Cannot complete a TWO LINE ITEM ORDER. I ordered penne pasta and the cinnamon knot dessert via doordash. Why can't you see two line items and make the pasta? Is it really so difficult? Horrible Pizza. i ordered The Chelsea, large. there was way too much cheese, which caused a puddle of grease in the middle. the attached photo is AFTER i dabbed the grease off with a paper towel. it was so greasy, that the middle of the pizza dough was soaked & disintegrating. on top of that, they were quoting 1hr delivery & 20min take-out while the restaurant was dead. idk if the staff are wanting the place to go out of business or what, but i will never be eating here again. read more

Unbelievable how bad the customer service is at this location. Was using a coupon mailer they sent to my house to order two medium cheese pizzas and garlic knots. The coupon stipulates only one coupon per order and must be mentioned when ordering. I call on the phone to make the order, tell them about the coupon, and the person on the phone tells me that I have to come in in person to make the order. It does not say this at all on the flyer. So instead of ordering on the phone and picking it up in person and giving them the coupon, they wanted me to come in and sit in the lobby and wait 25 minutes for the pizza to be made. How stupid can this be? Take the order, except the coupon when I show up, and it's all good. If you have this stipulation, then put it on your advertisement. I won't be eating here as there's better pizza elsewhere. Ended up getting mine from original pizza in Broomfield, you should check it out... You'll get some real New York pizza. read more

It had been years since we last ordered a pizza from Garlic Knot in Westminster. We felt the pizza was to greasy for our liking back then.. we decided to try their pizza on May 15th. We were pleasantly surprised. The pizza was not as greasy. The pizza was prepared very well, nice presentation as pizza can be. We found it tasty with generous toppings, crust wasn't overwhelmed with grease from the cheese and toppings. The Garlic Knot is a great NY style pizza and pasta restaurant. It doesn't seam very nice from the outside but the food is tasty. They are known for their garlic knots, of course, and they were wonderful. Their marinara sauce tasted like it was straight from Italy. I choose a Greek salad and it was average at best. The chicken was cold and tough. But I tasted my husbands meatballs and pasta and it was delicious. I guess this is not the place to eat healthy. Their pizza looked delicious, we will try it next time. The guys working were extremely nice and helpful. They worked hard to keep every one happy and the food was out in a timely manner.
