When we moved out we hired a cleaning company to clean the house, these guys still charged us for a house cleaning and did not reimburse us even though I have a receipt. Our rent started at 3,200 and the owners just became greedy and upped our rent all the way to 3,800. Now it's listed at 4,200 and the description is inaccurate. I bought a house and I'm paying less on our mortgage than I was in rent!!! Crazy.
