I love Abrazo West, the care they give is outstanding. They are caring and kind. They will do…read moreanything to complete any testing before releasing you. Their nurses are they best!! In March I had to be transported to the ER. My body lost almost all the fluids that is needed to keep one alive. I was seizing. They had the and lights going speeding to the Hospital. I was scared, especially when they took me into a room as soon as I got there. That was my 2nd Emergency, at least major one. I April I had another emergency yet my daughter insisted we ho to Banner E. Their nursing staff spoke ill of me right outside my room. I was like WOW I can you! I complained and I coukd the conversation between the charge nurse and the nurse. He said I asked to many questions and was bothering him. Yes, I had a lot of questions and I had to use the restroom a lot. I have epilepsy. No apologies nothing. I was then transfered to another floor. Originally I was on the 4th floor and they sent me to the 2nd floor. They do not do such as I stayed there 2x prior. The solution was to remove the patient so the nurse could go back to playing around with the CNA and other nurses or on the phone with his wife! Abrazo West is my choice...they are so professional. Thank you Abrazo West.

On May 20th 2026 I had to make an ER visit at Abrazo West Campus. What I encountered was not only…read moreunacceptable from a customer service standpoint, but also raised serious concerns regarding patient safety, sanitation, and basic standards of care. Upon arriving at the ER, I immediately noticed the waiting area was extremely unsanitary. Garbage was scattered throughout the area, trash cans were overflowing, and the overall condition of the lobby created an environment that appeared neglected and unsafe for patients already seeking emergency medical care. The most concerning issue occurred in the men's restroom, directly in the ER waiting area. There was human waste and diarrhea visible from the toilet onto the floor, creating what I believe to be a serious biohazard. I notified staff immediately, expecting the matter to be addressed without delay. Instead of contacting environmental services or taking immediate action to sanitize the restroom, I was simply redirected to another restroom inside the ER, which was also unclean and poorly maintained. After waiting nearly an hour and a half in these conditions, and despite medical staff advising otherwise, I made the difficult decision to leave the facility because I no longer felt safe remaining there. I ultimately sought treatment at another emergency room, where I was properly evaluated and treated.

BE ADVISED! In my opinion and based on my one-on-one experience with Dr. Jonathan Wiggenhorn below,…read morethis is the most BILLING THIRSTY and unprofessional $$$billing mill operation I've ever dealt with! I waited 1 hour to see him in a packed office and it got worse! He provides a Sinoplasty that is only up to 80% effective (VivAir procedure is 90% fyi) and has his office minions line you up for an appointment an then when you get to see him he comes in and says "how long have you been dealing with this?" No problem but the issues is he doesn't have time to answer questions and pushed me off to staff for pricing lol. He signed me up for 2 surgeries before showing me my CT results (which I had to request that he never provided) or giving me my CT results. Not time for questions. His staff must think that because you are over 50 they can double charge you which I had to get fixed. It was so obvious this is a money scheme for Dr. Wiggenhorn and perhaps to support his required lifestyle? it was disgusting. To the point that I had to get a second opinion! The feeling they are cranking people through his offices like a whirlwind with no professional regard for anything other than cranking the $$$ press. BE ON GUARD. The VivAir procedure that Dr Jonathan Wiggenhorn does NOT offer is a 90% success rate. YOU MIGHT GET A SECOND OPINION ALL! THIS PRACTICE IN MY EXPERIENCE IS A $$$$ MONEY PRINTING PRESS THAT I FELT IS MORE INTERESTED IN $$$$$ THAN IN YOUR BEST INTEREST.

I left an earlier review about my experience with Dr. Wiggenhorn, but I have since gotten…read moreadditional and relevant information to share. I also want to share some photos (so people know that I'm not just slandering him), one from my 3D scan. I got an OTO-Scope (a very small camera that I could use to see inside my nose). The resulting picture confirmed everything that I had shared about my sinus congestion with Dr. Wiggenhorn, but WORSE. I did not just have sinus congestion, but a nasal polyp--which blocks my breathing through my left nostril when it enlarges as I lay down to sleep. This will cause all air to pass through the right nostril, which will then overtax it. It will then inflame the inside mucus membranes, completing the night's sinus congestion until I cannot breathe through my nose. When I am in an upright position, much of the blood will drain from the polyp, alleviating most of the symptoms. I've attached the photo (a screen-grab from the 3D scan and of the polyp). Please forgive the grossness of the photo of the polyp. But when I saw it, I was left wondering-- How could an ENT medical doctor fail to identify such a large source of nasal congestion? Did the decongestant ASRC used before the exam shrink it to the point of being unidentifiable? Did he just not want to operate on the polyp, which needs to be surgically removed? Was he concentrating his practice on the low-risk, lucrative procedures that could easily be done by a general practitioner doctor (i.e., sinus infection [antibiotic] and allergy [antihistamine or steroid spray])? Last, I now have an appointment with another ENT to deal with this issue.
