My experience with Dr…read more Moshrefi was honestly one of the most emotionally damaging and distressing experiences of my life. It has been 7.5 months since my surgery, and not a single day has passed without severe stress, regret, and profound sadness. What was supposed to enhance my confidence has completely shattered my self-esteem and pushed me into a very dark place emotionally. The surgery left me with an incredibly boxy BBL that completely ruined my natural shape. Following my deeply unsatisfying results, I consulted with 12 different surgeons, including some of the top, most respected specialists in Beverly Hills, seeking solutions to correct the work. The overwhelming consensus was eye-opening: every surgeon has a specific niche, and not every doctor is equipped to handle every body type or aesthetic goal. In my opinion, Dr. Moshrefi's skillset appears much more suited for reconstructive tightening or skin removal after massive weight loss, rather than refining, shaping, or enhancing an already feminine, proportionate silhouette. What compounded my trauma was the lack of accountability. When I voiced my concerns directly to him, I felt completely dismissed and gaslit into believing the outcome was somehow my fault. Multiple high-caliber surgeons have since firmly reassured me that the issue was not caused by anything I did wrong. Looking back, I realize his office is highly skilled at aggressive sales and marketing, which heavily influenced my decision. I deeply regret not doing more exhaustive research beyond their curated social media. I am sharing this so others can protect themselves from the emotional and physical toll I've endured over the past several months. If anyone is considering surgery with him and wants an honest, firsthand account, I am genuinely open to sharing my experience privately. I would never wish this level of regret on anyone. Injectables can be a very nerve wracking thing, but the nurse who helped me, Raquel was so kind and sweet. She made an assessment based on what I told her I needed the most help with and helped to make me feel more confident in my skin. Raquel was so gentle with her injectables, it didn't feel like anything! The place is really well kept and clean, which is definitely something you'd want to see when going to a medspa. After we were done, the staff asked me how everything was to ensure that I had a good experience (in which in fact I did). They're located in a plaza where parking is pretty easy too, which makes it a a plus! A few weeks later and I'm loving my results so far. Finally Thursday I called again and they said the ID #s weren't correct. I read her my group ID # which she said was the same info they had. She asked me to send her my card. Twenty minutes later they had approval. What??? So I made an appt to see Dr. Wareham the following Thursday (today). Today I go there at 10:00 to fill out necessary history. My appt was at 10:30. I then was called in at 11:15. The nurse told me Dr. Cho would be right with me. Dr. Cho?? I said. My appt is with Dr. Wareham I told her. The office booked me with a different doctor! The earliest I could get in to see Dr.Wareham would be in 3 weeks they told me. While in the back before all this happened, I gave the nurse a list of all medications I'm on for Epilepsy, Diabetes and Heart Disease. When I was leaving the doctor's office I asked for my list back. The nurse gave me a printout from their computer which she had already entered and ripped up the list I gave her. Fine. I could print out another copy; however, once I was home I looked at the printout which she entered and it was wrong! So now I can't get in to see Dr. Wareham for 3 weeks. This is my 5th week with Vertigo. Office staff was nice however incompetent and beyond frustrating.

Last year I received my Medicare along with a supplement plan so I was happy to find out that this procedure (which is not cosmetic) would be covered. From the time I entered the facility I was greeted very warmly by the front desk and also the administrator. I met with the doctor and he assured me this procedure could be done in office without an outside facility. He also reassured me that this procedure would be paid for by my Medicare and supplement plan. What I like about this place is the surgeries are performed st this facility as he has his operating rooms inside. Dr Kryger was fantastic when I had the procedure in the operating room. I was awake and given a local all of the nurses and the doctor were talking in the operating room and having a great time and I believe it was to calm me down. As they were going through the procedure they asked me what I wanted to name my lipoma when it was removed! Lol. It took a bit to get it all but and he did a fantastic job. I was pain free as well after!! I highly recommend this place if you need a plastic surgery procedure.
