It is a small place like others said that more suited to to go rather than eat in. The owner was very nice and friendly, he made sure to ask what I wanted for my menu and if needed forks or hot sauce and made my food in less time than he said. Very nice to see an owner have pride in their business rather than letting employees be the face of business. So the food, the steak was grilled just right and still tender, juicy and well seasoned. Yellow rice I was bit skeptical on it by the appearance, but it was very good, not salty and seasoned just right with it fluffy and not mushy. For both empanadas I enjoyed them both same and found them flavorful and had plenty of meat. They are small but for the price they are a steal. Also found them out less greaser than other empanadas, and boy does that help the stomach. Hah. A final note, really like homemade salsa hot sauce cups he offered, it was a perfect blend of spicy with a vinegar bit afterwards. Definitely was great dipping the empanadas In it.

****CASH ONLY**** This place is incredible, a hidden gem. I can't believe I haven't been here before. Small joint with only four tables. So a large party would be really tough here. The food outstanding though; it felt like a home cooked meal. Everything was perfect and I would change nothing about it. The jugos come in a large to go cup which I've never seen. All the food tasted fresh and packed with a ton of flavor. The empanadas were excellent, even though they were mini. It's actually the perfect appetizer to get the stomach going hahaha. If you get empanadas make sure you try it with the hot sauce (the red one). These guys are legit and I'd be in trouble if I didn't live 45 minutes away. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Can't wait to go back!

Bandeja paisa (grilled steak, chicharron, fried egg, maduros, rice, beans, and avocado). Side orders of tostones & chorizo.

Everything is super flavorful and authentic tasting! Some of the best Colombian food I've had in awhile. Their "Bandeja paisa" is amazing and worth every penny. It consisted of grilled steak, chicharron, a fried egg, maduros/sweet plaintains, rice, beans, and avocado. I can't stress enough how well-seasoned and flavorful each bite is. My husband and I also enjoy ordering a side order of tostones and a side order of chorizo whenever we're there. We've also tried their lengua (tongue), lomo salteado (beef, onions, peppers), and cholado (a dessert drink with fresh fruit and a variety of yumminess). You can't go wrong with any of their items. I would highly recommend. The prices are affordable and they have pretty decent sized portions. The restaurant itself is not a huge place but its comfortable and cozy with a few tables for sit down dining. If need, you can always order food to go. While sitting down to eat, we always see people come in to order food and go. Their drink selection isnt too bad. Theres a nice variety to choose from (sodas, snapples, aloe, etc). In regards to parking, there is NO parking lot but there is usually enough street parking right out front and close to the restaurant. **please note that the restaurant is CASH ONLY**

This is a local favorite for "quick" Spanish cuisine. The place feels more like a fast food (Spanish) take out joint. They only have two small tables in the store with 4 seats to each table. I've been here several times & have never seen anyone else dine in as I have so it shouldn't be too much of a concern to find no seating. Pricing is slightly above $10 per person for the main dishes but be careful with the sides as the quantity might not be what you expect. I paid $3 for ONE fried banana that came with about 5 slices which I thought was absurd considering those bananas cost 5-6 for $1 in the supermarket! If you stick to the main dishes for about $10-$15 you'll get the best value for your money. The food is really good I just think the side dishes are over priced in my opinion. If you're looking for a true dining experience there are other spots in the area that have ample seating for small and large groups.

This is the spot, the flavor is beyond delicious. Don't be put off by the appearance. Four tables and some nostalgic displays from Ecuador. Opens at 12, but things don't start cooking till 12:30. Hugo is a friendly guy to deal with. He takes pride in his cooking. The main dishes are reasonably priced. The side dishes are kind of expensive. I eat here quite often, and I never leave disappointed. Street parking is available right in front. The location isn't in the best of areas. Park where you can see your car.

The best Colombian restaurant in NY! He does everything so good. Recently he started baking Pandebono, Colombian cheese bread :)

They also see to it that we get what we want and took their time to explain everything! The food is good and drinks are fantastic, hopefully they lessen the ice. What a Huge Disappointment, Noches! I've been coming to…read moreNoches for years--starting with the Englewood location, then supporting this one since day one when we moved up here. I've been to just about every Noches in Jersey. Sure, sometimes they've fallen short, but I always stayed loyal. This morning I went for takeout and ordered my usual: chorizo, chicharrón, and pan de bono. When I got home and opened the bag, I was honestly shocked. For seven dollars, what I got was basically nothing. The portions were insulting--barely a bite of food--and yet the prices keep climbing higher and higher. I understand costs have gone up, but there's a big difference between fair pricing and blatantly ripping off loyal customers. This was the latter. After all these years of supporting Noches, today felt like a slap in the face. Sadly, you've lost a customer who used to recommend you everywhere. If this is how you treat your regulars now, I can only imagine how first-timers feel.

Horrible. Very inconsistent…read more Today was my 5th meal here and it will be my LAST. Today they had what they called chorizo, which was indeed in a sausage-like casing but instead of meat inside it was just leftover rice bound with pork fat. It was DISGUSTING....and completely unlike any chorizo I've ever had. I've had Peruvian, Ecuadorian, Colombian, Guatemalan and even Americanized versions -- but this was nothing like any of them....it was CRAP! I can't tell which culture they are supposed to be for certainty, but I doubt any culture would claim a food article that sickened all 4 people who tasted it, one only making it across the street before tossing cookies.... In the past they had empinadas which were usually VERY thin and lacking in terms of the filling (usually Queso)...however today they were out of them by 9:10 AM, with no plans to make more. The miscellaneous hot beverages on the counter opposite the cashier are nice, but I have no clue what they are and they certainly are not labeled.... Their selection of factory made (canned/bottled drinks in the fridge is good including Manzana and several other Latin drinks. In the past I've had good and bad experiences, but today was just so horrible they deserve to be put on blast... The inconsistency even goes so far as to be in the pricing! The green plantains served as a side on my plate with the "Chorizo" apparently added $3 to the cost of my plate, which were included every time before.... And now to add to the survey questions below: Ambiance - what ambiance? The place has a TV which is usually BLASTING-ly loud! It has rows of cafeteria style tables for seating -- and when the food wasn't nasty and the prices higher for no apparent reason -- it was good, but when it was bad it was pretty bad - this time was just ATROCIOUS!

Had a delicious plate of food and drink here after a solid hike. Nice option for anyone looking for…read moregood food with value for money.
