Doesn't even deserve a star. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. We ordered food and were told it would be delivered within an hour. We live only 4.5 miles away, yet instead of telling us right away they wouldn't deliver here, they waited an entire HOUR before finally saying they refused to deliver. So they had no problem taking the order and wasting our time, but somehow couldn't tell us from the start? If 4.5 miles is too far, say that immediately instead of making people sit around waiting for food that was never coming. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of time. Absolutely horrid I placed an order they took the order then they called. They told me it was gonna be an hour delivery. I said OK. They called me an hour and 10 minutes later to tell me that I was outside of their delivery area and they could not deliver my order. Unbelievable nothing they could do. Dominos store #2044 Gavin gatsinger is amazing. always happy to see you, opens up to customers and is the best employee I have ever seen at this Domino's in Wisconsin Rapids. We have never had a good experience with dominoes employees here and he has been nothing but a pleasure to order from Every single time. it wasn't until after I was talking to my wife about this Domino's employee that she told me that she remembered the name from a year ago how he was so helpful dealing with an online issue. Meanwhile the manager or another woman on duty was awful to her! You can actually still see her review three years ago about how awful the people who work there are! Here name is Ashley B. And in her review talks about how I don't like to complain, but wanted her to make a review. Unfortunately, she wrote that review before she met Gavin and raved to him about me a year ago. Please note!! The 1 star rating applies to a specific pizza called Pacific Veggie. Veggies were all fine fresh no problem, however after taking a bite it had some herb mix sprinkled all over it super heavy. It was horrible mix was so strong, it completely dominated the taste. I called Dominoes and asked what this was sprinkled on this pizza? I was told it was a "herb garlic blend" that Dominoes puts on ALL their vegetarian pizza's. Lady that answered my call was extremely rude and patronizing. I told her I wanted money back and I'd be happy to return pizza in the morning. Her manager is supposed to "cut" me a check and mail. She sarcastically said they put on ALL their veggie pizza anything. Not true! I also ordered Spinach Feta pizza and it wasn't put on this pizza (thank goodness!). Usually we like Dominos we order pretty often and this is the first time we hated their particular pizza. On their website it isn't mentioned this garlic herb blend being put on this pizza in description or in their choices to add something else to go on pizza. Service was just fine pizza was made promptly but lady that answered phone gets a 1 star rating. Rest of staff gets a 5 out of 5 star rating. read more

I've been placing online orders from Dominos since 2020, and I never had any issues until the last few months. Lately, the store isn't even taking online orders most of the time, which stinks because I can't get rewards points by ordering over the phone or cash in my points for free pizza. Today, I was finally able to order online and get my free pizza. The estimated delivery time was 37 minutes. After an hour and 10 minutes, it hadn't been delivered yet. The app was also giving an error message every time I checked order progress so I was worried my order hadn't gone through. I called the store and they told me they DID receive my order, but it was still in the "make" line and it would be at least half an hour before it arrived. Last time, when I ordered by phone, delivery was also slower than they estimated, though not THAT slow. After this order, I'm giving up on the Wisconsin Rapids Dominos because it has been a real $h!+ show lately. read more

Very rude service! We ordered a medium pizza and a sandwich online, waited the 20 minutes then went to pick up our pizza. When I arrived, they hadn't even printed our order. I ordered an hour ago(For delivery), they have the "pizza tracker" thing saying GEORGE started prepping our order AT 5:20!!! Now reminder it was 6:20. I call, they say it will be another HOUR!!!!!!!!! By now I'm pretty ticked of at George for not being fast, but also the lady on the phone sat in an awkward silence for like a minute. But then I decide to download the app and NOW the pizza trackers says they started making it at 5:27. So I'm obviously confused AF. I only ordered two medium pizzas.
