It was slow the whole time we were there. No Express today. I had the daily special, Popeye Chicken, which was sort of like the typical ACP but with spinach and mushrooms. Overall the only flavor I detected was mushrooms. Otherwise the whole thing was bland. The cheese sauce was bland, the rice was bland, the beans were bland. They served this with flour tortillas so I made a little sandwich that tasted like a tortilla. Megan had some steak tacos that she liked ok but agreed that they were bland.

Both times we ate here the rice wasn't completely cooked and gave our food that distinctive crunch that we'd rather get from the tortilla chips. In fact, a family member from here mentioned they don't eat here often because each time they do they're reminded that the rice isn't completely cooked.
