Last month we ordered two chicken habanero sandwiches and received them both with no sauce. Nothing was done about it. This time we ordered the same thing, thinking we'd get our sandwiches made correctly by their manager Ashlynn, but once again no.. NO SAUCE. called and spoke with Kayden, he said "simple mistake". They were to remake and deliver. OMG.. received the new replacements and they put so much sauce on them that you couldn't even eat them. It was a horrible mess. NOT FUNNY Ashlynn and that is horrible customer service! You are the type of manager that takes a good reputation of a store and runs it to the ground. We tried the "cheeseburger" pizza - big disappointment. There was barely 3 full bites of burger on the whole medium pizza - for $15! Big moneymaker for Dominoes. And a bigger ripoff for customers. This puzza reminded us why we go to Papa Murphy's. read more

I don't know much about management here, but I would think it's good as our orders are constantly right. The online ordering is simple and easy, delivery is always quick, and the deliver is always polite and sweet. Haven't met a bad egg yet. Keep it up dominos here in Windsor. This is a typical Domino's. Like McDonalds, it's consistent but marginal. The pizza was ok. Definitely not remarkable in comparison to mom and pop shop made pizza. If I ever wanted basic cheap pizza would order from here again. read more

Seriously dominos giant chunks of fatty bacon thank god you do things right one outta 10. How hard is it? I tip you decent, over 20%. You still always give me giant jalapeño stems, or chunks of fat, not bacon! Can you not look at food and not realize you are not helping the customer out? "Alyssa and Dominos" A Tragedy Today I had a hunger, no a yearning desire, no a destiny to have delicious dominos pizza delivered to my door, through the app so I only had to have contact with humans at my door, and could track it the whole way even leaving notes of encouragement for my team of dominos pizzologists designing my pizza in their lair. My pizza grows closer and closer to its arrivals sending little nudges to my pocket, "Buzz" "Buzz" letting me know the whole way. Finally! It says "Pizza is Delivered!" This is when this story takes a turn, NO PIZZA?!?!? Oh where oh where has my delicious goodness gone? "To the neighbors perhaps?" I wonder, then I wonder some more..."those jerks next door took my pizza!" I call the store, they can't find me in there system or my pizza anywhere? Finally the lovely young lady on the phone tells me they tried to send it to the wrong address. I check my preset order thingy doohikabob on my phone.....yep I have definitely sent a pizza to my old place, "sorry everybody, My bad" is what I'm thinking. The nice young lady with a voice like an angel said "we will have that remade and sent right out for you." "Groovy!!!" I think, as my phone goes "iPhone click." THEN!!!! The general manager of dominos here in Windsor calls me! I wonder why she hails me as my pizza shouldn't be here yet as my pizza should still be in the oven at the very least. She begins to enquirer about my earlier mishap with my "hand held pizza summoner" I say "it was an accident" "well we tried to deliver your pizza" She says with a voice like a hurricane "I didn't mean to" I persist "we think this is a prank" She says back with fury, I assure her it is not. She continues to berate me about my previous ordering difficulty, to the point where I cannot get many words in. Except to try and convey my difficulty with using the app, I apologize, hang up and call the store, hoping to speak to a manager. DUN DUH DAaaaah The woman I spoke to before is the manager, Alyssa. We re hash our points of view and she continues to accuse me of a prank order with the fury of woman scarred by a jumumbous amount of millennials and digitalis alike. I assure her again it is not a prank. I have to hang up and call corporate dominos customer care. They have informed me it is your move local Dominos Owner :-) Otherwise Love Your Pizza! read more

I order from here every couple weeks. One thing I think handicaps a better review from here is inconsistency. I originally gave 2 stars but feel they have improved on delivery time and order accuracy as of late and clearly deserve a revised rating. As for now, 3-stars =A-ok according to yelp and I feel like that's exactly what they are. Keep trending up, I'd love to revise again. read more

Horrible customer service. Nobody knows what's going on and they can't even get a simple order right. Manager was very rude.

There was a young man working the front counter on July 13th, I believe, when I picked up a carry out order. He was great. I had an infant car seat in one hand and my toddler's hand in the other. Wasn't sure how I was going to carry a stack of pizzas out to my car. Without hesitation, he asked if I'd like some help out. He carried the pizzas out to my car and placed them in the trunk. I'm guessing he was under 21 and was blown away that he was so considerate and observant of the situation. He deserves some recognition for his great customer service skills! read more

We couldn't have been happier with Domino's opening a location which delivers to our house. We've gone from an occasional pizza from a random pizza shop to weekly (at minimum) pizza orders, always from Domino's. The pizza is great and I even eat the crust sometimes (I never eat the crust), it's so good. read more

The customer service was not satisfactory and an employee roled her eyes at me when I tried to ask a question about store hours. The sign was misleading and said open even though it only meant delivery. Just overall bad service and environment. read more

Toooooo salty. We used to order Dominos occasionally but this was disgustinglly salty.

If you're looking for good pizza in Windsor, Domino's is the place to get it. This is not like other Domino's. Their pizza is excellent and so is their staff. Every pizza I have ordered has been fresh, liberally "toppinged," and cooked to perfection. We order often and can always count on fresh pizza delivered to our door in 15-20 minutes. You can't beat them on timing and for a town lacking delivery options, it's nice to have at least one really great one. read more

My review is more about what Dominos did when they didn't get my order correct. They forgot to deliver the lava brownies with my order. Immediately, the manager called me to tell me that they were going to reverse my credit card charge and not charge me at all for the whole order. I had just asked for a credit for the brownies but they credited the whole meal. Now, that is customer service. I realize things happen. We're all human and we all make mistakes but it's how we deal with the mistakes. For this reason Dominos in Windsor, CO gets 5 stars. Way to go Dominos! You guys rock! You have a loyal life long customer. read more
