She also completely ignored me when I asked about ordering a longer chain and stopped listening to anything I had to say only repeating that I can't return anything. Because of this I'm not buying from this place anymore and I'd advise everyone to be careful when it comes to their return policy because apparently it varies depending on who you're talking to.
