Wife and I live in south Westminster and have tried basically all of the non-huge-chain pizza options in the area. Goomba's is not only the best but it's the best by a WIDE margin. A friend recommended Goombas for takeout pizza and we finally got around to trying it - didn't realize how close we were/that it was in the same strip mall where I go to the bakery! I like that they have the option to do a 1/2 and 1/2 specialty pizza - we got a half Hawaowan Laowao and a half Brooklyn Burner (new pizza). There was a timing issue with picking up the pizza and they had to put it back in but no biggie - since I live close by, didn't mind having to go back and pick up a new fresh pizza. They were very accommodating and threw in a free cookie for the wait. I got the carrot cake cookie and it was absolutely delicious! Lying to customers, On time delivery 1.5 hours late. Delivery the pizza that was ordered. Received both pizzas with Wrong ingredients. Said they would remake. Toppings always generous, pizza always hot, lots of entree/side options, and apps on point. + they have a few different dessert cases with various cheesecakes, tiramisu and massive cookies! We're in town for a graduation and hungry lazy. We decided to look up on yelp pizza places to deliver. This location was amazing. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza and a calzone meatballs. Let me tell you coming from an Italian family that owned a restaurant. The calzone was amazing tasteful meatballs, and mozzarella was absolutely delicious. The pizza both had homemade dough they do not waste any money on using authentic ingredients, cheese and meatballs the dough was phenomenal thank you team Goomba's this place is delicious. Just tried to order a half and half specialty pizza from this place. Be very careful when ordering. Their menu lists a half and half at $12.99 (percent off right now) However, when you put the price listed into your order it will ring up at a higher amount (we're supposed to know it will be more expensive even though it doesn't say that on the main page of the menu). The employee, who answered the phone when I called to get an explanation, was pretty rude and hung up on me! Hope his boss reads this because they just lost a sale.
