Apparently Donato's is using Yelp to help with their deliveries. I placed an order through Yelp which in turn, gave it to GrubHub. I did not receive the order. The contact number I received in my receipt email told me I put in the wrong phone number AND address and my money could not be refunded. My phone number and addressed are confirmed in the email and are correct. The charge DID go through on my credit card. Obviously I will take this up with my credit card company. But obviously I will not be using Donato's ever again. Used to be a great pizza place. Now apparently yet another online scale. read more

If I could I would have given ZERO stars. One of our pizzas was burned black. Inedible. No one would eat it. My mother called and the person wanted us to make a 2nd trip in the rain to get a new pizza and return our burned one. The supervisor/manager wouldn't get on the phone, they let the girl (obviously new because she wasn't very savvy on the register. Not her fault.). They just continued to tell the girl what to say. Just awful. When asked to just deliver the new pizza to us, the answer was no. But I can call on Friday when the manager is there from 8-4. Also she advised me that our pizza was the first one to ever come out burned. Yeah, ok. To prove we weren't lying we took pics before throwing that garbage pizza away. We supposedly have a credit of $11.99. And now the whole family won't order from there again. read more

I used to frequent Donatos when I worked in this area. We only had a 1/2 hour lunch, but we made it a point to rush over, eat and run. I mean, who doesn't love good pizza? Next question: Who doesn't love All-You-Can-EAT pizza? The baker always kept it coming and would often make a pizza according to your specifications, if you asked (make sure sure it's something others would actually like...). Sadly, when I left job, I had to say to goodbye to the servers, knowing I would be working closer to home, in Columbus. It was over 3 years before I decided (on my day off) to take my kids out there for some more "AYCE" pizza. I can't begin to say how delighted I was to find my server (Tabby) there, greeting people with her sunshine smile and giving love to everyone dining in. She always made it such a pleasnt experience. She greeted me with a wonderful hug (she even recognized me, immediately upon my entry) and took a few moments to catch me up on life since we left. Yes, I will be back, not just for the great price (which includes the drink) but because they know how to keep quality personnel. I'm sure they and the customers reward her handsomely, and you should too... ...and be sure to ask for Tabby (Tell 'em Kenny sent ya!)!! Enjoy! read more

They had a rough start.. First month or so they still tasted like "catfish Charlie's" (nastiest "pizza" EVER!) Now theyre one of the better donatos locations... Truly good food! Faster than most local shops too.. I ordered last night online, it said it would be here at 6:42 (45 mins).. It arrived at 6:21. Hot, fresh and absolutely delicious!! Best pizza we've had in years! And the subs... Well, a big don is a big don.. Cant go wrong there ;) Tried the new "asiago brick street bread"... Holy SH!T!!!! Never wouldve believed bread could be sooo good! 4 thumbs up! The place always has great pizza and even better cheese bread but the waiters are slow my boyfriend literally was slurping with his straw to see if anyone would notice he had a empty cup and everyone was just kinda standing there our waiter eventually came back but we were already kinda done with our pizza.... The management here are liars that will offer you anything to shut you up when THEY screw up... Then they don't honor it. The (maybe a) manager we spoke to 1st assured us it would be replaced. The 2nd manager lied and waits she Was the manager on duty then, and I'm a liar for saying we called. We have phone records of a 4 min call to them, 13 minutes after I picked it up. The pizza was so burnt that you needed a fork to pick toppings off. They would NOT replace it then, and now won't honor the replacement. The fake, unprofessional manager AMBER, is a liar and disrespectful. Wouldn't give me any way to contact someone else about it, then lied about the general manager and said there's no way to call or leave feedback. Just said to call the shop some other time. She gives Donatos a bad name. They will not get any more money from me. And we do a pizza night every Friday, so looking $200 a month from us. Horrible manager, Amber. I ordered online for delivery and when my food was delivered it was burnt! The pizza was fine but not great but my cheesy bread looked like road kill. When I called the manager sounded like he was 12, he offered me credit toward my next purchase , really? You think I'll order again!?! read more

Donatos changed their chicken recently to a horrible seasoned chicken to accommodate a new pizza on the menu, which completely changes the taste of their specialty pizza the chicken spinach mozzarella . When I first complained the manager told me to request the seasoning be trimmed off. This worked for about a month when suddenly they without warning me quit doing this request. When it happened a second time I call and was told they refused to do this anymore. The customer service is completely non existent we were ordering there once a week but no more, we will be buying our pizza elsewhere. Very rude and unaccomidating! read more
