It has been over seven months since my surgery, and not a day has gone by without stress, regret, and sadness about the outcome. What I hoped would increase my confidence has instead had the opposite effect, significantly affecting how I feel about my body. Before surgery, I was very clear that I wanted a small, natural-looking BBL. Unfortunately, the result I received was not consistent with the aesthetic I had hoped for. The outcome appears much boxier and larger than what I had envisioned and discussed during my consultations. (I am willing to share photos documenting my experience.) I began expressing concerns about the shape almost immediately after surgery and was repeatedly reassured that I needed more time to heal, that swelling needed to resolve, and that the fat would eventually "settle." I trusted the process and waited patiently. However, after more than seven months, the concerns I raised from the beginning remain. I also experienced issues with the contour of my thighs that I brought up during follow-up appointments. I followed the recommendations I was given, including compression, multiple lymphatic massages, and foam placement, but I did not see meaningful improvement. What has been most difficult for me is not only the outcome itself, but the feeling that my concerns were never truly addressed. I left multiple appointments hoping for reassurance or solutions and instead felt that I was continually being told to wait longer. As time passed and the results remained unchanged, that became increasingly heartbreaking. Since my surgery, I have consulted with twelve board-certified plastic surgeons to better understand my options moving forward. One thing I learned is that every surgeon has a different aesthetic style and approach, and not every surgeon is the right fit for every patient's anatomy or goals. Looking back, I wish I had spent more time researching different surgical styles and seeking additional opinions before making my decision. Based on my personal outcome, I do not feel that the surgical approach used in my case aligned with my anatomy or the natural aesthetic I had clearly communicated that I wanted. I understand that other patients may have had different experiences. This review reflects only my personal experience and my honest feelings about the results of my procedure. Unfortunately, this has been one of the most emotionally difficult experiences I have ever gone through, and I wish I had made a different choice. Injectables can be a very nerve wracking thing, but the nurse who helped me, Raquel was so kind and sweet. She made an assessment based on what I told her I needed the most help with and helped to make me feel more confident in my skin. Raquel was so gentle with her injectables, it didn't feel like anything! The place is really well kept and clean, which is definitely something you'd want to see when going to a medspa. After we were done, the staff asked me how everything was to ensure that I had a good experience (in which in fact I did). They're located in a plaza where parking is pretty easy too, which makes it a a plus! A few weeks later and I'm loving my results so far. Finally Thursday I called again and they said the ID #s weren't correct. I read her my group ID # which she said was the same info they had. She asked me to send her my card. Twenty minutes later they had approval. What??? So I made an appt to see Dr. Wareham the following Thursday (today). Today I go there at 10:00 to fill out necessary history. My appt was at 10:30. I then was called in at 11:15. The nurse told me Dr. Cho would be right with me. Dr. Cho?? I said. My appt is with Dr. Wareham I told her. The office booked me with a different doctor! The earliest I could get in to see Dr.Wareham would be in 3 weeks they told me. While in the back before all this happened, I gave the nurse a list of all medications I'm on for Epilepsy, Diabetes and Heart Disease. When I was leaving the doctor's office I asked for my list back. The nurse gave me a printout from their computer which she had already entered and ripped up the list I gave her. Fine. I could print out another copy; however, once I was home I looked at the printout which she entered and it was wrong! So now I can't get in to see Dr. Wareham for 3 weeks. This is my 5th week with Vertigo. Office staff was nice however incompetent and beyond frustrating.

Last year I received my Medicare along with a supplement plan so I was happy to find out that this procedure (which is not cosmetic) would be covered. From the time I entered the facility I was greeted very warmly by the front desk and also the administrator. I met with the doctor and he assured me this procedure could be done in office without an outside facility. He also reassured me that this procedure would be paid for by my Medicare and supplement plan. What I like about this place is the surgeries are performed st this facility as he has his operating rooms inside. Dr Kryger was fantastic when I had the procedure in the operating room. I was awake and given a local all of the nurses and the doctor were talking in the operating room and having a great time and I believe it was to calm me down. As they were going through the procedure they asked me what I wanted to name my lipoma when it was removed! Lol. It took a bit to get it all but and he did a fantastic job. I was pain free as well after!! I highly recommend this place if you need a plastic surgery procedure. The clinic then recommended a second fat grafting treatment for additional money. After the two procedures, my under eyes actually looked worse than before--loose, crepey skin, uneven, and not smooth at all. The doctor then suggested a $12k laser treatment plus other injections to fix the issues. I'm now in worse shape than when I started.
