And my phone number to call if something happens? Or is that not what that is for? Never got my food, shall see if I ever get a refund. When I order delivery- no issues. In store pickup not so great. Service inside was not to standards. I arrived, and checked in. my order wasn't ready. The lady asked me to wait, I assumed that she would let me know as soon as it was finished, however I was wrong. Another man and I stood and waited 15 minutes past our pickup times. I finally went up and asked, the same girl asked the same questions as before--- Groundhog Day. We ordered our pizza online at 5:28 pm and was told the pizza would be ready at 5:47 p.m. I walked in at 5:47 and checked in. The guy working the counter didn't say anything about how long it would take. So stood there and waited another 20 minutes before I finally waked back to the counter and asked the girl if my pizza was ready. She checked the warning box and whaddya know there it was. Just sitting there. The manager might want to re-train the counter staff to check the new entries when they are placed in the warming box. After waiting a fairly long time someone finally answered. When I told him my name, he said "sorry it's going to be 15-20 more minutes. We should've reached out to you." Had I known my delivery time was going to be TWICE what I was quoted, I would've ordered somewhere else. And for my troubles, I was told to have a good night. Then I turned around and called jet's Pizza explain to what happened not only did it come within 24 minutes it was incredibly tasteful and good. I called multiple times trying to find answers but because "store hrs" were over, I never got an answer or a refund. Pickerington Ohio Jets Pizza is terrible!! The Uber Eats driver dropped off the wrong order that I already paid for and tipped out. When I called Jets Pizza Pickerington Ohio the customer service person told me that I would have to come and pick up the correct order ( it was only 9:30 Pm on a Friday ) or they could give me a credit for another time. When I complained the customer service person started laughing at me and then hung up on me. Ordered Jets pizza yesterday. I love Jets and haven't had it for awhile. It did come hot which is definitely a plus since every other place I order from comes cold. I was definitely disappointed in my bbq chicken pizza. I think the driver drifted all the way here ( at least it looks like it) or took a hard left turn. The deep dish was good and had the xtra sauce. I was just really looking forward to the bbq chicken, but still ate it, just with a fork . I'll give this location another try or just go pick it up myself, but delivery is much more convenient. Still love their pizza! Edited: Ordered Jets again tonight. In my opinion, this is the best pizza in town. Maybe Adriatico's on campus is better but only by a very small margin. Honestly, it's one of the top 5 pies I've ever had in my life, and I've lived in NYC for 17 years, and I've been to Italy. Figured I try out a new-to-me pizza spot. This is a pick up/delivery only location, there's no tables for dining in. They were currently advertising a 20% off text-in order promo on their website, but it wasn't working for me. I called, the gentleman on the phone was polite, and after telling him my situation, he asked to put me on hold so he could confer with management. After being put on hold, he apologized for the wait do to them being short on staff, management offered to take my order over the phone and give me the discount. Order wasn't ready when I arrived, had to wait about 12 minutes, not bad. Jet's pizza sizing is a little confusing on their website. Their known for their square-cut Detroit style deep-dish pizzas, and have four-square smalls - unfortunately, I saw nothing about individual sized pizzas. I didn't want all the crust, so I got their four-square thin crust with sausage, mushroom, green pepper and onion. With the discount, the total was $14.04, which was a bit high I thought (it was $17 and change without the promo). I was happy with the pizza. The crust was still nice and warm when I got back home to eat. The toppings were spread out and a decent amount. Their sauce was good - not zesty or tart, but also not sweet per say, just good. The sausage chunks were definitely noticeable, which is a personal plus. I'd definitely do Jet's again; probably not on my own volition, but with friends, sure. read more

I don't know why this Jet's would have bad reviews, I love this place. The deep dish pepperoni is one of my favorite pizzas. The delivery is always pretty reliable and its pretty easy to get online. I've never really been into the establishment, but I know that the delivery is solid and the food is good. Would recommend for a nice casual pizza night. read more

As new Pickerington residents we had heard this was the best pizza, and decided to give it a try. It was a disappointment. While the pizza is not bad, it's also not exceptional. In fact- we got the "deep dish" and it is EXACTLY like Little Caesars' deep dish. And I mean exactly. We didn't get their "deep dish bread" but I suspect it's identical to Little Caesars' Italian Cheese Bread. Again the taste isn't bad but it's not what it's cracked up to be. This is the second or third time I've ordered from Jets. The pizza is hot, well topped, and the dough is flavorful. I prefer the thin crust here over the deep dish. Orders were ready at the time they gave on the phone. Ordered the bone-in wings this time. The sauce was good, but I prefer my wings crispier. Normally Jets is one of our go to pizza joints in town. Tonight however was quite possibly the worst meal we've had from this location in 5+ years of patronage. We ordered salads which were fine but they didn't bring one of our italian dressings. The cheese bread we had was not freshly made. It was reheated with new cheese put on top of old bread and even then it was still under cooked. Just lazy and disappointing. It wouldn't have been so bad except it cost twice as much as Little Caesars, and was nowhere near as good as the Little Caesars we had last weekend. read more

Called and ordered for my first time tonight. I ordered on line and when asked what crust I wanted I went with the NY style cheese pizza. When the pizza arrived it had pepperoni on it. I called to let Jets know and a man proceed to tell me yeah they automatically put them on the pizza it is called a bold fold! I explained that is not what I ordered that was a separate menu option. As we don't get pepperoni in our house. (To spicy for the little ones) he really did not seem to want to get me a new pizza. But in the end he did. First time I called to order I couldn't get anyone to even be able to answer a question about a sale price. It got to the point I said never mind I am no longer interested in ordering. I said thank you and goodbye. They called me back up via their caller ID info and pursued to be no help to me once again I kindly said I wasn't ordering. I figure if the one answering the phone can't answer your questions or find out the answers they shouldn't be on the phone or taking orders. Many months later we decided to give another chance hoping for a better experience. Again the experience of ordering was not good. They aren't sure of what they are selling. Types of crust nothing. So I asked if they had the coupon ad and said I want to order this pizza with this picture. I thought that was the best way to order at this point. So when I picked up the pizza and asked my question about the crust styles in person. That wasn't any better or any more clear. I finally had to explain to the employee. Then there's the pizza. It was over cooked crust was hard toppings was partially burnt sauce was soured. With coupon it was still almost $18 I never pay that for pizza but expected to get quality. I asked for plates and napkins she offered Parmesan cheese nearly threw them at me and walked away not appreciative acting of my order. It was windy and so I asked for a bag and the girl acted irritated to have to give me one. I didn't want a mess of the wind blowing the napkins and Parmesan packets outside. The pros- good pizza, Detroit style and crave worthy! Excellent value. Carry out has always been friendly and accurate. The cons- DELIVERY. We live in a new development and Jets used to deliver to our door just fine until about 3 months ago. Suddenly none of the drivers can find our entire development let alone our home. There are times when delivery is our only option and I've called this location proactively and offered turn by turn directions. They have always said it wouldn't be a problem, yet it always becomes one. Last four orders have been late and cold. Very frustrating as I've talked to the manager with each order. Even when they've been super lost and late the manager has never called with an apology and we've paid full price each time. I'm now ordering from one of the dozens of other pizza places nearby. This pizza is just not good. I've tried a lot of the pizza in town and jets is some of my least favorite. The dough is super thick which I am ok with but it's also flavorless. Just had a large deep dish pizza with pepperoni, black olives, 1/2 mushrooms and 1/2 bacon. It was delicious! I must say I prefer the bacon to mushroom side. The sauce was perfect (my hubby thought so too) the crispy edges were the best part. Also ordered mild wing that my husband said where good but at $8 for 8 not really worth the price. I officially cursed myself by giving this place five stars, and as other recent reviews have expressed this location has gone downhill. I called the corporate number about a crappy large deep dish aloha chicken BBQ pizza, barely cooked with 7 pieces of pineapple and 5 big pieces of chicken, on a large? She was far from receptive and was like pulling teeth to get a credit. Providing the opposite of customer service, interrupting me and trying to talk over me which is pretty much impossible. After a half of an hour of going back and forth she finally set up a credit with the locations general manager. When i called up to get the credit a week later the general manager was just trying to give us a one topping large New York style pizza. We were supposed to get credited a large deep dish Aloha chicken BBQ pizza which is what we complained about being crappy....After going back and forth with him we finally received the credit. Pizza was better, but the fact is this location needs to get it's life together, especially the GM wow. read more
