Ten Hands was busy due to the GenCon crowd (my party included). They found seats for us fairly quick anyway. The server was helpful and made regular visits to our table, despite being the only server in the place. The food was delicious. When the server brought our check, he also brought a d20 in a gift bag for each of us. He proved to be knowledgeable about the menu and his customers; he makes Ten Hands worth the visit.

When we walked in there wasn't many people. We were seated quickly, but the service was slow. We weren't checked in on super often and waited awhile for the check. The restaurant was nice! There was a lot of screens to view games and it was super clean and spread out inside. The food was solid. The hush puppies were a great mix of crab and corn, the Brussels were super crispy and the salmon in my salad (plus the maple vinaigrette) was awesome. If you have time, I'd give it a shot!

Nice friendly service! Pretty good for a hotel restaurant. Visited during a hotel stay for gymnastics competition and didn't care to go out in the freezing cold! The chicken sandwich was tasty. Loaded tater tots decent. Also had Brick oven pizza. Didn't have drinks but full bar inside and plenty of tvs.

Had a business meeting here during lunchtime and it was packed! Service was a bit slow, but our waitress was extremely kind. We started with chips and guac with queso, which was very good. I ordered the chicken tenders with fries (upgraded to truffle fries), which I also thought was pretty tasty. Considering this restaurant is inside The Westin, the prices are what you'd expect.

While staying at the Westin we came here several times... this is the hotel's bar/restaurant which is open all day everyday. The service was a mixed bag... some was decent, some was pretty bad, but all was friendly. I came for breakfast one morning and waited 10 mins for someone to greet me at my table (after being sat) and when she did come, she apologized and took my order, she was very friendly too. But, unfortunately, the service remained very slow that morning. I ordered a simply parfait and it took 15 minutes to arrive. The yogurt and grains on it were good, but some of the strawberries weren't fresh and had dried centers to them. I was here a couple of times for drinks as well and those visits were tolerable, but far from great, or very good. Overall, not a bad spot to grab a drink, but I decided to eat elsewhere the rest of my stay.

The food was amazing. The hushpuppies and pizzas were absolutely delicious, I would definitely suggest getting them. The service was slightly slow, but the great food makes up for it.

Excellent hotel restaurant located in the Westin Hotel, which is across the street from the Indiana Convention Center. Great sports bar with a massive big screen television. I highly recommend their grilled artichokes, which are the best that I have ever tasted! Generous amount10 pieces) grilled and delicious lemon butter sauce! I also recommend their Cobb salad with grilled salmon fillet ($9). I was really impressed with the food quality and reasonable prices!

Ten Hands is probably a better name that 50 fingers, 5 pairs of hands or hands of 10 owners who each lost a hand in an accident. It's in the Westin Hotel in Downtown Indy, and is probably only worth a trip if you are staying at the hotel. I couldn't see making a special trip just to come here. There's a pretty big bar area and seating area, as well as a room in the back and a patio as well, that overlooks the Downtown Indy traffic (and skyline). It's pretty big once you factor everything in. I just had some drinks and the staff was friendly and the beer was cold. What more could you ask while downing a few cold ones... other than them actually being cold.

Was a bit of a wait when we arrived which as to be expected it was a Saturday evening and happened to be prom night as well. Our greeter was so friendly and kindly let us know that it would be a wait for a table due to a call out they had but we chose to stick it out because we heard so many great things about the food. I am so glad we did because everything we ordered was in phenomenal! I got the mushroom pizza and added chicken to it. The crust itself is so soft, the pesto and topping all went together so beautifully. It was one of the best pizzas I've had in a while The Brussels sprouts were delicious with the balsamic from the salad so we asked for it on the side to dip in. The salad also was delicious and I appreciate that the tomato's were ripe! Overall was a great food experience and even due to the short staff you couldn't tell because our server was still amazing and attentive! Definitely check them out

A couple of my girlfriends and I decided to try this place. We somehow didn't realize it was inside the Westin Hotel. We did make reservations so we able to be sat right away which was good because it was pretty packed as it may have been a convention or something because there were many people with name tags on. The vibe felt a little stuffy like a hotel eatery as opposed to a social bar baed on the name. The food was fine, nothing overly exciting but slightly above average. The menu isn't huge but then again I had to keep reminding myself it is a hotel afterall. I ordered a salad which was pretty good. My friends both ordered pizza and thought they were pretty good. The service was fine. Somehow there was confusion on who was to serve us, so they kind of tag teamed which worked to our advantage. We arrived around 6pm, and there was plenty of street parking but of course you will have to pay, so keep that in mind.

First time eating here. Everything was fantastic. Michael B offered great service. The old fashion I had was spot on. The French dip sandwich was fantastic. Only complaint was that the au jus cup was toooooo narrow. The truffle fries were great, but could have used ranch. Definitely a great option when you're at a conference but don't want to venture too far from the hotel. Restaurant doesn't feel like it's in a hotel, very modern and the huge TV wall was fun to watch.

The ambiance and overall aesthetic was nice. It's a sports bar feel but not like man-cave in a basement. Definitely more modern. The women at the hostess desk were pleasant and helpful. I did like the drinks poured by Luca at the bar. There were two games that night for the NBA and NFL so the bar was kinda packed but the drinks weren't overcharged nor watered down. The meal however lacked seasoning. This is why I couldn't give 4 stars. I never ever add salt to meals but I had to. Perhaps the kitchen staff was tired because it was 10pm but I couldn't even eat it all bc it had no flavor. When I got home with the leftovers the following day I wound up adding garlic salt and that made it better but it should've been cooked in the season to really enhance the flavor.

In town for a convention. Food was delicious. We got to our hotel later and was on the hunt for food. We had spectacular service from our guy and he informed us of the bad news no draft beers because of some system outage. Heard about it daily after we got there. The TV's were viewable from every seat. I definitely will return to eat and drink here again when in Indy. The place had a fantastic vibe in my perspective. Respectfully, Bryan Oklahoma City

I came with two friends a weekend ago and the waiter said how they had a new chef and new menu and how great it was! So, we tried the pollo boracho, which was... fine. I mean, it's just braised chicken with veggies, which is tasty, but I miss the Polynesian options they had a year ago... drinks were still excellent, and service was good! We wanted to sit in chairs with backs and when they sat us at a table with stools, we asked and they didn't really offer a solution. There were some highbacked chairs in the corner, but the table between them was small and low to the ground... I wish the waiter had just asked us to wait 15 minutes for someone to leave, but that was not an option, apparently. Leaving the old photos from my visit a year ago, including the old lettuce wraps.

My party ordered a bunch of food, all of it pretty mid, including a cuban sandwich sans pickles. We were told the pickles could not be removed as this would, and I quote, "ruin the integrity of the sandwich". It's just a Cuban, my guy. We really got that excuse because the sandwich was clearly premade many MANY hours (possibly the day) before and to remove the pickles would not do anything to remove the pickle flavor which at that point had seeped into the sandwich. This may be Indy but not everyone is a gringo with no knowledge of spanish food and/or the fear to question such a bonkers statement. You're also not Julian Slowik, and asking to not have what is essentially a condiment on a sandwich should not be a issue unless you've got an (unwarranted) inflated ego, or, as I said, the sandwich was premade so long ago that removing the pickles would not matter re: pickle flavor. The effing gall. Strange Bird in Irvington has fantastic ramen and wonderful tiki drinks, fyi.

I also appreciate that they make their noodles in house! Have you ever had a meal you can't stop thinking about? That's exactly how I feel about the shoyu ramen. We came in on a Friday night at 6:30 with no reservation, and had to wait ~5 minutes for a table of two. We were sat at a high top at the bar, which we appreciated. Our server greeted us quickly, and checked in a few times throughout the night. Service was average, nothing spectacular but nothing to complain about. I had a hurricane to start off. Packed full of the good stuff, and one was definitely enough for the night. Appropriate price for what you get. This drink is what brought my review from a 2 for the food to a 3 in total. We started off with pork Bao buns. The bun was spongy, but somewhat dry. The pork lacked any sort of flavor, and the sauce on it didn't do much for me. The next part of the meal was the most disappointing for me: the curry chicken wings. Let me tell you- I was excited for these. These lacked any sort of flavor at all, and the only thing saving it was the ranch. The wings had a good crisp, but the sauce was lacking taste. I had the Shoyu ramen for my main. It was a pretty average bowl of ramen, but for the price, I expected more. The pork in it was flavorful, but the chicken in it was odd in my opinion with an unexpected herby flavor. Overall, service was average (but we appreciated getting sat fast), drinks were strong (and saved the meal) and the food was average. Would go if invited by a friend, but probably would not return on my own.
