I love the fries, it is interestingly cut and very crispy. Both chickens and fries are fried well and come out very crispy. We had the Japanese Firecracker (garlic-forward with white miso and togarashi) and Peruvian Green Gold (ají verde, cilantro, and minty crema) sauce to accommodate the wings. I am not sure I like it because the spice and flavor doesn't stand out. The Salt & Peppers (crispy, with Chinese spices) was sold out so unfortunately I did not get to try but will probably try again with this sauce. I would recommend trying their wings and fries, sauce is optional.

That's what stood out to me. There wasn't a shortcut taken because it was close to closing. They didn't grab slices that had been sitting around. They made them the way they're supposed to be made. Crispy pepperoni, bubbling cheese, perfect crust... exactly what you'd expect from a place that takes pride in what they serve. At the end of the day, cooking great pizza is what they're supposed to do. The difference is that 600° does it with the same care at 9:30 at night as they do at lunchtime, and that's rare. Huge shout-out to Nick and the team. Great people, great pizza, and absolutely worth the drive every single time. Tue vibe is so chill !! I love it!!

It's a thicker crus crust, but not overly bready. When I got home, the pizza was in need of reheating. I tried a couple of different ways to reheat the pizza, but the best way was using the air fryer, it returned the crust to super crispy. That crust was very enjoyable to eat, and the toppings were simply delicious. My interaction with staff while at the restaurant was limited, but they were very friendly and professional Great pizza. This was a little bit awkward and just seemed like the employees were flustered due to the holiday or something and just forgot about me entirely. If I ever return, I will have to come back and try the steak on my next visit. It looked really good!

Upon my first bite, it's truly impressive how compact the shave ice is. It doesn't even feel like shaved ice at that point and is more comparable to a popsicle in a bowl. This is what kids should be eating in the summer vs. your Konahama Bucks, and like Stan Twitter would say, Ululani clears while the rest are flops! All I can say is, WOW! I live nearby and decided to give Don Pollo a shot. Immediately I am greeted with a warm, welcoming smile and asked how my day was. (Most places wouldn't even waste their breath to ask a random person how their day is going). I went for the wings for my first visit, the Lemon Pepper and Mango Habanero caught my eye. Customer service was impeccable the entire visit. Both flavors were out of this world good, butI am a sucker for the Lemon Pepper, I would highly suggest either flavor. The seasoning was just right, with the perfect balance of zesty lemon and a hint of black pepper that made every bite satisfying. After seeing this place on social media I was excited to try it. We ordered a wing plate with two sides, red beans and rice and collard greens. The food came out pretty quickly and smelled amazing. I quickly noticed that the to-go box was heavy and hot which are both two great signs in my book. The wings were the star of the show for me, they were perfectly cooked with just the right amount of seasoning and crisp to leave me happy and satisfied. The read beans and rice and collard greens were flavor filled with plenty of turkey meat cooked in with both. I hope to try the catfish and mac next time I stop by! I should also add that the service was good, the two ladies working were friendly and patient with us as we placed our order. They also added a cute decorative napkin and a fork in our to go bag which I appreciated.

Everything was tasty. Nothing skipped a beat. My catfish was perfectly crunchy, flavorful, and fresh. I think this are some of the best yams I've had in th Austin area.! My string beans were yummm and cooked to perfection without comprising the texture. It was nice to sit outside and enjoy the breeze with plenty of seating available. The woman who runs this truck is so kind and helpful. The area around the truck is always clean and I always have a good time when I go there. I ordered the $14 barbacoa plate, and wow absolutely worth it. Everything was crispy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The meat was incredibly tender and packed with flavor. You can tell they really care about the quality of the food. Every bite was delicious. There are a few parking spots available, and they even have a table outside the truck if you want to sit and eat there. The whole experience was simple, friendly, and satisfying. There are a couple of trees outside, but if it's hot during the day, I would not recommend eating out there for the fact that it would be miserable. This is definitely one of those places I'll keep coming back to again and again. If you're driving through Williams Drive and see the pink truck, stop and try it ,you won't regret it.
