I told him what I was looking for and that I was looking for design and price options before deciding on buying. I also made it very clear that I was only looking for ideas and I'd need to bring my engagement ring in to see what would match with it. And if I decided to buy, I would come back at a later time. He was desperate for me to buy any ring, even if I didn't like it. He kept pushing me very aggressively and rudely. His responses to me throughout the visit.... "Who cares [about wanting to bring my engagement ring in], just buy this ring", "you should just get this one right now", "just get this one", "can you go get your other ring right now?", "how far do you live, go get your ring", "when can you come back?", "tomorrow? Monday? Tuesday?".... and more. It was an awful experience. I spent my money elsewhere, where I was treated with respect and not forced to buy something I didn't want. Very shady business practices.

The staff does NOT get paid a commission therefore they are here just to help you. So please be nice to them. I just do not recommend getting their in-house credit card. I forgot a payment was due on Feb 28th, and they were calling me on March 2nd, telling me that by March 4th. They will have to notify the credit companies that the payment will be late and staining my credit record. Most credit card companies and banks give you 30 days before they hit you with a late payment on your record. I made the payment because it was not a big deal, but this was the first time I was told I would be hit with a late on my credit record by only being 4 days late.
