Our family has enjoyed the food from this establishment for many years at both locations however, since Covid, we have only been out to a select few places to eat, and honestly when we went to dine in at B-Unos the prices have dramatically changed and increased, and the portions are no longer what they were in the past. We totally understand that the cost of food has increased substantially, but the service has dramatically decreased, as well. We went in today to have breakfast and it was honestly disappointing My husband said his burger was amazing and delicious, but my breakfast was mediocre, and it seemed as though the young lady at the front was more concerned with the takeout and To go orders than the customers who were dining in their establishment. The place was empty, except for two other people who were dining alone. I got the create your own breakfast for $15 which offered a platter that I would build myself, and I really like that option for the flexibility of choosing what I would like to eat, however, I was charged $1.25 for barely a sprinkle of cheddar cheese and I had to wait a really long time to get a refill on my drink I guess this place isn't so bad if you're ordering takeout, but if you plan to dine in maybe reconsider another place that has better service read more

The first time I actually didn't see fish tacos on the menu so I ordered the shrimp tacos (takeout). They were good. The shrimp were soft and well seasoned with old bay. My wife loved the shrimp tacos. Then my wife saw the fish tacos on the menu (women are better at finding things) so I ordered them for my wife and I tried the pork tacos. I've been to all the B-Unos. Dined in several times but mostly take out. I use to really enjoy the breakfast sandwiches for the most part. My last dine in experience in Florence wasn't that great due to menu issues not my server. Recently the one in Burlington closed and now there's one open in Willingboro which is a little closer. While down from having a medical procedure we ordered from there 3 times in the last two weeks. The first time trying this new location I ordered the new roasted beet salad. It was skimpy but good. The third time we ordered from there I got the salad again "The roasted beet salad" but because it was skimpy I added salmon to it. When my husband brought me the salad it had this pathetic thin/flat bottom tail piece of salmon, a bunch of cheese, 4 slices of pear, no beets, no pistachios and no pickled onions but way more lettuce than last time. He called and the guy was basically like well what do you want me to do remake it. He wasn't nasty just a bit sassy. My husband said yes. He said ok well we don't have any more pear and I can't put the fish on it. Now if you follow me you know I dine all over the country high end down to some fast food places. If you run any type of decent establishment you know if you mess up the customers food you make it right. Making it right isn't nitpicking how you're going to do it. I couldn't care less about the bs lil piece of fish, what I care about is their level of customer service when they mess up. I guarantee if this establishment was in a different neighborhood catering to the majority of a different type of people they wouldn't have handled it that way and for that they don't have to worry about us coming back to any of their establishments. After trying their cheesesteak at the Raceway bagels location, we needed some nourishment and this was near where we were at. Portions were massive. The burger was pretty damn good. double beef as it should always be and the steak wasn't bad at all. I thought it was even better at the raceway bagel location. Where I waited I could see into the kitchen. First order I did a cheesesteak which wasn't necessarily bad and was a really large portion which I liked, just kind of messy with a weird sauce that I wasn't familiar with. I'm disappointed- after placing an Uber Eats order (and being excited about the prospect of a new place close to work for us to order from), one of the items I ordered was replaced without my being informed of it. When I called the restaurant, I was told that they had changed the menu item, but that Uber Eats is very slow in changing their website and there wasn't really anything they could do, but I should feel free to take it up with Uber (which I will do). Apparently their online menu isn't the same as their dine in menu either. B-unos claims to serve breakfast all day but when we got to the restaurant our waitress said they no longer serve breakfast. I originally wanted the quesadilla burger and my bf wanted the chicken & waffles burrito but the waitress said they no longer made those items (even though it was on their online menu). We tried to order a lemonade but apparently the restaurant was out of lemons. American menu with a Mexican twist, B-Unos sits where an old mom and pop luncheonette once filled the belly and entertained the troops in downtown Mt. Holly, NJ. They've done a nice redo of the place, with new furniture, walls and floors. The original six spinner lunch counter still sits in back for those who prefer taking a load off in the 60s, before returning to the teen years of the twenty first. The menu offers BYO omelets, quesadillas and loaded french toast in equal measure, but it pays to keep it simple because each additional item has an upcharge that quickly runs over $10 for even a basic sounding plate. Clever, but not exactly consumer friendly. I chose the naked Frenchie with three slices of thick white bread, melted butter and table syrup. It looked great with all the caramelized edges, but was a bit dry as the profile showed the egg mix had barely penetrated the wider bread and the middle remained uninvolved in the cooking process. It wasn't all bad, but could have been so much more. The java was hot and strong, as was the service by the young woman who also worked as the cashier and busser. Maybe staying south of the Rio Grande is the way to happiness at B-Unos. read more

The rice was obviously a few days old, very inconsistent texture in the grains. Some mushy and some were hard. The vegetables seemed to be overripe as well, the tomatoes in the pico de gallo were mushy and so were the onions. Even the cooked vegetables were obviously old.
