These people really delivered Parmesan bites with extra icing. When you try and tell Dominos there's and error they just give you a 20% off coupon. We've given this place too many chances. My husband and I left reviews on Google, but I'm posting them here to help fellow Yelpers. My review from June 2022- Tonight we ordered cinnamon bread twists with our order. They arrived and looked fine until we began eating them and noticed a smokey smell/taste. I have no idea how this mistake could happen without an intentional sabotage of our meal or a severe laziness and lack of quality assurance in the kitchen. I don't know if you can tell from the photo, but it's the glazed brown sauce. Please avoid this Dominoes location. I know that they typically have decent food, but this one is consistently awful. My husband's review from December 2021- Let me preface that I have given this location multiple chances. Some of the orders were fine with no problems other than just taking too long. We have ordered here 5+ times and the last three have been horrible. First took over an hour and a half...we ordered cinnamon twists and they came with no seasoning. Then it took another hours and a half for us to get our replacement. Second had a similar wait time. They decided for us that because they didn't have cinnamon twists they would just add a credit and randomly gave us pasta we didn't order with no communication. Third and our last time we will give this place a chance. We ordered our normal order and everything was fine until the delivery driver couldn't find our address. Called me for directions, but then just gave up without contacting me. Cancels our order without telling us and then I contact the store manager which said they were sending our order and it never came. This place has horrible customer service and management is incompetent. If you read this I beg you to go somewhere else. I ordered two pan pizzas last weekend. Both of them came with raw dough. Easy problem to fix. So I called in to get replacements. The employee that answered the phone was both clueless and rude at the same time. I had to explain to him twice that raw dough is unacceptable and he asked me what I wanted him to do about it. So I asked for the on shift manager. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes I called back in and no one ever answered. I have ordered from this domino's an absolute ton. I always tip the drivers well with cash. However the behavior I experienced was completely unacceptable and cowardly. I will never order from this dominos again. read more

I then received a text message saying it was in the way. I called back to ask about the text and it was a mistake and my order wasn't out for delivery. I teach at a local high school. My high school drama department had a fund raiser "slice the price" card sale, which I took advantage of. I attempted three times to order pizzas for my advisement students - who are only in my classroom only for 30 minutes. Thursday evening - "it's too late to take an order right now" hung up on me. Friday morning - 10:30 (when they open) "We can't get it to you until 12:30" which is way too late - so no go. Friday afternoon I called and placed an order for 8 large pizzas, various types, for Monday at 11:15. 11:30 I called - "We only have one delivery driver and he's at (another school - on the far side of the county from me). Ordered curbside today and texted we were here like the app said and put on our hazards and waited 20 minutes (after driving for 15), we called them and asked if our pizza was ready and was told "umm we have a drive thru" the lady on the phone was very rude. I highly recommend this location. These guys are great. The one thing I enjoy is the tracker and text feature it's really the coolest thing ever. I ordered on line. I was advised by the app that my order was ready. I went to the store to pick up the order (the display in the store showed my order was ready). I paid for my order and waited 30 more minutes, no order. The girl, who I think was the manager, told the girl at the register to refund my money, the order was not made. I paid to wait in the store-not good. The moral of this story,-do not pay for an order in dominos store front until you see it. I am writing this complaint, not based on food or a bad order. This is about lack of Customer Service and so called management... the owner of this location should reconsider hiring a manager who knows how to care for their customers and actually cares to keep them as well. We placed an order and were told they did deliver in our area, after an hour of waiting, we called and a cashier told us they canceled our order and transferred it to the proper location, (the "proper location, did not have our information)...and we should be getting a refund in 3 days. I asked, why didn't any one in their location call us to make us aware of this, but they had no answers to any of my questions. I asked for the manager but apparently she was busy making pizzas, I asked for her name because she wouldn't come to the phone, and the cashier kept saying she couldn't give it out. We ordered a pizza at 5:42 pm. It was in quality check at 5:52pm. It was delivered lukewarm, rubbery, and almost inedible at 6:48pm. The driver shrugged and said "we need more drivers". We tried calling the location numerous times but the line was constantly busy. Sent an email to corporate and they said it's a local issue, take it up with the store - obviously the store doesn't care because they are unresponsive. Quality and service has gone way downhill over the last 2 years. Pizza delivery is convenient, but not worth it for the aggravation. I would avoid doing business with these people at all costs. I ordered 1 medium pizza through the app. After an hour and 15 min I called the store to confirm they got my order because I hadn't gotten my pizza yet. I was told they would throw in a free 2 liter for the wait. I told them not to bother because I don't drink soda. Sorry to say. I never ordered from Dominos pizza before. I moved to winder Georgia 7 months ago and I have called Dominos in Winder for delivery 3 TIMES. And all 3 times I tried to order for delivery, it was either on a Tuesday or Wednesday night, around 730-8pm. And all 3 times I was told delivery was 2 hours or more. Just like tonight. These guys are open super late , have great customer service and made me feel overall welcome. I call during my work (I know it's bad) and they have the pizza's always ready in 10 minutes for my break! The manager Alda cheated us, Drove over for a carry out, but she said the computers where down. she would have it delivered for the same price the 7.99 carry out. Had a very bad experience with this Domino's. We called to place an order( live about 8 minutes away from the Domino's and Specifically asked if they deliver to my address before placing the order. Place the order and the delivery guy calls manger saying we don't deliver to that area so they in turn call us and say we're going to have to cancel your order we dont deliver there. I in turn said I wanted to speak to the manager and the manager said no he wouldn't speak to me, I'm not made of a ton of money and the charge stayed on my card for 3 to four days after this mess and we had no dinner that night because the money we had for dinner was held up with there stupid mistake.
