My husband went to this office because he was experiencing some mild soreness and just needed a…read morequick check. Instead, he was told he had multiple major dental issues and was presented with a treatment plan involving a tooth extractions, crowns, and several other procedures totaling thousands of dollars out-of-pocket -- even after insurance. The whole experience felt rushed and very high-pressure. Before agreeing to anything, we decided to get a second opinion later that same day. The other dentist told us that his teeth were nowhere near as bad as described. He did not need any extractions or crowns -- just a deep cleaning and possibly one or two small fillings. Our total with insurance at the second office was $10, not thousands. After reading through Yelp reviews later, we noticed a lot of people mentioning that this place seems extremely profit-driven -- and that absolutely matched our experience. We understand that treatment opinions can vary, but the drastic difference here was alarming. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to anything at this office. We won't be returning.

Dr. Moreira also reconstructed my smile, which gave me my confidence back. I cannot thank this office and staff enough.

Personally I always dreaded going to the dentist as my childhood dentist caused me so much trauma. I avoided both doctors and dentists like the plague. Good thing I happened to be searching Yelp and found the best reviews of this place. I arrived with so many nerves, but left there feeling so happy and grateful that I found Dr. Catalina and her staff. The staff are professional, helpful and follow all protocols to protect their patients health and safety. I come from a family background of folks in the medical field and know proper protocols for patient health and noticed each individual make the proper decisions to follow health safety and sanitation guidelines. I was impressed at how they handled each task and how Dr. Catalina herself made me feel at ease, confident and comfortable in the chair. I couldn't believe it, but yes.. now I regularly attend dental appointments and know that when I step into her office, I will be taken care of and welcomed. I feel transformed and love by Dr. Catalina and her staff. From the All-Knowing Receptionist to the Hygienist to the Boss and everyone in between! I absolutely recommend Aesthetic Dental to everyone and anyone. Subsequently and sadly, I recently lost dental insurance and the staff let me know there are affordable cash rates so I could still attend so I'll be seeing them again in a few short months. Thanks Catalina and Staff for your superior service and care!

"Oops, gum tissue is exposed" "Go next door to my friend, the Periodontist for an extraction, and implant, then I'll replace your crown" * Office Experience was even worse. One office worker called me back after many calls to speak with the doctor's assistant. * So I wound up with a temporary filling - to cover the "exposed tissue" which is now cracked and broken. And no one to return my calls!!!

I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a dental office. I was overcharged $3,700,…read morewhich didn't seem right. When I questioned it, I was given multiple conflicting explanations--first that my insurance hadn't paid, then that insurance checks hadn't been cashed, and later that the payments were only for future work. After contacting my insurance directly, I was able to confirm that checks had already been issued, received, and cashed by the office. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the process turned into months of back-and-forth where I had to repeatedly prove that I was being overcharged. During this time, I was treated rudely, and the office manager, Celina, even made an inappropriate and offensive comment implying I had a mental learning disability. Eventually, after all the evidence was presented multiple times, they corrected the overcharge--but by then the damage was done. My implant was left incomplete, and I now have to go to another dentist to finish the work. This entire experience was stressful, frustrating, and completely avoidable. I would not recommend this office to anyone. Save yourself the time, money, and hassle.

I love this dentist but I am at a lost. It takes me forever to get in for a cleaning. I finally…read moregot in after 2 years this week for a cleaning. I suspect that is because the benefit year ends on June 30th and my new benefit year starts on July 1st. I literally have to wait until I have a dental emergency to get in such as a crown come off. I literally walked around with a cracked front tooth. The frustrating part is that all that waiting and the fact that I need work done, I am screwed. I now need 3 crowns. I can't use this benefit year. $1500 unused benefits. I have to wait until July 1. I will use all of my benefits up in the first 2 months and I have to pay for all of my cleanings out of pocket and around $2000 for crowns. I feel like I am being taking advantage of. They should pay for the cleanings next year if I have to fork out $2000 in crowns because I couldn't get in for cleanings. I made appts and they canceled due to short staff. I am the one that paid for it. Nobody called me back to come up with a plan. I have dental insurance for these situations but I should be able to get in for cleanings. My insurance covers preventative cleanings. I am so angry about this. They had an opening on June 21 at 10 am so they said they could do it. Today, June 20. I am still waiting for a call back from dentist for a solution. I called my dental insurance company and learned that if the dentist bills for the crowns on the first appt, it will go in before June 30 ins deadline for this year. The insurance pays when the dentist office bills not when the crown is put into my mouth on the 2nd appt, which is in July. This changes so much. I could have gotten it started before my insurance starts a new deductible year on July 1 and that means I would be paying less out of pocket and use my benefits. I called the dentist office and they denied everything and then said that the appointment is no longer available. The part that pisses me off is that I was screwed over by this clinic and now I get to spend the next several months in pain again. I do not understand how I see reviews where other new patients get in quickly and it takes me forever to get in. They cancel my appointments without warning.
