DONT! Save your money and time. I am the last person to leave a bad review or be critical of a company for maybe a "bad day". This has been multiple occasions of simply ridiculous service. Pizza showed up 40 minutes late tonight... family and kids waiting.. finally shows up cold... no exaggeration. Called the store once it was about 30 minutes late and got the phone picked up and hung up. It's just bad plain and simple I mean after 4-5 times of the same stuff I think it's safe to assume this store doesn't have real management and things under control. I refuse to spend my money here ever again and it's a shame since we've lived local and ordered here for 12+ years. I'm telling you.... Just go somewhere else. read more

Great experience! Recently we've been disappointed with our usual pizza take out. Well, we've found a new regular place now! The store was clean and tidy and the staff were pleasant and helpful. They gave us some extra sauces and made pleasant conversation. The pizza was delicious! The pepperoni is covered edge to edge and the pepperoni gets a great crisp! The marinara is well seasoned and not overly sweet. The hot chicken pizza was So good! Great presentation, too. And we tried the pumpkin spice bread today (thank you, my first pumpkin treat of the season!) and it was delicious! Not overly sweet and ridiculously reasonably priced at $5.99. Great experience all around. We will see you next weekend! read more

We ordered 3 large pizzas from this location tonight. One pizza was incorrectly made and when I called back to report it the " so called" manager said the order was processed incorrectly and hung up on me. This place is so unprofessional and their pizza isn't worth the overpriced cost! We will never order pizza from this location again! Zero customer service skills. Places the order for pick up, when my husband got there, they "don't see an order under your name". When I ordered she took my name and phone number (I gave her my husband's because, yiu know what happens at the drive thru). I called them to confirm I called the correct location, (I did), I asked them to confirm their location, (yep, it's the right one), so why do you not have my order? They asked who I spoke to, (as if they gave their name or I would possibly remember if she had) but saying "I spoke to a young girl and she quoted me the price of$19 whatever... and I ordered xyz " they put me on hold and suddenly find the order! I received a burnt pizza last night on my way home from visiting my husband in the hospital, and was so disappointed that I took it back to this location on my way home again from the hospital. The manager shut the window in my face and told me that I should have returned it last night! It was the rudest encounter that I have had in years. He did not acknowledge my dismay and seemed to be one of the worst individuals ever to have in a management position. I will never visit any of these locations again. Every time we order takeout at the location we have a problem. All they ever tell me you'll have to call corporate. I have of points to redeem but I can never use them at this location. The pizza is awesome! Took over 2 hours to be delivered. Missing a pizza and some of the extra sauces. Called the store and they didn't answer. Called back 20 min later and was on hold for 25 min before giving up. I'll try calling tomorrow. This is the 3rd time this has happened. The pizza is good, however the last time I went I had an order of breadsticks with my order and when I got home and opened the box, it was missing 3 breadsticks and had four sauce cups adding weight. read more

Not sure why the reviews aren't better for this location. This is our go to Donato's location! Have ordered from there many times and the food has always been consistently delicious. We never have to wait long for our carry out orders and the employees have always been friendly, and efficient when taking orders over the phone. Definitely recommend this location! read more

Probably the worst pizza experience I've had lately. Ordered at 8:39pm and didn't receive the food until 10:24. Our order was missing our drinks and we had to call after the driver said the drinks weren't on the order. They gave us a refund in the form of credit. Out of all the pizza joints in town, this is the place to go. The pizza is amazing and has great pricing with all sorts of specialty combinations I NEVER would have thought of. The breadsticks are to die for! The best part about coming here is definitely the welcoming smiles from the staff, while they still have urgency about getting the food out quickly and accurately. I ordered a large pizza last week and picked it up, and when I got home I was really disappointed when I opened the box. It was overdone, almost black, and dry. I called the manager who said she'd place a credit on my account, but never has. I won't be going there again, that pizza should never have left the shop looking like that. Have done business with for the final time...The food and delivery is acceptable to my wife so it was fine by me to order from there. Upon checking my credit card bill against my purchases, I found that they overcharged my card by an additional $38 in tip. The driver didn't bring all of our food the first time and had to return but a $48 tip on a $52 dollar order was never caught or questioned by Donatos !! Seriously? Only after the second inquiry I heard "Chris, I did get the difference of $38 refunded to your card and I'm scanning a copy of that to you now. If there's anything else I can do to help please let me know." Not even an apology for my inconvenience or let alone assurance that the problem has been corrected and my card will not continue to be overcharged if I was to use it again. Every time I order it takes twice the time frame to get the food, and it's always cold and old when we do get it. Never again.

Order a 12" half cheese and half pepperoni pizza order of breadstick with cheese and a big Don with no banana peppers and dressing on the side was told 1 hour 15 minutes or so. No big deal. Food showed up about 1 1/2 hour later ok. Have no cheese for breadsticks and extra dressing and extra banana peppers, sandwich was so gross I only ate 3 bites and threw that and dry breadsticks away. So disappointed especially since today first day that had grandson in over a month and that's all he wanted. Tried to order a pizza which was featured in the current Reach magazine but was told this pizza was no longer available. Ordered from a different neighborhood chain then checked the Donato's website and saw that the pizza was prominently displayed. Called back and was told that the pizza was most definitely available but it was too late then.
