I'm so glad I finally made it to a Greek's Pizzeria for pizza. This particular occasion was for an Indy Coffee club event. We took up the upstairs Taproom for the event. The ambiance was very unique and had an interesting decor to it all around the Taproom. I saw the state of Indiana made up of pennies on one side of the wall, and a huge WWI or WWII oxygen mask on the other side of the wall. There were lots of nick nacks on the walls of the Taproom, and four big screen plasma TVs, in which you could play video games on one of the TVs if you wanted to do so. We ordered our food and drink at the bar, and the bartender was very professional and friendly. He took good care of our group. Since we had a large group, the staff of the restaurant helped the bartender with the food orders and made sure they went to the right person. The bar area itself was decorative and very nice. The beer taps were very creative in the labeling. I ordered a small Rafael's BBQ Chicken pizza and I was impressed. The flavors were incredible and the crust was perfect! The combination of BBQ Chicken and the other toppings on the pizza were done just right! I had to order the Greeks Special pizza and the bone in wings to go for later on. Everyone raved about the pizza and no one was disappointed! The customer service was great and the staff were very helpful and professional. The Greeks Special pizza was terrific! The toppings were pepperoni, Italian sausage, mushroom, and something else which I cannot remember, but it tasted perfect. The bone-in wings were okay, but nothing exciting. I would not order them again because they had no flavor to them. Greek's Pizzeria is wonderful! I would come back here again in a heartbeat! Super quiet tonight up in the Tap Room. We were the only ones dining in. We got breadsticks with nacho cheese. Their breadsticks never disappoint. Yummy and covered in garlic butter. And slightly swimming in it. We got a small Meat Pizza and I asked for well done. I someone on here did that. I never even thought about it till seeing their review. Sometimes the pizza can be a little floppy. The pizza came out with a crisp bottom and crispy pepperoni. It was a win win. Will have to remember the well done request. I ordered when I got there and waited in the car after walking over to the liquor store next door to get some white wine. 20 minutes from ordering it was done. First off, the pizza is delicious. However, the delivery is terrible. Tonight we placed an order at 6:45pm and received an estimated delivery window of 2 hours. Those 2 hours passed and I called to check the status, because some how they haven't figured out how to use an order tracker like every other pizza place, and I was told it was about to head out for delivery and we would be the first delivery. 25 minutes later I called to check the status again and was told the pizza has left and should be delivered soon. That was now 10 minutes ago--we live about a minute away. Honestly, I do not recommend them for delivery and we will not order delivery from them again. This isn't the first delivery issue we've had with them but it'll definitely be the last. As for the pizza, as I said, it's usually delicious. But there are other options that are delicious and punctual so I'd recommend checking those out if you're on a schedule. I'd give a review of the food we ordered tonight--but alas, it has still not arrived. Update: I called again and requested to cancel the order and requested a refund. They said the manager would handle it and that the pizza may still arrive. A few moments after hanging up, the pizza arrived. I attempted to call back to see if they had processed the refund yet so they wouldn't have to but was sent to the music a couple times so I hung up. Had Greeks the first time a few weeks ago for delivery and I was pleasantly surprised! The pizza was pretty good nothing super special in my opinion but the pepperoni they use is so juicy and good! But more importantly these breadsticks are one of my favorites after trying them. I got the spicy ones and I highly recommend them with the cheese sauce! We decided that Greek's is officially our favorite local pizza. It's super cheesy, has a doughy crust and you can get sauces on the side! Garlic butter to dip your crust in?! YES PLEASE. I can't believe I'm just discovering the sauces! We got a large pizza: half with pepperoni and pineapple and half cheese. Perfect for those sharing a meal who have different tastes. During COVID19, Greek's has added online takeout ordering that was super easy to use. I hope they continue it post-COVID because it was super smooth. The pizza was ready only fifteen minutes after ordering and they had it waiting for us, piping hot, at the counter with our name on it. The staff were super friendly and they've also recently started selling Ooey Gooey cinnamon rolls (shop based in Nashville, IN) that you will want to try. I promise you that! We may be done with Greek's. We have been getting pizza from Greeks for 4 years since we moved back to Indy. We get pizza every Friday and order from this place about every 3 weeks. I'm not exaggerating when I say it is a rare day that they get our order correct. We have missed whole pizzas, gotten completely incorrect pizzas, but today was a first. Today they delivered us an empty pizza box instead of one of the large pizzas that we ordered. They did get a fresh one made and got it to us quickly. I'm only writing this negative review due to Greek's terrible customer service. I'm giving them an extra star because the pizza was good. We ordered online 1 pizza and 1 order of breadsticks. We live about 4 minutes away from the restaurant and we didn't think it would take very long, however the estimated time of delivery was approximately 2 hours. It was a Saturday evening, so we thought that was a pretty long wait time for pizza delivery but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. 2.5 hours later we call them to ask the status of our delivery and are told it hasn't even been sent out yet, and it'll be another 30 minutes. The employee asks if we would like to speak to her manager and we agree, and we are then put on hold. We were on hold for about 15 minutes and decided to hang up and call again. The same employee picks up and we ask for an update. She says it's about to leave and head in our direction, and again we are out on hold to talk to a manager. Another 15 minutes go by on hold and finally the delivery arrives, over 3 hours after our order and over an hour after their estimate. I would've loved to discuss the issue with them without posting here but management obviously could not have been made available. If you are looking for delivery, either be prepared to drive in for carry out or look for another pizza place. read more

My boyfriend and I decided to order carry out last night for dinner. When we arrived, the initial vibe of the place was great! Super unique decorations and neat taproom! We liked it so much we decided to just stay and eat our food there instead of going home! Food was phenomenal! The garlic breadsticks are by far the best i've had (literally DRIPPING in garlic butter), pizza was perfectly baked and pepperonis extra crispy. As for the staff; Brittany, The GM, is super friendly! She seen us eating carry out and introduced herself to us, making sure everything was okay with our order. We didn't even know about the taproom upstairs until she told us to go check it out lol. Calling all cinnamon roll lovers!! Admittedly, I hadn't been to Greek's to try their pizza before coming here to get a 4/20 special of Nashville, IN's Ooey Gooey Cinnamon Rolls. Some of the best cinnamon rolls I've ever had and now I don't have to drive an hour to get them anymore. There is the slightest price increase (think $0.50-$1.00) but it's totally worth not having to drive down there anymore. I came during COVID so I went with takeout. The ordering process over the phone was super easy. They also have an online system but cinnamon rolls weren't available when I ordered since they just launched the day I visited. The cinnamon roll was phenomenal as expected. Since my visit here, I have tried Greeks pizza elsewhere and can say that it is some of the better pizzas in the city. Well, I have to admit that it was the cinnamon rolls from Ooey Gooey (based out of Nashville, IN) that had me dialing up Greek's Pizzeria in a mad furry. On the flip side, my partner-in-crime was eager to try Greek's pizza for the first time so it was a win/win in our household. The ordering process was very simple and speedy over the phone. The had our order of two cinnamon rolls and a medium pepperoni pizza ready in less than 30 minutes for carryout. For starters, the fact that this Greek's Pizza location is now selling Ooey Gooey Cinnamon Rolls is reason enough to drop what you're doing and place an order. Literally the best cinnamon rolls I've ever had. Three of my friends also placed cinnamon roll orders on that same day (which also led to other pizza-like purchases). Hot tip: the cinnamon rolls freeze well so you can stock up in one visit ;) As for the pizza, we opted for the well done pepperoni and it was quite delicious. Calling all Pizza fans in Indianapolis!! If you haven't been to Greeks Pizzeria, you need to make your way there as soon as you can. I didn't know what to expect at this location but I'm glad I stopped by. We had the option to sit upstairs in the taproom or in the downtown stairs dining room. The décor was lively and reminded me of a fun picnic. I thought I wanted pizza until I looked on the back of the menu and seen their Stromboli's. I ordered the Meatball Shell and an order of breadsticks with cheese. The breadsticks were not good to me, so I would honestly pass on those. But the Meatball Shell was very good. The crust was crispy and buttery, the Meatballs had tons of flavor with the perfect amount of cheese. The waiter great and the service was A-1! In the past I liked the pizza here and have ordered many many times but the last 3 times have been awful and I'm done. My last order was the X-Large with double pepperoni and well done or xtra bake on crust. Half the pizza barely had pepperoni on it and it was so underbaked it's was doughy.
