We've been to this Round Table location a couple of times, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. The pizza is consistently fresh and great-tasting every visit. I absolutely love the salad as well. We usually get alcoholic drinks--staff will ask for your ID and give you a wristband to track drinks, which are charged separately. Round Table Pizza is always well-balanced in flavor, and I really enjoy the family-friendly atmosphere. Overall, it's a great place to check out. read more

Horrible customer service--burned our pizza and refused to fix it. We ordered one medium pizza from Round Table. When we picked it up at 9:35 PM, we didn't sit down to eat until 10:17 PM. The second we opened the box, it was obvious that the pizza was burned--blackened, dry, and inedible. Since they closed at 10:30 PM, I didn't see the point in calling right then, because we wouldn't have been able to get a replacement before closing. I assumed there would be no issue coming in first thing when they opened. However, when my husband returned to the store the next day at 11:20 AM with the ruined pizza, instead of remaking it, they told him they wouldn't fix it. The manager even admitted that it was overcooked, but then said they had no way of knowing if we did that to the pizza. What?? Only one bite had been taken, and we brought the entire thing back to exchange it for one that wasn't burned. What exactly would we have gained by doing this to our own food? It was absurd. But the real issue? The rude and combative attitude from the employee who answered the phone. She made it clear she did not care at all about fixing the situation. The way she spoke to me, it honestly felt like something straight out of that old Chappelle's Show, popcopy skit about terrible customer service--it was as if they were openly saying "F the customer, we don't care if your food is made right." She kept repeating that since we "ordered it yesterday," it was no longer their problem. The days of the Round Table on Onstott actually caring about getting your order right? Gone. The attitude was basically "You took the pizza home. Too bad. That's on you." Frustrated, my husband ended up buying another pizza instead, which I completely disagreed with. Why should we have to pay twice for their mistake? When I called, hoping to speak to someone reasonable, I got more of the same attitude--just a bunch of excuses about how they're not refusing to fix it but just can't remake it today, and I'd have to fill out some pointless corporate form instead. What a joke. I was so thrown off by the complete rudeness and lack of customer service that I actually asked if they had changed ownership. I was told that they had--about six months ago--and that this is how the new owners want things run. So if you ate here before and had a good experience, don't expect the same anymore. If this Round Table Pizza, is going to be this cheap about fixing their mistakes, maybe they should put a little more effort into training their employees not to burn pizzas in the first place. Because treating your customers like garbage when your staff messes up is a great way to lose business. read more

This was the best, cleanest Round Table I have ever seen. I travel a lot for work and love garlic twists so I have been to a LOT of Round Tables. This one was remodeled, clean, the food was good, the arcade was updated, and the food was excellent. No weak twists and the pizza had plenty of toppings. Dropped by on a Wednesday around 3. Normally this place is clean but right away i see 4 tables not cleaned off. Not a good sign! Only a few customers inside so not like there was a rush! Salad bar was clean, and pizza tasty. They want to scan your DL so you can order beer! This is a review more for the games at this location and not the service. For one reason on another the games at this location have malfunctioned and have not been managed properly. It's a known fact at that location. We came back one more time for my daughter's birthday party and purchased multiple game cards so the 13 kids we invited could enjoy the games. Unfortunately, more than half the games malfunctioned or were simply unplugged. Furthermore, 5 adults and two staff members all missed the fine print that specifies when purchasing a game card on the kiosk that the amount will be dispersed between all the cards. Meaning selecting 6 cards and $10 each will actually turn into $10 dispersed throughout all 6 cards. Make that make sense? I was out money, and many of the games were out of order anyway, again. I did speak to the area manager and she did an excellent job remedying the situation (thank you!). Unfortunately, the contact I was given to sort through the issue with the games (Tim) provided more excuses than remedy. The games were defended as well as the integrity of the management, but that does little to put a customer's mind at ease when even the area manager is aware that the games often malfunction. Unfortunately, this specific location has a reputation for mismanagement of the games. We will return and are thankful to the area manager for doing her best to remedy the situation. However, if the game manager's attitude towards the customer is to defend the games instead of fixing an actual problem, the reputation will be further tarnished and business will be lost. read more

I love Round Table, but this one is losing its way fast. They are now full service to avoid paying their workers fast food wages but still want to charge the customer a service fee. I ordered a lunch special with a buffet but got charged for ranch for my pizza. The owner of this location is showing us a prime example of how not to run a business. Got a fresh pepperoni olive sausage garlic that was the best round table ive had in YEARS. right out of the oven. Crust perfectly done with some very light crisp on outside. Delicious! Interior looks remodeled bunch of big screen tv and beer taps and arcade for kids. Some of the employees were busy talking to themselves not friendly but samantha was cool and made me an awesome pizza and got me a box after another kid employee walked away on me at counter while i was asking for a box. I didnt let it ruin the experience but some empls here could use some lessons in hospitality. DO NOT USE the self service beer bar. All you get is foam. They charged me $25 and I might have gotten 2.5 beers. They admitted they were having issues with the system but still charged me. They had so many complaints they had to shut down the beer taps. read more

The following week I returned and ordered a large Gourmet veggie with pineapples through the website taking advantage of their online special.. Walked into the Round Table in the raley's shopping center. Was shocked at the fact that the restaurant was empty and every table was dirty. Plenty of staff but no concern about the state of their dinning-room. Went to the counter and a young lady walked up to my wife and gave no greeting, just waited for her to say what she wanted. It's a beautiful restaurant but seriously lacks pride in how it is operated. I have 40 years of restaurant experience and 30 of them with the company that once operated this store. Round Table standards have dropped dramatically. Not one to complain but this was sad to see, such a lack of pride. read more

Food was great! Service was bleh because they seemed like they didn't want to do their jobs. The gaming center and cards they use are a complete joke. Paid $10 for 40 tickets on the card and got to play three games. Paid another $20 for 80 tickets or so and only play 5-6 games and when the machines don't work - they STILL take your tickets and you're out of luck obtaining them back. We will take our money elsewhere. The girl behind the counter texted the guy who owes and operates the gaming machines and the guy and she was assuming I was lying to her about our game play. I told her to look at the cameras before questioning me about anything. The atmosphere is nice but the party room is too small for bigger parties. Not impressed! read more

Well, I was able to get in touch with the store manager at the W. Onstott Frontage Rd. location. She let it be known that cashier that took my order should have been aware my order was taking too long and acted. As far as the chicken wing order a few days ago, they received a batch of smaller wings and had told her employees to give a few extra wings in each order to make up for the smaller size. Well, they must have forgotten at least on my order. As far as Round Table making it up to me that has been done. I appreciate the great customer service that the store manager, Ashlee provided me. So, I will be coming back to this location and giving it another try with such great customer service who wouldn't. read more

Update 2/3/2020: Adding to my review that the game room vendor eventually refunded my money that evening in the form of credits to the game cards and even added extra for the inconvenience. I still believe the restaurant manager should have handled the issue with the vendor instead of asking me to do it. But I appreciated the gesture and the follow up from the vendor by phone and comment to this review. Added two stars until my next visit. 1/23/2020: Pizza was good and the salad bar was fresh and well stocked. But..... Don't use the game room! The machine that issues the cards took my money and didn't credit the game cards. Told the manager about it and they said I had to contact the vendor directly because they weren't responsible for the game room. Seriously?! After waiting an hour for the vendor to show up and nothing. Finally talked to the vendor and he had me do his job for him. He asked me to add more money to the machine to figure out what happened and then it took that money! OMG. A manager who valued their customer would have refunded my money and then handled the issue with the vendor themselves. read more

Great salad bar and pizza was good but the lunch buffet price is advertised(sign at beginning of line) 8.75 adults and 6.49 kids When we got to the register is was 12.95 adults and 9.75 kids. I hope the cashier was just wrong but we changed our order to personal pizza for the kids. Yes we were there thurs at 12 during lunch buffet special. Saved us 20 dollars from initial order. This Round Table was previously a place to get good pizza but over the last year has turned into quite the gamble. Had multiple bad experiences in a row and I am done gambling, will never eat here again. Definitely not worth the money anymore, could be if it weren't for the people making the food. I've had pizza and breadsticks that turn out burnt or undercooked on many occasions. Pizza with too much sauce, almost 0 sauce, pizza that I was told bubbled up and pushed all the toppings to the middle because it wasn't docked properly and pizzas that were supposed to be large but look like mediums because they said they didn't use enough flour. I was told things that they did wrong with my orders but never even a sorry much less an offer to fix it. If it was just a few times total that this happened I wouldn't have even bothered leaving a review. When you spend about $85 on pizza a few times a month and it's gotten to be 2 out of every 10 times it comes out like it should, then it's officially not a good place for pizza anymore. You either need to drop your prices or take the time to actually train your workers properly. I will definitely never be eating here again. Seems to me like the quality of round table (in this area) has been diminished. read more
