I've been getting my Dominos pizzas from 861 Gray Ave for years. They have always (except for 2 weeks ago) made great pizzas for m & mine. I'd been bragging about this Dominos for a very long time. BUT THEY OUT DID themselves for my 4th July pool party. The makers r usually Paul, Daniel, Christian. Everyone REALLY LOVED it. I made reference to a pizza made 2 weeks ago. With the order being: large hand tossed crust, extra sauce & cheese, ham, pepperonI, beef, chicken, mushrooms. WHAT THEY GAVE ME: Very Thin crust, NO sauce, extra cheese, NO ham, 10 slices of pepperoni, a sprinkle of chicken & no mushroom. I cld them after returning home. I stated, I think u gave me someone else's order. Shaun assured me they didn't. With that awful pizza, I found more of it in the trash. Kids not liking pizza, never happen with this family. My son went out & bought KFC. One bad pizza for years of purchasing Dominos: does not constitute never going back. BUT NO APOLOGY, NO MAKING A LONG STANDING LOYAL CUSTOMER FEEL LIKE THEY APPRECIATE ME & my patronage. VERY DISAPPOINTING. PERHAPS , I should find a place that would appreciate my business. read more

Ordered through the app which is super easy. 7.99$ for two or more 2 Topping pizzas. Ordered one sausage and pepperoni and one ham and pineapple. The pizza was ready as timed by the app. And remember this is a "fast food" pizza and for what it is...these two pizzas were very well made. Lots of toppings and cheese. And served piping hot. When we went in to pick up, the counter person was friendly. And the ambiance is your typical order and take out pizza place. Interior was clean. read more

Don't all Domino's make their food to a standard? My husband and I recently ordered a delivery pizza, wings and sandwich from Domino's Gray Ave. Yuba City. I don't readily eat pizza because of the sauce but decided to get a Philly cheese steak sandwich for me. Well you can see from the picture it ended up being a toasted piece of bread with what looks like a stringy beef slice not quite covering the bread. Lol, it was horrible. My husband liked the wings and said the pizza was ok. I just can't believe someone would send out food like that sandwich which was 8.99? Burned cheese with Parmesan knots We had to add marinera sauce to our red pasta as it was dry and cold. Tried to contact the management and both my mom and I were on our phone, her for a half hour ( so far) and me for 10 minutes ( so far ) I am so disappointed. You will pay $30 for a large pizza and they will give you a medium, however you order a $16 pizza they will be happy to give you a Large. STAY AWAY unless you are a fan of getting ripped off. After getting a haircut and being able to get out and about I felt so grateful that they were open and providing their service. I surprised the salon with pizza for the staff. If you gave this pizza one star you work for the competition. This is an American classic. The crust is light and airy. The sauce is great and the pepperoni is flavorful but not spicy. This place is trash. The staff is a joke and I presume to be on drugs due to the fact of leaving my pizza on the counter telling me I was cooking. They were being rude to customers and the pizza was terrible and let's be honest the only good thing from dominoes is the breadsticks with spinach and feta and sometimes those are doughy like how do you mess up breadsticks. This is the second time we're getting our pizza AN HOUR late and cold. I love dominos but will no longer be giving this location our business and will be contacting corporate. I wouldn't waste your time with their delivery service just go pick it up yourself and check the temperature in the store is my best advice. Update: I emailed their customer service department and they finally replied. They said this location is locally owned and they've sent my concern to them but surprise surprise no reply back. Ordered at 6:25 pm. At 7 my order was still in prep. I called to find out what was wrong. Two medium pizzas should not take so long. They finally found my order and it was noted in the oven right away. At 7:30 it was not out for delivery. Despite being sick I drove to the joint to pick up my order. I asked why it took so long to prepare. They were short a driver evidently. I asked why she didn't call people. She said it would have been too hard. But she could have told me when I called. My wife and daughter felt sick after attempting to consume the pizza and chicken. Attempted to settle for partial refund but after a call to the general manager, was denied.
