asked me pick up or order with his back turned. I explained that my brother tried to call and no one picked up. I placed an online order at 1030pm when after i submitted it, a page came up saying "our drivers only carry $20 in change" or something to that effect so my wife and i took turns calling and letting it ring for the next hour, over and over again to let them know we only had $100 cash ($40 order and tip) this way he could possibly work with us or cancel and we could order elsewhere. As we kept calling and no one bothers to answer, we see our pizza left out for delivery at 1109pm. We live two minutes away. By midnight and after endless calls to them, we turned off our porch light and went to bed. The driver bangs on the door 1215. 1 hour 6 mins after he left with our order and we explain we were calling to tell them about our financial ordeal. He got his boss on the phone who said bring the order back. The drivers excuse was "well he didnt answer the phone because he was busy"...for almost 2 hours?? We could have ordered elsewhere! Our car is in the shop so we couldnt drive over so we were stuck waiting on a pizza that we thought wasnt coming just for a blatant lie of being too busy and thr manager telling the driver to return our order to the store. I can see why the low ratings. Customer service sucks here. I went in after looking at the on line menu and am told I can only get those prices if I order on line. So I hope back outside because there's like only 2 chairs in a small space and try to place my order. Message received "Technical Problems Try Again Later". I'm hungry now. How many times do I have to wait over a 1/2 hour (after the tracker says its out of the oven) to have my pizza delivered less than a half mile. It comes cold always. Thin crust pizza has to be hot to enjoy it. The cardboard box is more appetizing. This store really sucks. you need to hire more delivery people if you are going to have a mostly delivering business. And not answering the phone is not the answer. And giving a freekin coupon does not make it better read more
