This store is absolute trash now. It used to be a great location with hot fresh pizza fairly quickly but 1 1/2 hours for a pizza to just sit there and not get delivered is unacceptable. I called in when they answered. They said they would put it with the next driver and guess what it still never showed up and when I called back, they said oh maybe the driver forgot to get yours and at this time we were already at two hours. The pizza showed up over two hours late cold and old now here we are again and we give them another chance. It's been over an hour. They won't answer the phone. My adult daughter went up to tell them that the order was wrong so they made her another pizza and it still was wrong. Gluten free pizza's were overcooked, just shy of burned. They were out of chicken. They said the shortage was due to Ramadan but surely they knew enough to know they needed more chicken then. Worst service I've received anywhere. In 2014 this stand in supervisor talked to me like a sewer. Just because I needed to make a complaint over pizza and I should have done it the same day. Having a picture and it didn't matter. I requested for only a minute of her time. But she stated that she was busy and was getting in the way She asked me if I wanted to come back there and work. Not one to write reviews, but this is an exception. Instead of cooking at home my wife wanted us to have a treat. Thinking pizza would be a great way of ending the evening. This thought was wrong. 'Cuz I can't give it zero stars! Ordered online and it gave an estimated completion time. When I arrived at the store for pickup at the time it said it would be done, the cashier told me my order was going to take another 30-45 minutes to be ready. Interestingly enough the screen in the store still said it would be ready in about 5 minutes...When I asked if they could deliver it when it was ready, the cashier said yes, but then tried to charge me another $12 to get it delivered. I then asked if the manager could wave the delivery fee or give me some type of accommodation for the inconvenience. She said she could cancel my order if I wanted. Wow! What great customer service. Absolute trash, DO NOT ORDER! The sauce and ingredients tasted like they have been left out for days, extremely doughy undercooked crust and the entire pizza was completely inedible due to the grease factor. HOW in the world can a pizza be this greasy? It's mind blowing. There are so many better places around here to order from. Also, during pickup I was greeted by employees that looked like they are homeless, uniforms that were completely dirty and eyes rolled back like they were one hit away from a fentanyl OD. Since seeing the new commercials on t.v. promising they have changed I decided to give 'em another try. I have to say that what i tried was much, much better then it had been. I ordered the buffalo chicken pizza and it was great and then we had just the run of the mill pepperoni and honestly I have to say i notice the difference. Call it progress or just brain washing by mind controlling commercials..either way i do think the pizza is so much better. Have ordered many many times from this Dominos. Today - Friday, January 6th at 7pm we ordered a single pizza and a brownie via the mobile application. At 7:54 pm, I was wondering where the pizza was so I checked the app. According to the app, after it said pizza would be delivered in an hour, the pizza hadn't even been put into the oven. So I call. No answer first time. I call again. A woman answers and immediately asks to put me on hold. Before she can say anything else and make me wait even longer by putting me on hold for who knows how long, I tell her that I ordered a pizza an hour ago and the Domino's Pizza ordering app says it hasn't even been put into the oven. She then proceeds to read me someone else's address (I'm assuming they didn't get their pizza tonight either). I tell her no that's not mine and she puts me on hold to go check on my order. "Sir?" "Yes?" "Yeah they haven't put the pizza in until just now. It will be ready in..." "No. Cancel my order. I'm not waiting another hour for pizza that might show up." "Okay." (She proceeds to refund the order to my card.) "Thank you sir. Have a good evening." *click* Me: " THAT's IT?! No 'oh my sir! So sorry we forgot about you. Tonight's on us!' Or 'we know you are one of our most frequent customers and don't want to lose you to Papa John's right down the street!' Or anything similar... awesome." Well that's it for us and this Dominos location (and Domino's in general) I suppose. Oh well. TL;DR - order here all the time. Ordered pizza via app. 1hr later pizza app says "pre-baking" on status still. Called. Yep. Pizza not even in oven yet. Stopped in Saturday evening, around 5:30, to this swamped Dominoes in Wylie. They were super busy. I was ordering for take-out. Order taker (could have been the owner) was very apologetic that it would take maybe 45 minutes for my one pizza. They were short handed. I said I would wait in the store. Was told wait would be 30 minutes for pickup. So arrived according to the wait I was told. Total time for pizza to be ready was 1 hour 15 minutes. Which means I waited 45 minutes at the location. I have no idea how this location is still open. They were consistently terrible before Covid-19 and nothing has changed. The pizza is always nasty! There is either to much sauce, not enough cheese, burnt or one time we even got old toppings. They are constantly forgetting things that come with your order which results in you making multiple trips. The managers lack customer service skills and are extremely rude and could care less when you have a complaint or issues with your order. They will sometimes offer you a credit when they have a major mess up but what good is a credit if you still have to endure bad service and mediocre food. Alright, so I saw their commercial where they've admitted their wrongs and have found the light and their pizzas are now the bomb.com. The last time I had Domino's pizza was in high school (almost 10 years ago! Yikes!), and I vaguely recalled the experience. When we ordered it this past week, it was almost a new experience. The delivery man was super courteous, so I'll give 'em that. And amazingly enough, their pizza was pretty awesome. The sauce was very tomato-y, the cheese was delicious and the seasoning they added onto the crust gave it a certain je-ne-sais-quoi. All in all, the Domino's near my home has definitely earned a spot on my speed dial for those nights I just don't feel like having my Husband mess around in the kitchen ;) read more

Just ordered delivery from this place when I saw that dominoes was offering gluten free pizza. And boy did they deliver! Ok, that sounds cheesy... *___* I can't make these dad jokes stop so I'm just going to finish my review. The app said it would take 31-41 minutes. It took about 19 minutes. I wasn't ready! The delivery guy was very nice. This gluten free pizza tastes amazing! I can barely tell the difference. I have ordered from here multiple times just because Its the closest to my house. Each time they take over 1 hr 1/2 or even 2 to get delivered. About 2-3 weeks ago I placed an order that never got delivered, therefore I called to cancel. First they couldn't find it, after they found it they said it was about to go in the oven and it would take another hour. I understand y'all get a lot of orders but it shouldn't take 3hrs. Cancelled and requested a refund. I called for an update on my refund multiple times an employee stated no refund was placed then spoke to two managers and they swore it was placed but kept asking for info, it was obvious they did not refund. Up to today I still have not gotten my refund, I called to request a free Large pizza (what I had ordered) instead since I hadn't received my refund, they said NO, I explained I had never gotten the refund nor points for my order.. After someone going to the trouble of bringing this location back, it fails again. After the so called "pizza tracker" showed the driver leaving, a half hour later, he still had not arrived. (After prep, cook, and check time not included in the 30). I called to see if there was a problem. The girl answering the phone had no clue. The driver should gave arrived. She was going to call and see if there was a problem. They hung up on me. I called back. I asked to speak to the manager, as he still hasn't shown up, and the staff hangs up. At this point, tell me the order is on the way, or refund it. I still have a family to feed. The driver arrives while I'm on the phone with the manager. 45 minutes after he left the shop. He's carrying the salads upside down. I tell him that we'd better check the order. (Manager is still on the phone) Very first thing, open the salads, one of the prepackaged dressing packets has been opened and used. How does that even get into the unused product. I tell the driver to say out loud what he is seeing, so the manager can hear it. That way he knows only HIS employees have had access to the food at this point. His tesponse, word for word, " what do you want me to do about it?" Listen assclown, what I want you to do, is not serve people tainted food or commit any health code violations. If you are concerned about what you eat at all, for your saftey, eat ANYWHERE else. They simply do not care what hsppens. This is proof of that. read more

I like the Pizza. And have been eating it for 50 years since I was a kid growing up in Michigan. Recently my local Domino's in Texas remodled. The Pizza is still awesome but when I asked for Parmasan cheese and crushed pepper they told me they no longer have them. So now I am eating Goodfella's Pizza. I could go out and buy Parmasan and pepper but why should I when everyone but Domino's is giving it out. read more

This location was once better. In the last year or so the mistakes they make are constant. I have done carryout orders where I have told them "no garlic" and I still get an overly greasy pizza covered in garlic. I should have checked before leaving. This happened to me twice. I liked this place but they are unable to make an edible pizza that is not covered in grease and garlic even when told that I did not want the garlic crust. read more

Two stars is only because I have had a decent experience once before. Tonight we ordered a pizza, specialty chicken and an apple pecan salad. Our driver showed up with the pizza, chicken and a dressing packet (the dressing that comes w/the pecan salad)... he apologized and went back to get the salad. He came back with a chicken Caesar salad... at this point I was over the salad... just wanted to be reimbursed. Called and spoke with Ron (Ronnie). He never once apologized for the inconvenience or confusion or even pretend to care in the slightest... before I could finish explaining what happened he said "all I can do is reimburse you $7.50"..
