Also needed seasoning and she even put salt on her beans. When is the last time you salted your food at a Mexican restaurant? I watched the fajitas for the first time in my life today. It seems like they cook the meat and veggies to a good doneness then put it on the hot cast iron to bring it sizzling to your table. They brought over the food pretty quickly so that was the first time I've seen the food burn at the table. Overall the only flavor I detected was mushrooms. Otherwise the whole thing was bland. The cheese sauce was bland, the rice was bland, the beans were bland.
